Phase 4: Discipline
Tumblr media
Control isn’t about silence anymore. It’s about precision — calculated movements, perfected posture, and knowing when to hold the line.
There’s more space now, but that doesn’t mean freedom. Every new allowance is just a test of how well you perform under structure. You’ve proven obedience. Now, you have to prove discipline - in your work, your body, and your relationships.
“It’s not just about doing what you’re told. It’s about doing it flawlessly.”
🔓 Unlocked Space
Add a bedroom (must fit a double bed)
Surface door is now unlocked
Living room expands by 4 tiles
💰 Allowed Income
All previously allowed income sources
TimTab
Sell paintings (if Painting is unlocked)
🎯 Skill Requirements
Max one Discipline Skill (Painting, Logic, or Fitness)
Begin leveling Handiness through use and upgrades
🛠 Objects/Rooms Unlocked
Double bed
Bedroom
Expanded living room
📵 Social Rules
Build and maintain 5 client relationships at max friendship
No social contact beyond clients
🤳 Selfie Requirement
One selfie inside the new bedroom
One selfie with each of the five new clients
📈 Advancement Condition
Max one Discipline Skill (Painting, Logic, or Fitness)
Secure 5 clients with max friendship
🩸 Sacrifices Made
Phase: $2,500
Per Pregnancy: $5,000 per pregnancy to the pregnant Sim
Per WooHoo: $1,000 per interaction (If using the Peeplings in Wicked Whims, the cost is §500)
Room: $2,000 to unlock Living Room, $2,500 to unlock Bedroom
Skill: $3,000 for Discipline Skill, $2,000 for Handiness
Optional: $6,000 to unlock Plumfruit Tablet + Simazon Unlimited
Bills and Child support are paid
Discipline doesn’t mean restraint. It means refinement - becoming sharper, quieter, cleaner. This is the phase where failure isn’t punished. It’s simply not tolerated.

Phase 3: Performance
Tumblr media
You’re not just surviving anymore. You’re being watched — and you know how to smile when it hurts.
You’ve earned isolation, now you must earn presentation. The bathroom becomes both a stage and a confessional — you pose, you clean, you cry between takes.
This phase demands perfection in small spaces. Every act of hygiene, every skill point, every pose for the camera — it’s all performance. Compliance is no longer quiet. It must now be visible.
🔓 Unlocked Space
Add a tiny bathroom (4 tiles max)
💰 Allowed Income
Same as Phase 2 (OnlySims via phone, permitted freelance, etc.)
🎯 Skill Requirements
Max OnlySims to Level 10
Max Charisma to Level 10
🛠 Objects/Rooms Unlocked
Toilet and shower only
📵 Social Rules
Remain isolated
🤳 Selfie Requirement
Selfie must be taken inside the bathroom
📈 Advancement Condition
Reach Level 10 in both Onlysims and Charisma.
Pay the sacrifices.
🩸 Sacrifices Made
Phase: §1,000
Pregnancy: §5,000 per pregnancy to the pregnant sim.
WooHoo: §1,000 per interaction to the sim you are woohooing (If using the Peeplings in Wicked Whims, the cost is §500)
Room → §2,000 Living Room | §1,000 Bathroom
Skill → Charisma §1,500
Optional → §8,000 for Plumfruit Tablet & The Amazon unlimited reading
Bills and Child support are paid
This phase is about being seen, not for who you are, but for how well you perform. There is no curtain call. Only the expectation of more.

