Hello my name is Blake Andrew Roten, also known by my DreamKeeper Fursona: Husky Lemur. I'm a Diverse Artist, Cartoonist, occasional animator, Colorist/Painter, Illustrator, and Furry Artist with Autism, I love drawing a lot, that's why my initial full name is BAR, and I love exploring the Anatomies of Cartooning that has been used for 2D animated TV shows, 3D animated Movies, Video Games, and Comics for so many years, especially WebComics, so I draw original art of my original characters living their lives to the fullest for fun like all the time, and I draw fan art of my favorites like all the time just to explore the wonders of Anatomies, I even draw Experimental Comics and a Journal Comic of my personal life occasionally, and sometimes I even like to draw my original characters With my Family and Friends in my choices of anatomy in my illustrations whenever I can't think of any Fan Art crossovers to draw, and sometimes my family and friends ask me to add some of my original characters and fan art in their pictures too. I'm just a regular guy who just wants to share my artwork and make friends with people who love to draw whatever they love to do best, cause as for me, I just love to draw for fun. I hope you like the cartoon artwork and art blogs I do here including some reblogs I do occasionally?

PS5 Screenshots + Video 7-23-2025: These are my 9/nine screenshots and 1/one video of the FF7 Remake Intergrade game on PS5 that I’m now playing through this year, I haven’t gotten FF7 Rebirth yet since I’m currently saving my money for that game for when I have time to buy it or after I’ve beaten the Intergrade Chapter of the Final Fantasy VII Remake Trilogy of course. I honestly used play the Original FF7 on PS1 back in my 1990s childhood back then but I’ve only ever played at least 15% or 20% of FF7 Disc 1 of the original FF7’s 3 Discs compiled PS1 Game since I just didn’t really have the patience and interest to follow the stories of Turn Based RPGs back then, I enjoyed playing them as a kid but I almost didn’t have the patience for them due to how lengthy older Turn Based RPGs of the 1980s to the 2000s were back then. Although I am a Final Fantasy fan since those game are my favorite RPG video game media franchise, the FF7 spinoff franchise became my longtime favorite too when I watched the Final Fantasy movie: FF7 Advent Children as a UMD Video on my PSP back in those days, I played FF7 Dirge of Cerberus on PS2, the FF7 prequel: Crisis Core on PSP and it’s Re:Union Remaster on NS1 (that’s Nintendo Switch 1 for short since I’m saving my money to get the Switch 2 with Mario Kart World bundle on Black Friday 2025 of course), which makes me an FF7 Fan too. Well I hope you folks like my PS5 screenshots and video of the Intergrade Chapter of the FF7 Remake Trilogy that I just started playing this year of course.

BAR’s Sketches 7-23-2025: Okay so the first full color sketch I did is of Daxter the Ottsel who I had fun drawing in the TADC style in the anatomy of Jax the Purple Rabbit from The Amazing Digital Circus, the second sketch is of Adult Prime Finn (the one with long hair and a bigger beard so as to not be associated with his Adult Farmworld variant from the farmworld dimension of course) from Adventure Time: Fionna & Cake, drawn in the Don Bluth style, and the third sketch is of Donkey Kong who I hope I captured the Chuck Jones look and gave to DK faithfully since I just wanted to imagine and see how Donkey Kong would look in that Chuck Jones style. I don’t know if I’ve captured the Chuck Jones look for DK correctly or not but I hope you folks like what I’ve made so far of course.

Chuck Jones presents King of the Hill: This is the King of the Hill Cast if they were in a Chuck Jones animated feature film or TV Special, I wanted to try drawing the KOTH characters in that Chuck Jones realistic human art style that I’ve seen CJ draw them in the feature films and TV specials he had then started making after he had left the looney tunes franchise in the 1960s, so I used images of his human characters from his feature films & TV Specials: The Phantom Tollbooth, Rikki Tikki, as well as his mid 70s jungle book-Mowgli’s Story too to draw the KOTH cast in that style. I don’t know if I captured that simplified realistic Chuck Jones stylized take of human characters well or not, but I hope you folks like my Chuck Jones stylization of the Hill Family and their Neighbors, including the Hill Family’s Dog: Ladybird who I hope I drew in that Chuck Jones style right too of course.

