Girly Self-Care Tips for Girls

Stop dating men. Go 4B.

Stop having sex with men. They are disease vectors.

Ditch coffee, drink green tea. Green tea improves cognitive function and heart health.

You don't need any fancy skincare products. Unless you have an actual skin condition, the only thing you need to put on your face is sunscreen, face-safe soap, and water.

Go outside more. Spend time in nature, or just stand outside in your garden or driveway.

Don't get cosmetic surgery or fillers. By doing so you're just putting yourself in danger for the sake of beauty standards.

Learn everything you can possibly learn.

you seem so nice so i don't understand why your pinned post has "seed cycling"..... seed cycling makes absolutely no sense and the results in papers are not that good, it's pretty much a placebo.

women cannot effectively track their periods at home without medical equipment, one month you'll ovulate on day 14 and the other on day 22 and there's no way of knowing.

prozac works as well as a placebo in most studies and yet it still prevents suicide. the latter half of this is just stupid, sorry i don't have the time to mince words. you can track your cycle based on a multitude of factors, some more reliable than others, and many women can literally feel ovulation so it's extremely ridiculous to claim we can't track our cycles without "clinical equipment" when the clinical equipment is usually just basal temp, cervical monitoring, or blood/urine tests.

seed cycling is usually only antecdotally helpful for women who are experiencing longterm imbalance, not the type of data used in research studies. not that i've ever claimed otherwise but just to clarify

i’ve seen some smaller sample size stuff as well as documented anecdotal stuff, anyone have any links to help out?

Have there been longterm studies and/or compilations of anecdotes inquiring as to the longterm effects of quote-unquote safe binder usage? Girlfriend thinks it’s a relatively low harm way to experiment with gender identity and I, particularly as a singer, am less convinced. All people should be able to make these decisions with a full perspective on longterm consequences.