Markers of Permission: Skill Unlocks by Phase
Tumblr media
You don’t learn to survive. You survive long enough to be allowed to learn.
In the Basement Lineage, skill is not a birthright. It is not something earned by passion or potential. It is a privilege. A tool handed down only after you’ve suffered enough to deserve it.
Here, learning is a leash. Your Sim can only improve when permitted, and every new skill marks a phase of survival passed. Mastery doesn’t just mean growth, it means compliance. Endurance. Control.
📍 How It Works
Each skill is unlocked at a specific phase. Until then, your Sim cannot train, level, or benefit from that skill, even if the object or opportunity exists.
To train a skill, your Sim must have:
📦 The item required to practice it
🔓 The permission granted by the current phase
📘 Skill Unlock Timeline
Phase 1: The Box
📸 Photography - You may now document.
📱 OnlySims - You may now profit.
Phase 2: Submission
🔒 No new skills unlocked. Stillness. Repetition. Nothing new is allowed.
Phase 3: Performance
🗣 Charisma - Speaking becomes its own kind of weapon.
Phase 4: Threshold
🎨 Painting
🧠 Logic
💪 Fitness
🔧 Handiness
You’ve been handed tools, but that doesn’t mean they’re yours.
Phase 5: Ritual
🍳 Cooking - You’re finally allowed to feed yourself.
Phase 6: Reaping
🌱 Gardening - Even in decay, things find a way to grow.
Phase 7: Echochamber
🔮 Erotic Dreaming - Dreams become dangerous.
✍️ Writing - Words begin to shape the world.
💻 Programming - You learn to create behind the screen.
Phases 8-11: Free-Leveling Unlocked At last, the leash slips. Your Sim may now train any skill. But whether they’re truly free is another question.

📉 The SMB Bank System
Tumblr media
“You’re not playing with Simoleons. You’re playing with silence, structure, and scarcity.”
This is the heart of your financial infrastructure. The SMB Bank System governs how every Simoleon is split, sacrificed, and saved. You don’t just spend money in this challenge, you allocate weight.
There are three accounts. Each one carries a cost, a promise, or a consequence.
🧾 Deposit Distribution
Every time your Sim earns money, it is automatically distributed:
🔥 40% into the Sacrifice Account
🏛 30% into the College/House Fund
🪙 30% into the Main Account
You must use the SMB Bank mod to make this structure functional. Set up your auto-deposit rules once, and do not override them.
🔥 Sacrifice Account
This is the cost of survival.
Pays for unlock fees, ritual penalties, and forbidden actions
Examples:
Clearing needs without earned objects
Woohoo without a client
Early unlocks (when permitted)
This account is never used for regular gameplay purchases
🏛 College/House Fund
This is a future your founder may never touch.
Receives 30% of all income automatically
May only be used in one of two ways:
To build the final legacy house if the challenge ends after Phase 10
To support the future heir's gameplay in Phase 11
The founder may only access this account if Phase 11 will not be played
If Phase 11 is chosen, the fund is reserved entirely for the heir
🪙 Main Account
This is what your founder can use but still under restriction.
Receives 30% of all income
May be used for gameplay purchases within phase limits
No unlock? No access
Money alone does not open doors, you still have to earn the right to walk through them

Atmospheric The Sims 4: 15+ Moody Presets for GShade and ReShade
We've done preset collections before, but they mostly featured warm, vibrant tones. Yet many players love their Sims dark and brooding. So we're making amends with this extensive list of muted, shadowy, and cold presets for GShade and ReShade. Perfect for emotionally heavy storylines or players who just prefer melancholy visuals.