BAR’s Chuck Jones styled sketches + Genderfluid-Ranma: I know I keep forgetting to post my artwork on some of my social media platforms frequently lately, especially since I’ve gotten carried away with playing through my favorite and recently purchased games for their stories and play styles for fun of course. But here they are, this is Rise Leo from Rise of the TMNT drawn in the Chuck Jones style, as well as Cerebus the Aardvark in that style too. As for Ranma, well I chose to draw my envision of Ranma’s female half representing the Genderfluid community by wearing a Genderfluid flag tank top shirt since I thought would be interesting if Ranma’s female half could represent that, especially since my younger sibling is genderfluid and had just turned 30 on the day I drew Ranma’s female half wearing it of course. I showed my Genderfluid Ranma sketch to my younger Sibster and she/they loved it. I got into the Ranma 1/2 anime remake on Netflix last year, and I learned that season 2 of it is coming out on October 2025 this year. And I hope you folks like these three sketches I drew this year of course.

BAR’s Sketches 6-22-2025: These are my first three recent sketches I honestly forgot to post on some of my preferred social media platforms, the 1st sketch is of Finn & Fern in a two faced sketch portrait I did for fun, the 2nd sketch is of Kametaro the Turtle Shelled Crane Reincarnate who’s been harassing the isekai animator protagonist of my new favorite isekai anime: Zenshu, since I had fun drawing her in the Angry Birds Movie style of course, and the 3rd sketch is of Gex the Gecko from the Gex Trilogy which I now have on my current Switch 1 console, and I had fun drawing Gex’ face with that Chuck Jones style that I honestly thought would fun and adorable to draw on that TV Media Jumping Gecko’s face as well thrice. And I hope you folks like the sketches I made at ECF this year I tell ya folks what.

Invincible-Scott Pilgrim style: This is invincible drawn in a Scott Pilgrim style I’ve tried on one of my favorite indie comic superheroes for fun. Long story short, I drew this on the Procreate App on my 8th Gen regular iPad and post a full picture of this digital sketch here on Tumblr because man Instagram has serious issue with their frustrating limited image cropping tools I tell ya' folks what… well anyway, this is the Invincible Returns era Suit that Comic-Invincible wore when he switched of his blue and black suit, and while he did later change back from the revised design of his original suit to the fan favorite original design of his original suit later on in the later comics of course, and I especially liked the tv series revised design of how his blue and black suit looks in the show where it surprisingly looks more unique and stylish since it makes the original blue and black suit design in the comics look ironically simplistic I tell ya folks what. Well anyway I hope you folks like my Scott Pilgrim styled sketch of Invincible this year of course.

Natsuko Hirose’s Pan-Harem: This is just a Zenshu Fan Paired Harem Idea I just wanted to draw in fan art form for fun really and it has nothing to do with the Zenshu Anime’s canon I assure you of that. I just wanted to draw this an LGBTQ+ Zenshu Fan Art illustration for fun, while its true that some people from Natsuko’s elementary school to college days did have romantic feelings for Natsuko in Zenshu episode 7, Natsuko was unaware of their feelings for her as I’m pretty sure of that, and then there’s Justice the Dragon, while he wasn’t really one of Natsuko’s unrequited love interests, Justice did occasionally flirt with her, and some Zenshu characters in both the English Subs and Dubs did use some gender neutral pronouns like (they) towards Justice, with some tv tropes and Zenshu interviews stating or confirming that Justice is nonbinary, and here’s why I call this one Natsuko Hirose’s Pan-Harem in the first place: for starters, the lady with the pink shirt-jacket and yellow T-shirt under that lady is the adult version of Natsuko’s elementary school classmate: Midori who had a gay crush on Natsuko as she had confirmed that at the end of her side story of Natsuko’s elementary school years, and the guy in the purple and white jersey clothes is Shu from Natsuko’s middle school years who was a middle school track runner back in his day and I envision the adult version of him to be a pro basketball player since that’s what he’d be like in his adult years, and then there’s the college student animator: Saburo Aoi who had developed an envious love interest in Natsuko ever since she had surpassed him in her college years, and the blonde pretty boy sitting next to Natsuko is Luke Braveheart, who happens to be Natsuko Hirose’s childhood fantasy crush and later canon love interest throughout the middle to later episodes of Zenshu. I hope you folks like my LGBTQ+ themed Zenshu Harem Fan Art illustration of course.

