Halloween '87
Eddie goes as one of The Lost boys (vampire) and totally steals you away from whatever asshole had taken you to the shitty Halloween party.
hero of the night || e.m. [fem!reader]
❀ synopsis; you weren't one for parties to begin with but something told you this one was gonna be different
❀ word count; 612
❀ warnings; some sexual harassment, underage drinking; NO STRANGER THINGS S4 SPOILERS!!
❀ note; this gif gives me life alongside this absolute slamdunk of a prompt - i'm such a sucker for halloween so take that and add eddie munson? i'm smitten. thank you sm for requesting, i hope you enjoy!! <33
AS MUCH AS YOU DIDN'T WANT to be at Marcus' Halloween party, you weren't having the worst of times. You had turned your mother's old prom dress into the beautiful red dress of Princess Buttercup having fallen head over heels for the movie that had been released just weeks earlier.
Nursing a solo cup of jungle juice, you kept closer to the walls of the house and mingled with the few people you recognized when you could actually hear over the commotion and music.
That content feeling melted away when your date sidled up to you, reeking of booze and hardly able to stand straight.
"Come dance," they slurred, snaking an arm around your waist and pulling you close to them. You sneered and tried to push them off but that only egged them on. "Don't fight it, darlin'; if you wanna get rough there's always some rooms upstairs."
You scoffed. "As if. Get off of me, now."
As they leaned in to kiss you, you reeled back and threw the remaining contents of your cup in their face before tossing it aside. They sputtered and the other partygoers around you backed up, some whining about being in the splash zone.
Wiping the drink from their face, they stared at you with eyes like daggers. "You're gonna pay for that, you whore."
"Coming through!"
All of a sudden, the hand that was once holding a cup was now wrapped up in someone else's as they ran by, taking you in tow. Regaining your footing, you looked ahead to see a mop of curly hair bouncing as the two of you weaved through the crowd. Once you both were in the clear, standing in Marcus' backyard on the cusp of the woods, the hand slipped out of yours.
"You okay, (Name)?" Your savior asked and you nodded, catching your breath.
"Thank you. . .wait, Eddie?" You had finally gotten a good look at his face and said boy offered a small smile. "What're you doing here?"
"Saving your butt, princess," he retorted. "But for real, Gareth dragged me here cuz some chick is here. I didn't really want to come but I guess the universe knew you needed a knight."
"Yeah, some Westley you are," you teased, gesturing to his "costume". "What're you supposed to be, anyways?"
Besides the "blood" painted on his face and cape on his shoulders, Eddie was dressed in his normal Hellfire shirt and jeans, adorned with chains and rings as per usual.
Dramatically, Eddie took the hem of his cape and lifted it to where only his eyes showed. "I'm the blood-sucking vampire that's come for sustenance!"
Playing along, you placed the back of your hand to your forehead in a "fainting damsel" manner. "The hero becomes my killer in an unexpected twist!"
"I've come for your blood." Eddie swiftly dropped his cape and pulled you close by your waist, bearing his "fangs". "Oh, ah, shit."
Your words had gotten lumped in your throat as he had grabbed you so casually, which it took him a minute to realize what he had done before he stepped back. You responded by stepping forward, your eyes never leaving his as you guided his hands back to your hips.
"I-In fairy tales, doesn't the hero, uh -" You trailed off as, slowly, Eddie placed his pointer finger under your chin and lifted it up ever so slightly. "They uh, they get a -"
"May I?" He cut you off, his voice just barely above a whisper as your faces inched closer instinctually.
"Please," you whispered, eliciting a breathy chuckle from the boy before he closed what little space there was between you.
“As you wish.”

YOU BIT BACK YOUR NERVES AS YOU KNOCKED on the front door to Eddie's trailer.
"No going back now," you murmured as the door swung open, Eddie Munson standing on the other side with arms wide open.
"(Name)! Welcome, welcome." Eddie ushered you inside, casually slinging an arm around your shoulders as he led you back towards his room. "Everyone, the guest of honor has arrived!"
You gave a meek smile and waved as Eddie broke away from you, taking a seat next to Steve on his bed. You awkwardly stood near the door until Robin sidled up to you.
"You still feeling up to this?" She asked, raising an eyebrow at you while she toyed with an unlit blunt. "You don't have to do this if you don't want to."
"I want to," you reassured her. "What should I expect, exactly, though?"
Jonathan, already ahead of everyone else with a lit blunt dangling between his fingers, shifted in the chair. "Dude, it just lets your worries melt away. Trust me, this shit is great."
Nodding slowly, you took the blunt from Robin and looked it over before Steve caught your attention.
"Put that end in your mouth - good, now lemme just. . ." Steve grabbed the lighter from Eddie's bedside table and walked up to you, casually lighting the other end. You squeaked and almost dropped the blunt, eliciting a chuckle from Eddie.
"Don't tease them, shit for brains!" Robin smacked Steve upside the head, then turned to you. "Ignore him, c'mon take a seat and relax."
"There's water bottles in the kitchen as well as some snacks," Eddie piped up, joining in and lighting his own. "You let me know what you want, what you need, and it's yours. Robin's skipping this session so if you need to leave, let her know. Actually, gimme your keys."