The Token System
Tumblr media
Power isn’t given. It’s taken, one sacrifice at a time. The Token System adds a strategic layer to your descent: a way to convert suffering into strength, and effort into influence. It’s not required, but for those who choose it, every action carves legacy from limitation.
Power Earned. Pain Reinvested. (Optional, Recommended)
“Control isn’t inherited. It’s carved. Every cost paid is a step forward.”
💡 What Are Tokens?
The Token System is an optional but recommended mechanic in The Basement Lineage, a layered currency of control, designed to reward ritual play, suffering, and sacrifice.
Tokens aren’t cheats. They’re a consequence of endurance, and a tool for reclaiming power.
Use them to bypass sacrifices, unlock early features, recover lost progress, or gather strength when the system wants you to break.
🪨 How Tokens Work
Manual Tracking: Use a ledger, Notion, spreadsheet, or written record.
Non-Convertible: Tokens cannot be bought with Simoleons or cheats.
Non-Progressive: You cannot spend tokens to skip Phases.
Voluntary, Not Free: Tokens are hard-earned. They are not gifted. They are taken.
🩸 Earning Tokens
Each token is the mark of a victory, through control, sacrifice, or legacy-building.
+1 Max any skill
+1 Pay a §10,000 Simoleon Sacrifice (in a single transaction)
+1 Add a new client (with maxed friendship)
+1 Complete a Pregnancy Sacrifice
+1 Write an unpublished Romance Novel (named after a client)
+1 Decorate an entire room (only if Phase 9 requirement is met)
+2 Reach a new Phase (Phases 2–10 only)
+5 Collect a brand new piece of underwear (first time only)
+1 Collect a duplicate or discovered underwear
🔓 Spending Tokens
Tokens may be exchanged for access, absolution, or advantage. Each one buys relief from something the challenge would normally make you endure.
1 Token - Skip Book Skill Fee (1 session)
1 Token - Skip Woohoo Fee (Phases 1–3 only)
3 Tokens - Bypass Pregnancy Sacrifice
10 Tokens - End a pregnancy via MCCC (“Yeet a Baby”)
4 Tokens - Unlock a Room 1 Phase Early
3 Tokens - Unlock a Skill 1 Phase Early
2 Tokens - Restore Lost Client (0 → Maxed Relationship)
2 Tokens - Remove Penalty Lockout (e.g. Fun, Objects, etc.)
5 Tokens - Gain §10,000
5 Tokens - Fully bypass room decoration fee
🧾 Why Use Tokens?
Because your Founder isn't just surviving, they're mastering. Every sacrifice has value. Every cost has meaning. The Token System turns that meaning into momentum.
Optional. Recommended. Ritualized.

🔐 Phase 2: Submission
Tumblr media
You earned your breath. Now earn your space. The walls expand, but your freedom does not. Survival is still rationed. Connection is still forbidden. Submission isn’t surrender, it’s the discipline of restraint.
🔒 A little space, but no freedom. You earn comfort, not control. You earn softness by surviving the sharp.
📐 Unlocked Space
Expand to 9 tiles total (any layout).
💰 Allowed Income
Same as Phase 1 (OnlySims via phone, permitted freelance, etc.).
📘 Skill Requirements
Maintain Phase 1 skills only. No new skill learning is allowed.
🛠 Objects/Rooms Unlocked
You may now add:
Toilet
Shower
Single bed
Mini fridge
Microwave
🤳 Selfie Requirement
Take a selfie in your new 3x3 space. It must clearly show the upgraded room with the Founder inside.
📈 Advancement Condition
Earn §15,000 minimum.
For every additional §1,000 earned, gain 1 Token.
🔻 Sacrifices This Phase
Phase Entry: §1,000 to the House Fund
Pregnancy: §5,000 per pregnancy (paid to the pregnant Sim)
WooHoo: §1,000 per interaction
(If using Peeplings from Wicked Whims, this cost is reduced to §500)
Paid to the Sim wohooed.
Cheats: §500 per cheat used (needs, money, satisfaction, etc.) to the house fund.
Skill Unlock: None this phase
Optional Unlock:
§9,000 sacrifice unlocks the Plumfruit Tablet and Simazon Unlimited Reading
Financial Obligation:
All bills and child support must be paid.
This phase grants you more room and the illusion of comfort but no control. You are still sealed in silence. And the silence is watching.

Theme of the Challenge: From Isolation to Inheritance
Tumblr media
“It starts in the dark. It ends in legacy.”
The core concept of The Basement Lineage is about building upward from deprivation. Your Sim begins invisible, stripped of comfort, autonomy, and even sunlight. But each earned freedom is a quiet rebellion. Each unlock, a scar turned staircase.
This isn’t a journey of random hardship. It’s a story of structured survival, told in scarcity and scaled in sacrifice.
CORE THEME
From Isolation to Inheritance Your Founder is not simply poor or unlucky. He is buried, locked beneath a house that was never his. He rises not through hope, but through control. Through blood, through will, through sacrifice.
He does not build a home. He builds a legacy.
NARRATIVE ELEMENTS
Each rule, restriction, and unlock in this challenge supports its core narrative. You are not just climbing out. You are carving your way up.
Confinement → Autonomy Start in total control. Earn every freedom.
Sacrifice as Currency Progress costs something. WooHoo, skills, cheats, they all have a price.
Power Through Secrecy Your rise is hidden. Clients fund your foundation. The world above doesn’t see you, yet.
Generational Echoes The Founder’s pain becomes the Heir’s lesson. What kind of legacy do you leave when you start in chains?
Moral Ambiguity This challenge doesn’t ask for goodness. It asks for survival. And survival isn’t always kind.
GENRE TAGS
Dystopian Survival
Dark Legacy
Psychological Endurance
Morally Grey Protagonist
Control-Based Gameplay
NSFW Systems and Narratives (Optional)
TONE
Gritty: Even plumbing is a luxury in early phases.
Oppressive → Empowering: With each sacrifice, the tone shifts toward strength.
Legacy-Defining: The rules aren't just obstacles, they shape your Sim and the future they create.
This Isn’t Just a Challenge.
It’s a system. A structure. A ritual of legacy, built from silence and shame.
When the light comes, it won't be because you found it. It'll be because you built it.