Zootopia-Sora + Kevin Sorbo’s Herc-Asterix Style: I know I know, I have a very unconventional habit of forgetting to post my recently finished art pieces, I know… sorry Oopsie-LOL. Well anyway, the first sketch I drew is of KH4-Sora if the Zootopia World ever gets confirmed to being in Kingdom Hearts 4 or not, I can only wishfully hope it does, but as for my take on Zootopia-Sora here? This is really just a fan design I did for fun really, like if Sora were a Liop (a Lion-Lop Hybrid of course) since Sora used to be a Merfolk-Dolphin hybrid in the little mermaid’s oceanic world, he was Lion in the lion king’s world, especially when Goofy used to be a Canine-Terrapin hybrid where the ol' goof himself was half sea turtle in Ariel’s World and half tortoise in Simba’s World (common tortoises have very stubby nailed toes whereas common turtles have clawed fingers btw) LOL. The second sketch is of Kevin Sorbo’s Herc from Hercules: The Legendary Journeys if were drawn in the Asterix style, I used both Tragicomix’s design from the Asterix the Legionnaire/Asterix vs Caesar comic based animated film and Herc’s Hercules and Xena animated film design to draw Kevin Sorbo’s Hercules fitting into the Asterix series design style for fun too, I had a lot of fun drawing up my sketches of those two and I hope you folks like em' anyway.

The Riotous Yakuza Goofs + Yakuza-Max Goof: this is my Goofy Movie x Like a Dragon/Yakazu cross parody fan art illustration that I drew in mechanical pencils, ink pens, and Watercolor Colored Pencils altogether just to illustrate my Out Of Context Joke take on High School Principal Mazur’s nonsensical exaggeration of describing Max Goof’s harmless troublemaking actions of being dressed like a gang member (if Max were a Yakuza Parody of Kiryu Kazuma and if his best friend: Pete Jr. were a Yakuza Parody of Ichiban Kasuga LMAO), and describing the high schoolers’ impromptu concert clamoring cheer as a riotous frenzy LOL. With Max strike-punching Bradley Uppercrust III in a green suit while PJ was about to throw Goofy Movie-Bigfoot’s debatably maybe nameless cousin from An Extremely Goofy Movie since I can’t remember that orange haired Gammas fraternity member’s name anyway. And I honestly thought it would be funny to illustrate that Jerkass High School Principal’s out of contextual bias against a then teenage Max Goof to Goofy’s face by illustrating the nonsensical context as a dark joke but to also express how much I’ve hated that Wallace Shawn voiced Character so much after all these years and knowing in the retrospective context of Goofy and Max’s father/son road trip-Coming of Age story, that Max and his father both deserved better since Max just wanted to live his whole 1990s contemporary 80s born Millennial Youth in that Disney Millennial Era to his very fullest because he wanted to impress and win the heart of his high school crush he liked so much back then while Goofy just wanted to conserve his parent/child connection to his son as well as provide his to have his happy future life too etc. I had fun making a sketch of Max Goof as a Kiryu Kazuma cosplayer too. Well I hope you folks like my GoofVerse x Like a Dragon parody fan art I’ve done this year of course.

Paulo’s CasaNights + Finn the Keyblade Adventurer: The first picture with the cat characters and dog character are from the Coming of Age Furry Webcomic: Bittersweet Candy Bowl, drawn and dressed up as EterNights characters from EterNights the Dating Sim Soulslike RPG Korean Indie Game. This EterNights parody poster cover illustration of the BCB Cast was drawn with mechanical pencils and micron ink pens, and painted with both regular watercolors and metallic watercolors, the metallic colors were used to replicate the digital luminous glows on the Glow Boy’s glowing arm, and the glowing white atmospheric aura around the city at night too. Paulo is the EterNights protagonist: Glow Boy, Lucy is Yuna cotton candy duo hair colored girl (since most cotton candies are pink and bright blue of course), Rachel the dog girl is Sia, Jasmine as Min, and James as Yohan, only the olive green eyed cat boy with tannish yellow fur now has Yohan’s glowing blue right eye since Yohan has a gray left eye (since Yohan’s in game model has a glowing blue right eye that stands out from his gray left eye since I played the game after I chose to play through the Yuna path really), yeah I could’ve painted James’ Yohan right eye with metallic blue watercolor too but the regular was fine enough really. The second picture is my sketch of Finn Mertens a.k.a Finn the Human as a Keyblade Wielder with Keyblade Wielder clothes inspired Sora’s Timeless River design since Timeless River-Sora’s design seemed like the easiest and most convenient design choice that could fit around Finn Mertens’ default design as an iconic adventure time character, and I even chose to make the simplistic Finn Sword into it’s own Keyblade parody design too. Illustrating the BCB characters parodying the EterNights cast and Finn the Human as a Keyblade Wielder were a lot of fun for me to draw and I hope you folks like em' anyway.

