Do you consider tagging EXTREMELY heavy injuries/scarring on a fictional character as body horror ableist?

This is assuming you would never do this to a real person, you wouldn't tag a character with the same scars to a less extreme extent as body horror, and it is extremely unlikely to impossible for a real person to obtain the extremity of the injury in real life.