The Legacy Below :: Lore of the Basement Lineage
Tumblr media
“He wasn’t born to the basement. He was buried in it.” Before the rules, there was ritual. Before the challenge, there was a reason. This is the story of what came first, the descent before the descent.
Post Body:
📖 The Legacy Below
“He wasn’t born to the basement. He was buried in it.” A story carved from silence, shame, and survival.
🕳️ Origin of the Descent
This is the legacy’s origin. The prose that breathes behind the rules. It tells the story of a Sim who was sealed away, not by failure, but by force. Locked underground, forgotten by the house above, he begins to carve a future out of silence and shame.
📱 He starts with nothing but a phone and a voice
🧱 Every transaction builds a wall, a weapon, a legacy
🧬 His children will not inherit hunger. They will inherit empire
🕯️ Full Lore
The house above him stands hollow. Four walls and a roof, nothing more...
The house above him stands hollow. Four walls and a roof, nothing more. No bed to rest in, no food to eat, no light to cast even a pretense of warmth. It is not broken, it is untouched. Empty by intention, not accident. It waits like a mausoleum, like a memory that never had the chance to become real. A monument to a legacy that never included him. It was never offered, never promised, never his.
He lives beneath it. Not by mistake. Not because he failed to climb. He was locked there, deliberately, strategically, as containment. A consequence of what he saw. Of what he survived. Of what he refused to forget.
Before the door sealed behind him, before the concrete became his ceiling, he knew something was wrong. He saw the vines, those too-bright blossoms curling where they shouldn’t bloom. He heard the voices echoing from below the soil, strange and sacred and hungry. He followed them. He warned them.
And they punished him for it.
He was placed there, clinically, methodically, like data stored for study. The basement was not built for comfort. It was built to quarantine. A space without windows, without softness, without time. Concrete presses in from all sides, unmoved and unmoving. It offers no safety, only the cold mercy of routine.
But he endures.
He does not belong to the house, but the house does not destroy him either. It forgets him. And in that forgetting, he begins to remember himself.
He has no family. No last name. No keys to open the doors above. But he has a phone. And he has a voice, a quiet weapon, sharp and patient. That is how it begins. With nothing but breath and bandwidth, he carves survival out of silence. They thought that emptiness would erase him. That isolation would teach him not to want. That silence would still the ache.
But he does not still.
He sees what they don’t: where others see nothing, he sees space. Space to build. Space to earn. Space to ascend.
He seduces from shadows, sells fantasy in exchange for currency, and bleeds need into effort. Nothing is given. Everything is extracted. Every Simoleon is won through sacrifice through discomfort, denial, and control. With each transaction, he does not buy pleasure. He lays foundation. Not in the house above, where light might betray his progress, but within the dark. Within himself.
He is not building a home. He is building a legacy.
The upstairs remains untouched. The lights never flicker on. The walls above stay bare. But the basement? The basement pulses with intention. It breathes with effort. It waits like a heart beneath the floorboards. Power is growing, not loud, not showy, but rooted. Enduring.
And one day, when he rises, it will not be to take his place in the house. He will not sit at someone else’s table. He will tear down the walls that refused him and raise something new in their place.
Not inheritance. Not tradition. Something better. Something chosen.
He was buried beneath their lies. But his children? His legacy?
They will not inherit hunger. They will not inherit shame.
They will inherit empire.

