i just had the worst anxiety attack i’ve had in a while while walking up to the store ( fuckin sensory overload ) and nearly threw up and almost broke down crying in front of the store so i’m very mentally and physically drained. i’ll try to get on and maybe do some things finally after i take a shower and replenish myself.