You reached into your pocket and tossed Eddie your keys, watching as he pocketed them. Leaning back in the chair, you took another hit and slowly, your anxiety washed away and your body began to feel light, like you were floating.
"Feeling okay, (Name)?" Robin asked and you nodded slowly. "Okay, just making sure."
"I think they're feeling it," Jonathan quipped. "How's it feel, dude?"
"Dude." You turned to look at Jonathan and grinned. "This feels great."

i've got my eye on you (ch.1) || e.m.
☾ synopsis; even after you graduated, you stuck around Hawkins to keep an eye out for Eddie. you never expected much, the most being a chauffer when his trusty van wasn't so trusty, but things never go to plan when it's the two of you together
☾ word count; 1705
☾ warnings; mentions of drugs
☾ a/n; here we go, folks! ST4 SPOILERS!
"SO." YOU PULLED INTO A SPOT IN the high school parking lot, shifting to park and looking over at Eddie. "Lunch? Or after Hellfire?"
"I got a deal to finish up at lunch." Eddie didn't look at you as he spoke, rummaging through his bag. "So after Hellfire, please."
Nodding, you drummed your hands on the wheel. "Gotcha. Am I driving just you or. . .?"
Eddie shrugged, zipping up his bag and placing it on his lap. "Maybe some of the pipsqueaks, depends on their situation."
"As long as they don't bring a shit ton of snack wrappers and crumbs along with them, that's fine," you warned. "You let them do that and I'm withholding your next tattoo sketch."
Eddie gasped, pressing a hand to his chest. You smirked at his dramatics, nodding as to drive the threat home.
"Now get going; last thing you need is another detention for tardiness." You waved him off. "I'll grab a movie if you're planning on hanging out afterwards."
Eddie scoffed. "What happened to you? We would always sit here in ol' Aragorn and smoke until third period. You're no fun anymore, (Name)."
"I graduated, Munson. I'm still just as fun," you teased, "but I know when to hunker down and be serious. You should try it sometimes, considering the fact now you've got those kids looking up to you."
Opening his door, Eddie swung his legs out and sighed. "I dunno, (Name). I'm trying my best here. Those kids should really look up to someone else, though. They got some good heads on their shoulders."
"It's because they have good heads on their shoulders that they look up to you, Eddie," you reassured. "I'll see you later. Try to -"
"Have a good day and stay out of trouble," Eddie finished, pushing himself out of the car. "No promises, (Name)."
Closing the door, he shoved his hands in his pockets and ambled amongst the crowd of students filing into the building. You waited til the parking lot cleared up before pulling out and starting the rest of your day.
First stop? The lovely café that was - and still is - your go-to spot for a caffeine kick. You greet the few baristas behind the counter as you enter, dropping money in the tip jar as you approached the register.
"No Eddie?" Judy glanced up from the till to take the cash from your outstretched hand.
"Not today," you replied. "I'm trying to kick him into gear to get his shit together, so that means actually going to his classes."
Judy snorted and handed you your drink. "Good luck with that. I just don't think he's the type of guy to take that sort of stuff seriously."
You frowned. "Look, I'll be the first to admit he's not the most school-oriented person, but I think he's actually willing to try if he gets his ass in line. I think he's got a good future ahead of him if he could only get out of high school."
"If only," Judy repeated, leaning against the counter and giving you a pitiful look. "You know, (Name), you're smart - you could be so successful if you did what all of us want to do and get out of this small town. Go to college, find a spouse, live the life!"
Your shoulders drooped a bit. "But I'm happy here for now. Maybe later in life, sure, but right now Hawkins is where I think I'm supposed to be."
"Just don't put your life on hold for anything or anyone - especially that Munson boy."
You bit your tongue and nodded curtly. "Have a good day, Judy."
Turning on your heel, you walked out and headed for your car. You stopped with your hand on the door handle, your whole day thrown down the gutter after that draining interaction.
"Fuck it, change of plans." You headed across the street where the town's Family Video stood, hoping that Steve had kept a copy of The Dark Crystal stashed away like you requested. Pushing open the door, you immediately turned and tossed your drink in the trash before browsing the shelves of tapes as you made your way to the counter.
"Got the goods, Harrington?" You placed your elbows on the counter and leaned forward, flashing a smile in his direction as he looked away from the computer screen at you.
"Yeah, yeah." He reached down and pulled out a copy, pushing it towards you. "Watching it tonight?"
You shrugged, running your fingers over the worn cover absentmindedly. "Maybe. Seems like today's just that kind of day."
Steve frowned, then brightened when an idea came to mind. "Why don't you come to the basketball game tonight? I'm going, gotta support Lucas."
You shrugged. "I don't know, Steve, I'm not the fondest of that place and you know that."
"Still, it beats spending your night inside, alone, and we can go grab some ice cream afterwards!" Steve offered one of his infamous charmer smiles and you sighed, shaking your head with a grin. "I'll take that as a yes! Let's meet outside the gym at six so we can get good seats."
You waved at him as you started to head back to the front door. "See ya then, Steve."