🔲 Phase 1: The Box
Tumblr media
You don’t begin with walls. You begin with a square. One tile. No comfort. No light. No contact. This is not a home. It’s a holding cell, until you make it more.

No expansions allowed until Phase 2.
💰 Allowed Income
OnlySims
Photography

OnlySims to Level 5
🛠 Objects/Rooms Unlocked

🤳 Selfie Requirement
One selfie within the 1x1 space.
Must be taken in live mode, not CAS.
🧗 Advancement Condition:
Reach Level 5 in both Photography and OnlySims.
Once complete, you may proceed to Phase 2.
🩸 Sacrifices Made
Phase: §1,000

Optional Unlock: §10,000 sacrifice unlocks the Plumfruit Tablet and Simazon Unlimited early to the house fund.

🧱 The Cage Must Be Built
Tumblr media
Before he can descend, something must contain him. The lot is not just where your Founder lives, it's where he is tested, forged, and broken. Every wall is a limit. Every object, a reward.
This guide walks you through preparing the lot for The Basement Lineage. Start with nothing. Build only what the phases allow. Let the walls close in.
🧱 Lot Details
Lot Type: Residential
Lot Size: 30x20 is recommended (but any size works)
Lot Traits: Optional. You may choose discomfort-enhancing traits if desired.
🔨 The Basement: 1x1 Box
Your Founder begins in a 1x1 tile basement. Nothing more.
Setup Requirements:
1x1 square, below ground
Concrete walls, no flooring or wallpaper
No lighting
No doors, stairs, or ladders
Absolutely no objects inside
The tile must remain completely empty until objects are earned through phase progression.
This is where the challenge truly begins, in silence, darkness, and complete deprivation.
🚪 The Upstairs Shell
You may build an unfurnished shell structure above ground.
This is not the final house your Sim will live in. It is a placeholder, a ghost structure that will eventually be bulldozed.
Shell Guidelines:
Build only basic walls or layout
No décor, furniture, or functional objects
No stairs or door access to/from the basement
This space may not be entered or used until explicitly allowed by a phase
Once upstairs access is granted, you must bulldoze this shell and begin anew
Think of it as scaffolding, something the Sim sees above, but cannot touch. A lie. A taunt. A shape of something better, but not for him. Not yet.
🕯️ Once Prepared
Lock your Founder into the 1x1 basement
Confirm that no objects, furniture, or cheats are present
Save your build
Prepare yourself
Phase 1 begins with nothing. Not even a bed. Not even hope. Just the tile. The dark. And the weight of what’s coming.