BAR’s PS5 Screenshots 4-23-2025: These are my Screenshots of the Like a Dragon spinoff title I’ve just beaten a couple of days ago, I’ve only beaten the first Yakuza remake on the Switch 1 like a month or two ago, and I’m still a 20 yr late bloomer to the Yakuza/Like a Dragon video game sourced media franchise, I honestly wish I had gotten into the Yakuza/Like a Dragon franchise as a 10 yr mid bloomer when the first like a dragon remake: Yakuza 1 Kiwami came out in 2016 eleven after it’s original Japanese 2005 release as it’s 2006 North American release ten years ago too in hindsight I tell ya' folks what. I never really played a lot of those Yakuza/ Like a Dragon games to know who those characters are, what their stories are about, and what Like a Dragon’s series play style is actually like, and while I did look around to find out that the original six LAD games formerly called Yakuza were a Kiryu Kazuma saga back then, with LADG: The Man Who Erased His Name serving as both a spinoff title and epilogue to Kiryu’s saga as a retired yakuza turned secret agent in his last story. I wish I had played through all six of those games to know what a full fatherhood life Kiryu led in raising his adopted daughter, but after having seen how he cried in that one cutscene of the LADG spinoff showing how emotionally proud he was to know how his adopted intermediate family and those orphans he took care of were happily living their happy new lives to the fullest, that scene made me cry with Kiryu too knowing just how incredibly touching story narrative video games can be with their types of cutscenes these days. And yeah, some of those screenshots I took of random in game fictional store/shop signs, restaurant signs, and that random car were in game-side mission related photo jobs, while the Kiryu selfies with the doggy face and kitty face were done by me personally for fun. So I hope you folks like my PS5 Screenshots I took of the game I had fun playing and beating anyway.

Kiryu+Max - Dragon Ball+Rayman styles: This is Kiryu Kazuma from the Yakuza a.k.a Like a Dragon video game media franchise drawn as a Dragonoid in the Dragon Ball style in the first picture. In the second picture is Max Goof from the Goof Troop tv series and Goofy Movie film series drawn in the Rayman style. I had so much fun drawing those two characters in those two styles for fun, yes I’ve been using the Sketch type blick material brand sketchbook that claims to be ideal for only pencils and colored pencils a lot lately, but that’s mostly because I’m currently working on a movie poster sized fan art illustration. I’ve had a lot of fun working on my pencil & colored penciled sketches, and I hope you folks like what I’ve drawn this year of course.

Ty + Invincible - GoofyVerse Style: These are Ty the Tasmanian Tiger/Thylacine and Invincible/Mark Grayson drawn in the Goof Troop/Goofy Movie series style because I watched the Goofy Docu-film: Not just a Goof show the whole real life goofy movie crew drawn and animated with blue pencils in the Goof Troop/Goofy Movie style, that Goofy Movie documentary inspired me to watch the original Goofy Movie again on it’s 30th anniversary this year after all these years, and now after all these years, I decided to play with the GoofyVerse style and try it on Ty and Invincible for fun, and I used Max Goof’s hairstyle for Goofy-Mark Grayson since I since I thought that look would fit my Goofy fan design of the half alien superhero anyway, yeah I’ll admit my clothing choices for Ty make him look almost a Thylacine version of Glen Quagmire out of context but at least I made his pants teal/aqua green like his prototype in game-skin that I’ve seen in the Switch 1 versions of Ty’s 1, 2, and 4, plus ty’s red shorts & quagmire’s red shirt both look alike with their yellow suns anyway. And I hope you folks like my GoofyVerse styled fan art sketches of my favorite characters anyway too.

Luke Braveheart + Last Ronin Mikey-Unicorn warriors eternal style + Kingdom Hearts Mickey style: While I can’t say that my attempts at drawing Last Ronin-Mikey at Mickey Mouse’s default Disney Mascot design and Kingdom Hearts 2 pose was ever gonna be perfect since god knows I couldn’t get that one right, but at least I got the Unicorn Warriors Eternal style and pose for Luke right, and out of the two pencil & colored penciled sketches I made on my Blick Material brand sketch book, which doesn’t seem to accept any inking/penning other than just charcoal pencils, regular pencils, colored pencils etc, I’m much more proud of my Unicorn Warriors Eternal styled sketch of Luke Braveheart from the isekai anime: Zenshu, since my Unicorn Warriors Eternal styled sketch of Luke is my favorite sketch I’ve ever made to be honest. Especially when I used Pac-Man’s Ghostly Adventures era eyes design to give Unicorn/Genndy-Luke Braveheart that very look that would make him so much more badass in that stylistic design already. Sorry I’ve forgotten to put his Scabbard on his left side waist where he keeps his sword in, but I still had a lot more fun making Genndy styled Luke Braveheart than the difficult time I had drawing Last Ronin-Mikey plus the 1987 era ninja turtles’ face designs always did indirectly make em' look like Mickey Mouse anyway lol, but I hope you folks like my two sketches of Luke & Michelangelo anyway of course.