By the time you got back to your car, your watch read 10:32 A.M. With your whole evening set up for you, you pushed your movie night into a movie afternoon, heading home to curl up and shut out the world until it was time to get ready and head back out to Hawkins High.
The hustle and bustle of high schoolers and parents alike was all too familiar as you found a parking spot and made your way up to the open gym doors; luckily, Steve made it easy to find him, especially with the blonde on his arm. As you walked behind them, you winced at how humid the gym was thanks to the sheer amount of people crammed inside.
You tuned out a majority of the game minus whenever Steve would elbow you and try to get you involved and when Lucas was suddenly pulled off the bench, that's when things turned up a notch especially due to the overflow of excitement coming from Steve being the excited mom he was.
By the end of it, however, you were bouncing on the balls of your feet as you watched Lucas play and ultimately sway the tide of the game by shooting the winning shot. The wild, uproarious cheers and excitement swept over you as it did everyone else even as everyone was exiting the building.
"I'll meet you guys at the parlor," you called to Steve as you split from him and his date, heading for your own car. Twirling the keys on your finger, you weaved your way between people and found good ol' Aragorn(the name stuck after Eddie vetoed every other you could come up with). On the hood sat Eddie, impatiently searching the crowd, with an antsy Chrissy Cunningham standing off to the side.
"(Name)!" Eddie hopped off the hood and rushed to the passenger side, hurriedly waving you over. "C'mon, we gotta go before anyone decides to throw shit at me for being within breathing distance of Chrissy."
Eyebrows raised, you hopped into the driver's seat and started up the car, eyeing Chrissy as she slid into the backseat.
"You okay?" You asked her, meeting her eyes in the rearview mirror. She nodded, keeping her head down low even as you pulled out of the parking lot. "You did a really good job tonight at the game."
Eddie looked at you incredulously. "That's where you were?"
"Yeah, Steve Harrington invited me to hang out and watch the game," you replied, heading towards Eddie's trailer. "It was fun, actually."
Eddie slumped in his seat. "Great, Harrington's got you under his influence just like Henderson. Who next? Gareth?"
You chuckled. "Yet here I am, stuck driving you home all the time."
Feigning hurt, Eddie put his hand in your face and turned to the backseat, flashing Chrissy an apologetic smile.
"Do you need anything?" You looked back at Chrissy again, noticing the fact she simply couldn't stay still. "I've got a water bottle in my bag if you want."
Hesitantly, she nodded. "Yes, please."
"Eddie, the bag at your feet, the water bottle's in there," you instructed, turning into Eddie's neighborhood and pulling up next to his van. "Be nice to her, she's obviously going through something right now."
Eddie nodded, hurriedly grabbing his stuff and getting out of the car. You turned around in your seat, giving Chrissy a small smile.
"You're gonna need a ride home, right? Here." You reached back and gestured to her arm. "May I?
She rolled up the sleeve of her jacket and you took the pen from your center console, carefully writing your house number on her forearm.
"I'll be home all night, so call me whenever, okay? Doesn't matter the time."
Chrissy nodded. "Thank you, (Name)."
"Yes, thank you, now c'mon!" Eddie opened the back door for her and held out his hand, helping Chrissy out of the car. "See you tomorrow, (Name)!"
You waved and waited until the both of them were inside safely before backing out and driving back to your house - you'd apologize to Steve about ditching him when you dropped off the movie sometime this week.
You tossed your keys on the kitchen table and made camp on the couch with a bowl of popcorn after rifling through some VHS tapes and settling on Ghostbusters to keep you awake. You would constantly steal glances at the phone, an odd feeling gnawing at your stomach as the hours ticked on.
Maybe I should go check on them. You put the popcorn down, then second guessed yourself. No, they're fine. They're grown. Everything's fine.
Still, you couldn't shake the feeling that you needed to go back to Eddie's trailer. You went and grabbed your keys and shoes, throwing open the front door only to collide with someone.
"Jesus, who the fuck - Eddie?" You furrowed your brows as said boy grabbed onto you, face red and panicked expression. "Woah, woah, woah, what happened?"

"ALRIGHT, LET'S GET THIS SHOW ON the road!" Excited, Eddie clapped his hands together and rummaged through the backpack he had on his lap. "Let's see what I have here. . .Metallica, Black Sabbath, whatcha wanna listen to?"
You drummed your hands on the steering wheel, pulling out of his neighborhood and onto the main road. "Maybe we could listen to one of my tapes this time? We have a bit of a drive ahead of us and I don't think I can handle my ear drums getting blown out this early in the morning."
Eddie put his hand over his heart, feigning shock to pull a laugh out of you, which it did. "Fine, I see how it is. Go on, grace me with your subpar music taste."
You laughed and fiddled with the tape player, head bumping to the beat of your latest "drop everything and dance around the room" song, The Buggles' Video Killed The Radio Star as it poured through the speakers.
Eddie grimaced and sunk into his seat as you jammed out, rolling down your window and taking in the morning breeze. You reached out to take one of his hands like the two of you always did while driving and he reluctantly slid his in yours while you belted out the chorus.
"C'mon, loosen up Munson!" You smiled and squeezed his hand. "This is just one of many different songs I put on this tape!"