A Sims 4 Challenge of Isolation, Obsession, and Descent
"You do not begin by walking. You begin by choosing."
What Is the Basement Lineage?
The Basement Lineage is not just a Sims 4 challenge. It's a descent. A transformation. A ritual of control, survival, and self-construction in a world that offers neither comfort nor choice.
You begin as a single Sim in a single-tile basement. Stripped of access, relationships, resources, or freedom, your Founder is not a blank slate, he is a weapon waiting to be forged.
The challenge is divided into 11 Phases. Each phase represents a stage in your Sim's psychological, physical, and legacy evolution. As you descend deeper into the system, the rules constrict, the costs rise, and the expectations sharpen. There are no shortcuts, no cheats, no comfort modes.
The only way out is through.
Key Concepts
✦ Deprivation as a Game Mechanic From social starvation to need penalties, this challenge is built to hurt. Your Sim must suffer before they are allowed to thrive. Every object, relationship, and skill must be earned.
✦ Structured Isolation No roommates. No neighbors. No parties or friendly chats. Your Founder is locked away from the world, and any outside contact must be paid for, earned, or unlocked.
✦ Phase-Based Progression You unlock rooms, skills, and new freedoms by reaching specific milestones. Until then, you live in what you've earned. Nothing more.
✦ A Legacy in Reverse Unlike traditional legacy challenges, The Basement Lineage begins with nothing and slowly rebuilds upward. You don’t pass down family wealth. You build it from rot.
✦ Economic System Every Simoleon is tracked through the SimNational Bank (SNB) system. Three accounts manage your challenge: one for survival, one for sacrifice, one for legacy. Distribution is mandatory.
✦ Punishment & Penalties Break the rules? Cheat a need? WooHoo without payment? Everything has a price. Penalties are Simoleon-based and stack until paid.
✦ The Ritual of the Self This is not a passive challenge. You are expected to build a story. Whether you play silently or with journals, every choice reflects your Founder’s descent and evolution.
The 11 Phases
Each phase builds on the one before. Unlocks, skills, and income methods are phase-gated. Phases are not optional.
The Box -> Total deprivation. Earn your way out.
Submission -> The barest minimum of survival.
Performance -> Skill mastery begins here.
Threshold -> Clients. Contact. Consequences.
Ritual -> Your influence spreads.
Reaping -> Now, you feed yourself.
Echochamber -> You build your empire of thought.
Rewrite -> Novels. Obsession. Power.
Reflection -> Legacy meets excess.
Ascension -> Build above. Return changed.
The After (Optional) -> Raise the next heir. End the cycle.
Required Mods & Systems
This challenge relies on modded gameplay to function. Some features include:
Wicked Whims & Kinky Whims Traits
SimNational Bank
OnlySims career
Custom interactions for control and client management
Optional: Plumfruit Tablet, and moodlet-enhancing mods
All mod links and required downloads are listed [on the Required Mods page].
What Kind of Sim Survives This?
Your Founder isn’t random. He’s built.
You will design him with a very specific blend of traits, aspirations, and appearance. He is not meant to be sympathetic. He is not meant to be happy. He is the product of his cage, and his purpose is dominance, not comfort.
He does not get better. He gets stronger.
Storytelling Optional, Ritual Required
Not everyone will journal. Not everyone will write. But every player is expected to treat this as a ritualized challenge. That means honoring the rules, the tone, and the narrative weight of your Sim's journey.
The Basement doesn't care if you write a novel. It cares if you suffered correctly.
Begin the Descent
Before you can play, read the following in order:
[Setting Up] -> Sim setup, lot requirements, aspiration path
[Terms of Survival] -> Rules, penalties, and boundaries
[Phases & Progression] -> Unlocks and goals
[The Root Map] -> A full index of every page, post, and progression path within the challenge.
Optional: Join our Discord Server to track your journey, share your Founder, or participate in lore.
The Basement is waiting. Are you ready to choose it?

