Ben and Sam as each other’s funhouse mirror…Ben who presents himself comedically and is viewed as a chaotic person when he is mostly still, Sam who presents himself as a serious person but thrives on chaos. I feel like there's something so interesting about how Ben is so close to Sam in age and how much it feels like they're at totally different stages in life. There's only a year's difference between them but Ben still started out as Sam's intern. And I do think it's so fun how in their bizarre unexpected similarities they manage to make up for what the other person is expected to be like, but isn't .