Eddie smiled, your joy infectious. "You're gonna be the death of me, you know that?"
You went to reply when the song ended only to be followed by Tears for Fears. Excited, you quickly turned the volume up and looked at Eddie, who was already staring at you like you put the stars in the sky.
"So, when can I put my tapes in?" Eddie joked, rolling down his window to join in bathing in the morning as Hawkins whizzed past the two of you in a blur.
"When I say so," you quipped. "You're enjoying this, too, don't lie to me!"
"I'd rather be caught dead before admitting to that."
"Then it's our little secret," you replied, taking your eyes off the road for a second to wink at him. "Eddie the Metalhead likes something besides metal."
Eddie squeezed your hand once, twice, three times. I love you. "Tell anyone - especially the pipsqueaks - and you lose all music privileges."

❀ word count; 485
❀ warnings; mentions of weed, smoking, suggestive comments
❀ a/n; GDKJHGD TY SO MUCH i'm so glad my writing makes so many people happy! thank you for requesting i hope you enjoy!! :)) NO ST4 SPOILERS!
EDDIE CLAPPED HIS HANDS TOGETHER, pulling your head out of the clouds; it was totally his fault for spending the hot summer day in just some loose pajama pants that were just a bit too big.
"Focus, (Name)," he chastised playfully, leaning back against the headboard of his bed and ultimately making it even harder to concentrate. "Alright, so now that that's all ground up, I'm gonna need you to grab some of those wraps on my dresser and wet them."
"Why do I have to wet them?" You stood up and grabbed a couple of the papers anyways, then sat down next to your boyfriend again. He leaned in and pressed a chaste kiss to your jaw, his hand reaching up and cupping the other side of your face.
"Cuz we both know you're good with that tongue of yours."
You blushed and smacked his chest, turning your attention solely to the wrapping paper as he laughed at your reaction. After doing your part, you watched as Eddie casually filled the wrap, hands moving effortlessly as he looked between his work and you while explaining what he was doing.
"And then we just roll it up and even it out!" Proudly, Eddie held up the blunt and rolled it between his index and middle finger to get it to a uniform thickness. "Any questions, my star pupil?"
You pressed your tongue to the inside of your cheek as you eyed his hands - specifically, his still rolling fingers - but shook your head. Eddie chuckled and stopped, holding it out to you.
"A quick session before I have to go to Hellfire?" He prompted as you took it, purposefully brushing your hand against his.
"What kinda session are we talking about, Munson?" You teased, leaning forward. "Smoke or make out?"
Eddie went to work on his own blunt, moving way quicker than he had when he was teaching you. Soon he had the blunt lit and dangling between his lips and he moved the rolling tray and weed grinder to the floor, laying back with open legs and his arms crossed behind his head.
Pouting, you tucked the blunt behind your ear and climbed between his legs, placing your palms on his chest. He grinned up at you, knowing full well what he was doing and how antsy you were getting.
"Eddie," you whined, "You don't want kisses?"
"That's mean, my love." He took the blunt out of his mouth and put his other hand on the back of your neck, holding you in place and leaning up to meet your lips. "You know I always want kisses."
You smiled when he pulled back. "Good! I've got plenty to give."
Eddie took another hit, then offered to light the blunt behind your ear. You agreed, laying beside your Eddie to enjoy the last hour and some change before he was swept up in his stories and friends.

Would you be up for a Nancy Wheeler imagine with an S/O who is more the strong silent type, but they have trouble putting their feelings to words so even after they start dating Nancy finds letters/poems dedicated to her arriving in the mail or just placed on her desk/dresser.
Please and thank you so so much
heart & soul || n.w.
❀ synopsis; everyone has their own ways to show their loved ones just how much they mean to them. yours just happens to be writing your way further and further into nancy wheeler's heart.
❀ word count; 476
❀ warnings; none! v fluffy, v cute
❀ a/n; stop this is the cutest idea omg. thank you so much for requesting and i hope you enjoy!! :))
NANCY NEVER MINDED BEING THE TALKER in the relationship. Honestly, it put her at ease to have such a good listener as a partner - she finally felt heard. You were her safe haven, a place where she felt like everything was okay with the world even with the ups and downs she's been through the last couple years.
Seeing that you weren't the talkative type yet you had so much to say when it came to Nancy and how you felt about her, you found yourself scrawling your feelings on whatever you could write on. It confused Nancy at first when she would find cafeteria napkins and papers that had a combination of both science notes and confessions of love stuffed in her locker but as soon as she put two and two together and found out it was you, those scraps of paper became some of the most important to her.
Soon after, those tiny scraps would become full-length poems, declarations of love, and everything in between. They'd pop up as post-its on her mirror, folded up notebook paper neatly placed on top of the textbooks on her dresser, and sometimes even as letters in her mailbox.
Nancy would often spend her nights reading your messages before a big test, before bed, basically whenever she can or whenever she needed a pick-me-up. One night after finishing up dinner with the Wheelers, you and Nancy retreated into her room to get some time alone before you headed home for the night.