🪞 The Founder: What You Are When You Are Nothing
Tumblr media
He isn’t made to survive. He’s made to dominate.
This isn’t Create-A-Sim. This is configuration. You’re not picking a name. You’re pulling a weapon from the dark.
Before the descent begins, your Founder must be engineered, trait by trait, flaw by flaw, for seduction, scarcity, and absolute control. This page outlines how to build him right… or how to watch him break.
🧬 Sim Identity Requirements
Gender:
The Founder must be male to align with mod-based systems, client mechanics, and the Big Dick trait from KMI.
Life Stage & Settings:
Must be a Young Adult
Aging must be enabled
Lifespan must be set to Long
🎭 Required Traits (CAS)
The Founder begins with the following five traits: These are not optional. They define his starting edge.
✦ Manipulator (Artemissy) -> Strategic, emotionally intelligent, always calculating
✦ Seducer (Kiara) -> Natural charm; eases client conversion
✦ Talented (Kiara) -> Cross-discipline edge
✦ Heartbreaker (Chingyu) -> Emotional fallout; narrative volatility
✦ Woohoo Lover (Kiara) -> Sexual drive and mood sensitivity
📌 Mod links available on the Required Mods page. These traits create tension: the Founder is seductive, emotionally volatile, deeply manipulative, and compulsive. You are not building for survival. You are building for control.
🎯 CAS Aspiration (Must Assign in CAS)
StrangerVille Mystery This is required and must be selected at the start. Do not switch it out. This aspiration’s structure is necessary for the challenge’s deeper narrative mechanics and hidden unlock paths.
💰 Starting Funds
Your Founder must begin the game with §0
No cheats or household income allowed
All objects and income must be earned through the systems outlined in the challenge
🪞 Visual & Environmental Setup
You’re not just building a Sim. You’re setting a tone.
Suggested CAS Aesthetic:
Cold or sharp features; no softness unless it hides something
Minimalist or industrial clothing
Avoid friendly, vibrant color schemes
You are not building a boyfriend. You are building a controlled burn.
Basement Themes (to consider once you enter gameplay):
Harsh lighting or none at all
Concrete textures
Utility-focused furniture
Avoid cozy decor until explicitly unlocked
🛠️ Post-CAS Trait Assignment (via Wicked Whims)
Once you load into Live Mode, pause the game and apply the following Wicked Attributes:
📍 Wicked > Personalization > Wicked Attributes > Wicked Attributes Controls ➤ Choose “All Sims,” select only your Founder in the household group. ➤ Apply the traits below:
🩸 Required Traits (Wicked + Modded)
From YourFalseHope:
Sex Addict
Horny
Fuck Boy
Slut
Shared Immortality (Optional legacy mechanic)
From Alchemist’s Kinky Expansions:
Likes Giving Anal
Big White Cock / Big Black Cock (pick one)
Likes to Receive Oral
Erotic Dreams
Breeding Kink (Giving)
From Wicked Whims:
Sexually Adventurous
Insatiably Lustful
Nudity Enthusiast
Generous Lover
Polyamorous
From KMI (Khlas):
Top
Big Cock
Virile
These traits must be added immediately upon entering Live Mode. They will shape everything from client interactions to sacrifice requirements.
🏦 Sim National Bank Setup (SNB Required)
You must create three separate accounts using the SimNational Bank mod:
Main Account - Personal Sim spending (what little you’ll be allowed)
Sacrifice Account - For all penalty payments, needs cheats, woohoo costs
College/House Fund - Future-oriented; used to unlock legacy structures
Income Split:
40% → College/House Fund
30% → Sacrifice Account
30% → Main Account

🕯️ The Descent Begins
Tumblr media
“Every descent begins with a choice.” You do not start with a Sim. You start with surrender. This page is your first offering, your first rule broken just by reading.
The Basement Lineage is not about comfort. It’s about control. Your founder begins with nothing. You will take from him until something emerges.
🕳️ Start here to understand what must be built, broken, and buried before you begin.
The Basement is watching. Make this choice count.
🪞 What This Is
The Basement Lineage is a ritual-driven Sims 4 challenge built around isolation, sacrifice, and survival. It is not fast. It is not kind. It is not fair. But it is structured.
Your Sim will begin with nothing but the basement. They will earn every object, every room, every touch of freedom. They will suffer for every bit of control they claim, and give something of themselves in return.
This is not just a challenge. It is a story you shape through denial, devotion, and descent.
📍 Your First Steps
Before the game begins, you must complete your ritual preparation. Each of the following pages is required before you descend:
🔗 Sim Setup - Who your founder is, and what he must carry.
🔗 Lot Setup - The shell you begin in, and what the Basement allows.
🔗 Terms of Survival - The rules. The limits. The pain. (Don’t skip this.)
Once setup is complete, the real descent begins.
🕳️ Then the Descent
Progression happens through carefully structured Phases. Each unlocks new mechanics, skills, spaces, and consequences.
Start here to track your Founder’s evolution:
🔗 Phases & Progression - The descent is slow. It must be earned.
⚠️ Before You Begin
This challenge is intended for mature players. It contains adult content, including themes of isolation, power dynamics, sexual interaction, and emotional instability.
You must be 18+ to play or engage with this challenge in any form. This is your only warning.
🕯️ If You’re Ready…
Descend.

