“Seriously?” Camilla muttered to herself when she arrived at the bar her old school friends had told her to meet them at, only to discover that they hadn’t arrived yet. She walked up to the bar, perching herself on a barstool, deciding to wait there until they arrived. “Just come over when you’re finished,” she smiled at him as she looked over the cocktail menu.
Bash didn’t need to look at the person’s face to know it was Camilla and immediately made her a drink once he was done. “It’s good to see you again.” He smiled as he put the drink in front of her. “Only because you’re like family. How have you been?”

❛ —Oh good! I can’t wait…❜ Tiffany smiles as she grabbed her jacket and headed towards the car. She waited for him to open the door for her. She loved that he was such a gentleman to her. It was one of the many things that she loved about him.
“I hope you like it.” He smiled, watching Tiff get her things. He opened the car door for her, then shut it before getting in on his side, “My moms also want to know if you like the food, it’s their reason for getting you to text them.”

❛ —Of course! I’m starving. Is there food at home?…❜ Tiffany asks breaking the kiss briefly before resting her head on his shoulder.
“Yes, and I made dinner. Don’t worry my moms talked me through it on FaceTime. We have everything keeping warm in the oven.”

Walking into a bar just when it was opening to many may have been pathetic. Possibly a signal that she was an alcoholic, or a budding one at least. But for her it just meant that she was done with a long day at the diner. She needed a drink and she needed someone else to make it for her. “Vodka Pomegranate when you can, and keep em’ coming” she said, pressing a credit card she maybe shouldn’t be using on the bar top. It was for emergencies, she had promised her brother when she opened it. Well, this was an emergency. “Is it weird that I’m the first one here? Are you totally judging me?”
Z had just finished washing his hands just in time to hear the order for a vodka pom and began making it. “No to both. Someone has to be the first to come in. What would be weird is if you came in dressed like a clown.” He knew that would never happen, but still.

“Yeah but only if you’re gonna join me,” Reem replied with a cheesy grin, knowing well that wasn’t a likely option. “I actually came to eat everything on the bar menu. I had a killer workout and I need everything fried,” he told him, tapping his fingers against the bar. “And if you add in a low calorie drink and tell me how your day is going, then that works too, B. You looking fresh, is that a new shirt?”
“You know I only do virgin shots while working.” Bash laughed a bit and put the order in for Kareem. “I can make you a low calorie mojito.” Bash offered knowing it had a simple recipe. “My day was about normal, though I got my workout here so I didn’t need to go to the gym. Thank you, it is new. Believe it or not it’s part of the uniform.” Bash laughed a bit considering the shirt didn’t really say anything, nor did he wear a name tag.

Oscar smiled and nodded “ Thank you, I am just waiting for some people to arrive but we should be ordering some food at some point, what time does the kitchen close?”
“The kitchen closes at 2am, but we start selling bar food in 30 minutes. If you need more time I can tell the kitchen.”

❛ —Bash! You came to my rescue. Thank you so much! ❜ Tiffany runs into his arms and kisses him. Tiffany had a long day at work so she was looking forward to going back to her cozy home with her boyfriend and cuddle.
A wide smile appeared on Bash’s face once Tiffany spoke and ran to him. “Of course I came to your rescue.” He smiled once their kiss broke. “Are you hungry?”

“I’ll just take a Blue Moon. Please get the manager for me when you get a chance.” Jensen nestled in at the bar were he usually sat and looked up at his favorite TV to watch.
Once Z finished moving the box out of the way, he rinsed his hands and filled a cup of Blue Moon from the draft, he put an orange wedge on a plate using the tongs and gave both to Jensen. “I’ll get the manager.” He disappeared in the back for a momen.

Angelica gave a polite smile at his words, mouthing a ‘will do’ as she placed her purse on the seat next to her. Her eyes scanned the bar quickly but her attention was soon back at him. “Will you do a shot with me?” even if she was allowed to drink with her customers, encouraged to even, she knew not everyone was. “I really want a lemon drop with a sugar covered lemon on the side, but doing shots alone is kinda sad, no?”
It didn’t take much longer for Bash to finish prepping, just in time to hear the brunette’s question, though he didn’t answer right away, he was looking for ingredients. “Isn’t that the only way to drink a lemon drop? I never understood why someone wouldn’t want a sugar covered lemon with it. I can do a shot with you. But I prefer to have a sunset.” He assured and started to make them, he left the alcohol out of his since it wouldn’t change the color and that he had tricks to make it look like his had alcohol. Once they were finished, he handed Angelica her drink while he held his. “Should we cheers?” He asked.

Oscar had come in for a bite to eat and a drink with some friends, they could have ordered some food at the firm but they wanted to go out to eat. Being the first to arrive Oscar went up to get some menus. “We will, what time is it by the way?”
Bash listened as the man asked the time and looked at his phone. “5.” He answered and noticed the man had a menu. “The kitchen is open if you’re hungry. I’ll call over a server if you need one.”

Bash had gotten to work early to help out with preparations before the bar opened. He was happy the fruit was being taken care of by the not so busy kitchen staff and worked on his station. Hoping to get everything ready within the last few minutes seemed pretty easy considering he just needed to tidy things up, but then he saw someone come in and sit at the bar. “Let me know when you’re ready to order. I’m almost finished here.”

Bash had walked in the bar and listened to Tiffany. “Good thing I’m only picking up my girlfriend.” He smiled. “Have you seen her, she’s 5′2, has a great body..” He trailed off as he walked over smiling at her. “What needs to be done?” He asked curiously, wanting to help since she obviously had a long day.
❛ —Okay, when someone tells you the bar is closing in ten minutes that doesn’t mean you get to take your sweet time. I do have a life outside of here, surprising as it sounds and I don’t want to spend my entire night here waiting for you to get your shit together. ❜ Tiffany remarks as she rolls her eyes as she closes the bar.

Wanting to surprise Tiffany when she gets home, Bash was on his way to the flower shop to buy a bouquet for her. He knew the roads like the back of his hand so he wasn’t worried about getting lost and even knew of a few short cuts. Lost in his own thoughts, Bash almost missed someone asking him for help. “It’s back in this direction,” he pointed in the direction he was going “I’m going past it. I can take you if you want. You’re not bothering me, I’m not in any rush.”
Rowan had lived in Portland now for six months, but she still hadn’t quite mastered navigating the streets of the new city. (In her defense, she did spend a majority of her time at her job in Salem, just under an hour away.) She studied her phone, looked up to the street, then back down at the screen, a look of puzzlement coming over her. She just wanted to grab dinner and go back home and catch up on some work while some dumb sitcom played in the background. After another moment of trying to figure out where the hell she was and how to get to her destination, she gave up– she cautiously approached a stranger, grimacing sheepishly. “Hi I was just wondering if you could point me in the direction of the Vietnamese noodle place? I was trying to navigate it, but the directions keep leading me around in circles… Sorry for bothering you, by the way.”

★ ━ ( Noah Centineo, male, he/his ) ━ ★ the other day i ran into Bash Middleton. it’s funny because i was just thinking about how the TWENTY TWO YEAO OLD’s birthday was on 04/09 and how the last time i saw pronoun, Bash was CHARASMATIC, RELIABLE & EASY GOING, but could also be STUBBORN, SPOILED, & WORKAHOLIC. anyway, he has been living in NEWBERG for ALL HIS LIFE & currently works as a BARTENDER/MIXOLOGIST.
Bash was adopted at birth and grew up with two moms that taught him how to respect woman.
He didn’t have siblings, but he did have a girl the same age as him living next door, Tiffany.
The two grew up together and started dating at 16.
They’re still together now.