You reached into your bag, ready to drop another note on her desk when you noticed a new book on her desk. Curious, you picked it up and flipped through the pages. You felt your face warm up and your heart beat a little faster as you realized Nancy had been putting all your pieces in one book. Each page had little hearts or flowers drawn on them and you noticed she had highlighted or circled certain lines.
"Oh, you found it." Nancy smiled and flopped down on her bed, holding her arms out to invite you in. "Your poems are really important to me, so I wanted to keep them safe."
You put the book down and joined your girlfriend in bed, curling up and burying your face in the crook of her neck.
"I know I don't say it a lot," you murmured and Nancy traced her fingers lightly across your back, "but you mean so much to me, Nance."
"I think you say it plenty, (Name)," she reassured you, "in your own way. And your way is my favorite way, for the record."
You snuggled closer. "You're like sunshine personified, Nance -"
"- and you're the sunflower who'd love to stare at me all day?" She finished, prompting a chuckle out of you. "That's one of my favorite lines."
"Forever and always, my sunshine."

okay could we get a HC on how robin would react to having a stoner!gf like i love the idea of her just being super cute in smoke seshes
a break from the world || r.b.
♡ synopsis; with all the crazy shit that goes on in your life, it's nice to have a way to unwind
♡ word count; 303
♡ warnings; mentions of weed, getting high, "greening out"
♡ a/n; i love writing these omg Robin is such a cute character and deserves all the love. ty so much for requesting!! i hope you like it <33
When Robin first found out you had a dealer, she kindly but firmly redirected you to Eddie
She just wanted you to get your goods from someone she trusted is all
Some days the four of you (Eddie, Steve, Robin, and you) would crash in the den of your house and ignore the world, enjoying each other's company and some good weed
Robin wouldn't participate usually, kind of uneasy about being high after the Russian incident
Not that she minded, she found some joy in taking care of you; making sure you eat, drink water, get plenty of love and reassurance when you had the occasional bad high
After dating for a couple months, however, you noticed she started to become more interested in participating
You guided her and encouraged her until, on her own time, she opted to smoke with you and Eddie for her first time
Sitting on Eddie's bed with your back against the wall and Robin's legs draped across your lap, she fiddled with the lit blunt
"You know, if you're uncomfortable-"
Robin smiled. "I know, but I want to try at least."
Roles reversed this time and you did your best to keep Robin calm and satisfied
An hour in, you were playing with her hair as she laid back on Eddie's bed, staring at the ceiling
"Going well?" Eddie peeked in, carrying a pizza box.
"Think so." You laughed as Robin sniffed the air, then looked over at Eddie with the biggest smile
You were happy her first time was going smoothly considering the multitude of bad highs you'd experienced
After that day, though not too often, Robin would join you and Eddie and sometimes she would smoke on her own while you worked
Though a good majority of the time she'd rather your company

can we just get more of robin x stoner!reader like i fell in love and it makes me feel seen and i love the idea of robin having a s/o that is a hippy dippie chick <3
stars in the sky, stars in her eyes || r.b.
❀ synopsis; what a way to end the work week. a nice stargazing picnic, your beautiful girlfriend, and blunts.
❀ word count; 600
❀ warnings; mentions of weed/getting high
❀ a/n; i am more than happy to write as much as you guys demand, i'm so glad my writing is making you guys happy! i hope you like this and ty so much for requesting!! <33
"C’MON, CAN YOU JUST TELL ME WHERE WE'RE GOING?" Robin laughed as you led her by the hand, her eyes covered with a makeshift blindfold. "I swear you've almost tripped me at least three times now."
"Patience, starshine," you teased as you guided her up a hill, stopping at the top. Before letting go of her hand, you double-checked and made sure everything was set up perfectly. "Alright, you can take it off!"
Letting go of her hand, you stood off to the side and watched as Robin pulled the blindfold off and marveled at the picnic set-up that was spread out in front of her.
"Holy shit, (Name)!" She bounded over to the picnic blanket and kicked her shoes off, flopping down and sighing happily. "Have I ever told you how much I love you?"
You grinned and kicked off your own shoes, joining her on the blanket and pushing some of the hair out of her face. "Oh, I don't think so. Care to refresh my memory?"
She smiled sweetly and reached up, cupping your face and pulling you down for a kiss. When you pulled back, she leaned forward and kissed the corners of your mouth.
"Memory refreshed?" Robin asked, staring up at you and you swore you could see stars in her eyes.
You hesitated, taking in how gorgeous she was laying there as the colors of the sunset painted her like the prettiest art piece you'd ever seen.
"Refreshed indeed," you murmured, pushing yourself up to sit on your knees. Robin propped herself up on her elbows as you dug through the picnic basket, first producing the gift you had made her, then the food and, lastly, two neatly rolled blunts(you had thrown in a couple extra bucks for Eddie to make sure he didn't do a sloppy job like he did for your normal orders).
"Did you make this?" Robin asked, thumbing the petal of a sunflower, which was weaved amongst other wildflowers in a flower crown-looking ring.
"That I did!" You replied, distributing the food evenly between you two. "Put it on! Every princess needs her crown, after all."
Robin rolled her eyes but placed the crown on her head, adjusting it so it didn't fall in her eyes. "You're so corny, you know that?"
