On Shin Beruwan:

After the Demon Battle and during his reign as king, Gash can still call upon the power of Shin Beruwan Baou Zakeruga, but its... 

Well, really not recommended. 

That was a unique spell created with the aid of virtually every Demon in existence to defeat Clear Note: the thunder god dragon that was the size of the damn moon. He remembers the name of the spell and call upon, although it'd be a much weaker version of Shin Beruwan.

More than an ace attack (that honor still belongs to Baou Zakeruga), it’s the strongest attack that Gash is capable of using. Significantly much more powerful than Baou Zakeruga, but not quite as possible as it was during the final battle with Clear.

In addition to being much smaller (although still larger than Baou Zakeruga), it would take an incredible amount of energy for Gash to summon. While this can be circumvented by sharing the cost energy between multiple Demons, the reality is that Gash will always bear the brunt of it.

Early on, as he still experiments with it, at worst the toll on him could be life-threatening: sending him into critical condition and probably not awakening for days (compare to Baou Zakeruga, which despite it’s immense Shin-class power can nonetheless be used by the King at that point with virtually no negative drawbacks, having been completely mastered by Gash). At absolute best after “mastering” Shin Beruwan, even if he was a thousand years into his reign, it’s safe to assume he’ll likely be bed-ridden for at least a good 24 hours and probably unable to use any magic at all during that period.

So, in conclusion:

Gash can still use Shin Beruwan

It’s much smaller (it’s sure as hell not the size of the Earth’s moon anymore) but still much larger than Baou Zakeruga

Basically Shin Beruwan Baou Zakeruga>the true Baou Zakeruga in virtually all situations as a one-hit kill attack

Incredibly taxing on Gash and anyone that helps to call it foward

He’ll never “master” it like he’s mastered Baou