Max & Chloe’s DreamKeepers-Redreamt & Original Editions: Ten Years Ago in 2015 when I was still a neophyte DreamKeepers Fan only two since I got into the Webcomic/Indie Graphic Novel series since after I had graduated high school in 2013 back then, I drew my DreamKeeper fan designs of Max Caulfield and Chloe Price as their own DreamKeeper avatars that would reflect on their personalities. In the original DreamKeepers parodied Life is Strange fan art illustration I drew in 2015, I drew Max as a Doe which I at least got right since the original Life is Strange developers had always used a Female Deer as Max’s true Animal Symbol/Spirit Animal of course, one thing I got wrong about DreamKeeper-Chloe is that I never sought to look up what her true canonical animal symbol/spirit animal originally was since I just imagined DreamKeeper-Chloe to be some pink and purple striped raccoon with light blue hair, and after watching some fun new walkthrough videos of the new Max Caulfield direct sequel: Life is Strange Double Exposure on YouTube with some multiple narrative path where I liked some of the choices those YouTube Streaming Gamers did and some I did not like from those them at all, I decided to start remaking my DreamKeepers parodied Life is Strange fan art illustration by looking up Max & Chloe’s true Animal Symbols and redesign my DreamKeeper fan designs of Max & Chloe in style, DreamKeeper-Max is now a Caracal Doe hybrid because the first LIS protagonist with the Doe Symbol also liked having her very own cat in the DLC version of LIS: Double Exposure, and DreamKeeper-Chloe is now a Butterfly Crow hybrid since the Blue Butterfly wasn’t the only animal to foreshadow the conflicting fates between Chloe’s end vs Arcadia Bay’s end, so did the Crows too… if I remember that correctly when I played the five episodes of the first LIS game ten years ago of course. I had fun remaking my DreamKeeper fan designs of Max & Chloe and I hope you DreamKeepers Fans and LIS Fans alike like both my fan remake and fan original altogether anyway.

Turtle Titan + Ren & Stimpy 3-22-2025: These are my two SFW sketches I made at ECF in Inglewood, the first picture here is my fan design of Michelangelo’s Superhero alter ego: Turtle Titan if he was part of the Invincible Universe and his costume was designed like the Invincible Family’s costumes had Image held on to the TMNT comic rights long enough to give the Image TMNT their own crossover cameo roles in the Invincible comic series back then since the Image Turtles ended in 1999 and Peter Laird had then bought back the rights to the TMNT Franchise in that very same year and revived the Mirage Continuity in 2001 until he decided to sell off the whole TMNT Media Franchise again but to Viacom (now Paramount Global) in 2009 of course. I had fun drawing Turtle Titan in that Invincible Styled Costume Design. The second picture are my Sonic Styled Fan Designs of Ren and Stimpy, with Ren Höek drawn in the Dog Avatar like design like the Dog Avatars from Sonic Forces, and Stimpson J. Cat drawn like Big the Cat (who I wonder after all these years in canon mystery wise is theoretically a Maine Coon since Maine Coons are gentle giant domesticated cats with fluffy tails and long pointier ears, I just know Big would fit into that look, I tell ya' Sonic Fans what) and I just know Stimpy would fit into the Sonic Universe well with this Big the Cat like design I imagine. I had so much fun drawing my Invincible Style fan design of Turtle Titan on a Newsprint Formatted Sketch just as much as I had fun drawing my Sonic Style fan designs of Ren and Stimpy a Traditional Formatted Sketch too, and I hope you folks like the two SFW Sketches I made this year of course.

Epic Bendy and the Artist’s Curse + Daxter-Spumco Style: The first picture in this post is of Bendy the Ink Demon if he were to have his own Epic Mickey inspired 3D Platformer spinoff and use that dark meta fictional dark concept to be what Epic Mickey wanted to be, had it’s original early concept pitch had become what it wanted to be had it not gotten it’s revised main version that Epic Mickey fans know it by today, I saw that Beta Concept version of Epic Mickey on YouTube that showed me how his Epic logo was based on what Epic Mickey was supposed to look like this whole time, and after taking some of my inspirations from those emotional meta fictional moments that I liked such as the Ultimate Exister from Zenshu Episode 4, and Joey Drew’s animated clone telling Audrey how her animated soul needed to have heart at the end of Bendy and the Dark Revival etc, is why I drew the Epic Mickey Meta Fictional lore concept I wish Red Bowtie-Bendy would have as an Epic Mickey inspired spinoff platformer of course. The second picture is of Daxter the Ottsel if he was a Spumco Character drawn in that Ren Höek styled design of course, it just a lot of fun for me to draw Bendy and Daxter in those two styles and I hope you folks like em' anyway.