"I know." You pushed the picnic basket aside, taking your seat next to her and putting your plate in your lap. "You love it, though."
Robin took a bite of her sandwich and nodded, leaving the two of you to eat in comfortable silence while the sun set in the distance. As the sky went dark and the stars made their appearance, the two of you switched out the food for the blunts.
Laying back on the blanket, you would find yourself watching Robin more than the stars as she, higher than a kite due to her lack of tolerance and eagerness to be on par with you, made connect-the-dot shapes with them.
"They're so. . .pretty," she murmured, looking over to see you already staring at her. "What're you lookin' at, honey?"
You laughed at the way she dragged out the "-ey" of honey. "I'm looking at you, pretty girl."
Robin giggled. "You're pretty! Super pretty. Super duper pretty."
You took another hit and smiled, extending an arm to Robin. With her blunt long discarded, she snuggled up as close to you as she possibly could without getting into your skin.
"Thank you for this," she murmured, yawning. "I love you."
"I love you, too." You kissed her forehead, turning your attention back to the stars.

i've got my eye on you (prologue) || e.m.
☾ synopsis; you and eddie had made a promise to stick with each other even if the world was ending. looks like the two of you will have the chance to hold each other to that promise after all
☾ word count; 326
☾ warnings; none!
☾ a/n; welcome to the prologue of my first mini-series! this one is gonna be eleven chapters, besides this and the epilogue the middle nine chapters are going to directly correlate to the nine episodes of season 4! this chapter contains no spoilers for stranger things season 4!!
YOU SAT AT THE BACK OF MR. FORGER'S CLASS, idly doodling when you should've been taking notes on protons, electrons, or whatever-trons that old bag of bones was rattling on about. You were shading in the little flower at the bottom of the page when a crumpled up ball of paper hit the side of your head.
Eyebrows furrowed, you looked to your right to see a mop of curls turned away from you. Brown eyes, curious, peeked over at you before their owner turned back with a sheepish smile and gestured towards the paper in your hand.
You slowly uncrumpled it, smoothing it out to read: awesome drawing! can you draw me something?
You looked at the eager sender, who jabbed his pencil at the note again. Shrugging, you wrote back: yeah, i guess so. what did you have in mind?
Balling it up, you made sure to toss it at his head the way he did to you. It landed in his lap and he quickly read your response, then excitedly scrawled a whole elaborate idea before sliding it back to you.
okay okay hear me out: bats. a whole bunch of 'em, too. something metal, you know? -eddie
You smiled to yourself, then glanced over at Eddie. He was watching you intently, probably expecting you to just whip up a drawing on the fly.
i'll get it to you tomorrow, okay? i don't wanna get caught passing notes - detention on the first day isn't on my to-do list this year. maybe next year, but not this one. -(name)
Eddie gave you a thumbs up and an understanding nod, tucking the paper away in his jeans pocket. The rest of class, you found your drawings of flowers turning into those of hastily sketched bats in different forms.
That was the day you and Eddie Munson became artist and canvas, two friends who would end up being there for each other through thick and thin.

Hi so sorry if it doesnt make sense but can you do a robin x reader and they are in a secret relationship and reader loves to give robin rocks, incense, jewlery ect and she shows up to robins work super high and does a stick n poke of robins name in hearts in the back then steve just comes in and sees a strange unknown woman burning incense, eating weed brownies and tatooing his best friends name on her her body trying to “clense the room”
head in the clouds || r.b.
❀ synopsis; you hated being a secret, but you understood robin's reasoning. however, reasoning and understanding went far out the window when love and eddie munson's famous weed brownies came into play.
❀ word count; 953
❀ warnings; mentions of weed and needles
❀ a/n; thank you for your idea!! it's so creative and i love being pushed outside of my comfort zone. sorry this took so long, i had wrote a whole cute idea and then it deleted itself so i gave up on life for a minute there, i hope you enjoy this nonetheless! no stranger things 4 spoilers!!
"ALRIGHT (NAME), BEFORE WE START." You watched as Eddie set a plate of very normal looking brownies between you two, taking the seat across from you at the kitchen table. "Some ground rules."
You groaned. "I'm not five, Eddie, I think I can handle myself here."
"I know, I know, I'm just preventing myself from getting my ass beat by your girlfriend if anything were to go sideways."
You laughed, knowing full well Robin would 100% rip him a new one if things went wrong. Eddie leaned forward, placing his elbows on the tabletop. He droned on some rules but your eyes kept flickering to the plate, growing more and more impatient.
"Eddie, Eddie." You held your hand up to stop him and he raised his eyebrows at you. "I promise, everything will be fine."
Eddie sighed. "Okay, fine, have at it. Since you're a beginner, I suggest you -"
You shoveled a whole brownie in your mouth before he could finish, eagerly going for another after realizing how good the first tasted but Eddie grabbed your wrist with wide eyes.
"What?" You asked around the mouthful of brownie. Swallowing, you tried again, "What's the matter?"
"If you would just listen," Eddie stressed, "you would have known that you were supposed to eat half of one brownie."
You stared blankly, looking down at the plate and then back up at him. "Half of one?"