Phases & Progression [Index]
Tumblr media
You don’t unlock the next level. You survive your way into it.
The Basement Lineage isn’t a flat challenge. It’s vertical. Every phase adds pressure. Every phase demands more sacrifice, more control, more proof that you deserve a life above ground.
This index is your ladder. But don’t mistake it for hope. Climbing is possible. Freedom? Never guaranteed.
🕳 Phase 1: The Box
You start in a single tile. No comfort. No contact. Just grind, exposure, and isolation.
🔒 Phase 2: Submission
A little space, but no freedom. You earn what you’re allowed to survive with.
📸 Phase 3: Performance
What they want from you now is polish. Your body, your charm, marketed under pressure.
🛏 Phase 4: Threshold
The door opens, but only for clients. Connection is monetized. Privacy is performance.
🍽 Phase 5: Ritual
Routine replaces restraint. Clients gather weekly. Your body becomes their Sunday gospel.
🌿 Phase 6: Reaping
You cultivate what sustains others, not yourself. Growth becomes a transaction.
🧠 Phase 7: Echochamber
Work, write, hack, repeat. Your mind is no longer yours, it’s a monetized algorithm.
📚 Phase 8: Rewrite
You tell love stories for people who pay you. None of them are yours.
🪞 Phase 9: Reflection
You decorate your prison. You look good doing it. But you’re still counting clients.
🏛 Phase 10: Ascension
You build your palace, but you may not enter until you’ve proven your worth in every way.
🩶 Phase 11: The After (Optional Final Phase)
The founder fades. The daughter rises. The legacy either heals or inherits the wound.
🧷 Each phase will be posted individually. This index will update as they unlock. Selfies are required at the end of every phase. If your Sim can’t look themselves in the eye, they can’t move forward.

Terms of Survival
Tumblr media
You don’t begin with freedom. You begin with obedience.
The Basement Lineage is not built on chance. It’s built on control, tight, intentional, and absolute. These rules aren’t suggestions. They are the structure holding up your descent, the terms your Sim must agree to before they take their first breath in the dark.
They will tell you what cannot be done. What cannot be earned without cost. They are the locks on every door, the weight in every room, the reason no one escapes unchanged.
These ten rules govern the challenge from the very first day to the final generation. You may not bend them. You may not bypass them. And unless a phase explicitly lifts a restriction.
You are still bound by it.
No Cheats Without Sacrifice Money, needs, skills, and aspiration cheats are forbidden unless a phase unlocks them and they are paid for with a Simoleon sacrifice.
🕰️ Aging is On. Death is Permanent. Lifespan must be set to Long. If your founder fails or dies, the next heir continues where they left off, no restarts.
💰 Income Must Follow Phase Rules and Be Routed Through SNB The founder may only earn income using methods explicitly allowed by their current phase. ❌ No unauthorized gigs, crafting, sales, careers, or passive income. All earnings must be routed through SimNational Bank (SNB) accounts: -> College/House Fund: 40% -> Sacrifice Account: 30% -> Main Account: 30% (for spending only)
🧍‍♀️ The Founder is Fully Controlled The founder may not form relationships except through client-based or phase-permitted exchanges. Autonomy must remain OFF.
📚 Skills Are Locked by Phase No skill may be learned unless explicitly unlocked by your current phase. Passive skill gain also counts as a violation.
🛏️ Live Below. No Upstairs Access Until Earned. No sleeping, cooking, hygiene, or activity is allowed above ground. All furniture and objects must be earned and placed in the basement only. No new builds above ground unless permitted.
🚪 You May Not Leave the Lot The founder may never travel off-lot. The only allowed exception is stepping outside the front door to check mail.
🔞 WooHoo is Limited by Phase and Sacrifice Until clients are unlocked: - WooHoo is forbidden unless it clears a Sex Addict moodlet - Or a §1,000 Simoleon sacrifice is paid to the Sacrifice Account After clients are unlocked: - WooHoo is only allowed once per phase via SimDa > One Night Stand - That interaction may begin a client conversion ❌ Romance, dating, and emotional relationships remain forbidden unless unlocked
👤 Clients Must Be Controlled and Contained Clients must be acquired via TimTab ✅ May enter the basement only ❌ May not move in, stay overnight, or enter the main house ⚠️ If a client enters the upstairs: the founder must return to the basement for one full season
🧷 If the Phase Doesn’t Say Yes, It’s Still No All restrictions remain active unless explicitly lifted by a phase. If you're not sure whether something’s allowed, it isn’t.
☕ You’re Allowed to Enjoy the Descent This challenge is meant to be brutal, messy, and weirdly cathartic. Build with flair, play with intention, and twist your legacy into something uniquely yours. Power may cost everything, but you’re still allowed to have fun paying the price.