Releasing your wrist, Eddie looked around and then got up, signaling for you to wait there. You fidgeted in your seat, twiddling your fingers as you heard rummaging and various strings of curses floating from Eddie's room.
"Alright, dumbass," Eddie called as he emerged form his room, twirling his keys on his finger. "Let's go."
"Where are we going?" You asked, standing and pocketing a few more brownies for later while Eddie marched out to his van. You rushed out after him and made your way to the passenger side, climbing in and flinching as the radio blared to life. "Jesus Christ, Eddie."
"Sorry, sorry!" He turned it down and drummed his hands on the wheel to the beat before shifting gears, pulling out onto the dirt road driving towards the main road. "We're gonna go pay your girlfriend a visit. Gonna explain what happened and try to save my ass."
Nodding, you sunk down in your seat as he sped along, humming to himself. You were almost on the floor by the time Eddie pulled into the Family Video parking lot, trying your best to keep yourself hidden.
"I feel funny," you murmured, blinking rapidly as your vision started to get a little weird. "Eddie?"
"You're okay, (Name)," he reassured you, turning off the car and getting out. He soon appeared on your side of the car, opening the door. "C'mon, let's go."
"My legs feel like jello!" You exclaimed rather loudly and stuck your arms out. "Need help."
Meanwhile, inside the store, Robin was keeping herself occupied with organizing the little rock collection you had made for her across the countertop by size, combating boredom on the slow Thursday afternoon. She had fifteen minutes left of her shift, then Steve would come and she'd be free to go grab you, maybe get high with you and Eddie, maybe take a nap - the possibilities were endless.
The front door opened and a wave of hot July air rushed in to the store. Robin sighed, prepared to put on her sweet customer service voice, and looked up.
"Baby!" You drawled, waving with one arm while the rest of you leaned against Eddie. "I ate a whole brownie!"
Robin chuckled stiffly. "A whole brownie?"
Eddie hung his head in defeat. "A whole brownie."
Next thing you could really comprehend, you were brought back to the break room, Robin told you that she loved you and to wait there, and Eddie was apologizing like crazy.
You noticed Robin's bag on the desk nearby, contents half out and messy. Scooching the chair over, you found sticks of the lavender incense you had gifted her for your one year secret-versary.
"Robin's so cute," you said to yourself, fumbling around for a lighter and lighting a couple sticks. "This place totally needed a cleansing. Man, I have a super thoughtful girlfriend!"
Continuing to snoop, you also ended up finding an ink bottle and needle and the best idea your hopped-up mind had ever come up with appeared.
"Hey, Robin!" Steve shrugged off his bag as he entered the store, making his way to the back room. Robin was too involved in talking to Eddie Munson in a hushed but obviously irritated tone. "Okay, then. Screw me, I guess."
Swinging open the back door, Steve let out a shrill scream that put Lucas' to shame and dropped his bag.
"(N-Name)?" He stammered and you looked up from your ankle, frowning.
"Can you keep it down, Harrington? You're messing with the energy," you deadpanned, turning back to your work. "I almost messed up the big heart because of you."
Steve glanced around the break room, taking in the incense sticks, the pile of smushed brownies, and the fact his best friend and coworker's name was being inked into your ankle.
Robin and Eddie appeared behind him, both of their jaws dropping at the sight in front of them.
"Oh my god." Robin gasped sharply as she noticed your ankle. "Oh my god! (Name)!"
"Hold on, sunshine." Your tongue jutted out between your lips as you finished the heart surrounding Robin's name. "Perfect! Do you like?"
Steve and Eddie both looked at Robin, who stared at you with a look of both pure love and absolute fear.
"I love it, sweetheart. Your mom, though? She's gonna kill me."

could u pls do hcs for working at a bookstore across the street from the family video store and falling in love w robin
happily ever after || r.b.
♡ synopsis; it was like it came right out of your favorite fairy tale only if your favorite fairy tale had princess charming sitting behind the counter at Hawkins' Family Video
♡ word count; 451
♡ warnings; none! pure, tooth-rotting sweetness ahead
♡ a/n; this request is so cute omg ty for requesting it!! i hope you like it :)
Your first day, they had you restocking the storefront windows
As you readjusted books and put your favorite ones in the perfect spots, your eyes trailed to the store across the street
Unlike the Turning Page Bookstore, Family Video wasn't nearly as busy - maybe it was because it was a Tuesday, or maybe it was because the bookstore was virtually new, drawing more attention
Your heart picked up when you spotted Robin Buckley in the window, messing around with Steve Harrington as they seemed to read VHS covers and make fun of movie plots
The way her smile reached her eyes and how you could just hear her loud, infectious laugh like you did in the cafeteria made your cheeks burn
You didn't even notice you were putting books haphazardly on the display, some laying on their spine and some completely upside down
You took almost half your shift making excuses to restock, stealing glances at the Family Video hoping to see Robin again
Even when your boss stuck you on register for the rest of the shift, your mind was occupied with thoughts of the beautiful strawberry-blonde girl
When your shift ended, you picked out a book to take home and, after a thought popped into your head, you took a second copy and took it to the front to purchase
After buying it, you scribbled a little note in the front cover before heading across the street with your head held high and your heart pounding so loud you felt like anyone within 20 feet of you could hear it
Pushing open the Family Video door, you were greeted with a wave and a friendly, "Hey, (Name)."
You waved back and found Robin standing at the counter, lazily toying with a gum wrapper
"Um. . ." You hesitated as you approached the counter, Robin glancing up at you with a half-smile. "Hi."
"Hey," she replied, casually tossing the wrapper away. "How's the bookstore treating you, (Name)?"
Your name sounded even prettier in her voice
"It's good, yeah! Really good." You laughed awkwardly and smiled far too widely, to which Robin chuckled and you almost buckled in the knees. "I, uh, got you this."
You put the second copy of the book on the counter and slid it to her, admiring the way her face lit up at the gift
"Aw, thanks (Name)! I--"
She looked up and you had disappeared, the door of the Family Video closing with a hiss
Steve made his way up to the counter and looked at Robin, who had opened the front cover and was smiling with a blush
Dinner at Enzo's? Friday? 7:30, maybe? XXX-XXX-XXXX ; we can talk about the book, it's my favorite :)

lakeside lovers || steve, eddie, robin
♡ synopsis; just a lovely time being lovers at Lover's Lake, isn't that sweet?
♡ word count; 648
♡ warnings; other than mentions of weed, might die from cuteness? it's just total fluff
♡ a/n; i need some happiness after finishing vol. 2. catch me reading fanfic and crying for the next couple of business days. spoiler-free!
STEVE HARRINGTON
Steve just wanted to spend a nice summer day with you, sunbathing and swimming
However, wherever the two of you go, the children (and Robin) followed
You never complained, it was always nice having such good company
Besides, Steve in mom mode >>>>>>
You sat on a blanket on the sandy shores of the lake, book in hand and soaking up the sun when suddenly
"Did you put on sunscreen?"
You looked up from your book and stifled a laugh at Steve, who stood over you, soaked, with an exhausted look on his face and sunscreen tube in hand
"I had to fight Dustin to get him to put some on his face - you know he burns easily," Steve explained to your quirked eyebrow. "Now, did you put some on or am I gonna have to wrestle with you too?"
"I dunno. . .wrestling sounds kind of fun."
Steve laughed, melodic and cotton candy sweet, as he popped open the sunscreen tube.
"Later, sunshine. For now, lemme get your back."
EDDIE MUNSON
It took a lot of convincing to get Eddie to go swimming with you
He was one to enjoy staying in, especially when it was this hot
"But - but we have air conditioning, music, weed, everything we need here!"
Despite his best efforts, he still found himself being dragged through the woods towards the lake
You would keep looking back at him, eyes bright and your child-like joy coaxing a smile out of him
If you thought getting him to come was hard, getting him in the water was even more of a challenge
It took begging, pleading, and - ultimately - bribing a long smoke session to get him to join you
As soon as he got in, it was like your boyfriend was a whole new person
You two spent the day splashing each other, competing to see who the best swimmer was, and overall just enjoying the sunny day
You two swam until the sun went down, finally deciding it was time to head back and find something to eat
As you dried off on the shore, Eddie stood behind you and pointed up to the sky, his other arm wrapping around your waist and pulling you back against him
"Look at the stars!" He gushed. "Make a wish, honey."
ROBIN BUCKLEY
You and Robin had been eagerly waiting for this day since you made the plans earlier that week
Work was kicking both of your butts and you made it your duty to fill all free moments of summer with fun adventures for you and your girlfriend
She was at your house before you even woke up, decked out in long shorts, a swimsuit top, and an unbuttoned Hawaiian shirt you know for a fact she snagged from Steve's wardrobe
"Mmm, five more minutes," you groaned as she tried to shake you awake
"C'mon, (Name), I don't wanna have all the good spots taken!" Robin whined
After some more back-and-forth, you made your way out of bed and got ready, forcing Robin downstairs to put together a picnic basket for a cute little lunch
Once you arrived at the lake, you were surprised how barren it was, save for some couples spread out here and there
While you laid out the blanket and set up for lunch, Robin didn't waste a second before ditching her cover-up clothes and bounding into the water, all the while laughing uproariously
"Robin, come eat!"
You knew that was one of the quickest ways to get her to come in, the others being offering cuddles or kisses
The two of you sat shoulder to shoulder as you enjoyed sandwiches and assorted fruits, whatever you had in your fridge that Robin had picked out
After eating (and waiting a responsible amount of time to avoid cramps), the two of you spent the rest of the afternoon in the water, enjoying the sun and each other's presence

through hell & back | s.h.
❀ synopsis; not to pat yourself on the back but you're a pretty damn good partner to steve, even in the craziest of situations
❀ word count; 692
❀ warnings; mentions of blood, vague descriptions of violence
❀ a/n; first time writing for this absolute hunk of a mama bear. season 4, vol. 1 spoilers if you haven't watched yet!
THERE WAS NEVER A dull moment in your life, not since you got yourself roped into the antics of Steve Harrington and his posse of world-saving children. Between life and death, you and Steve had managed to find a way to fit love in somehow - it was like the missing piece of the "what else can happen during this shitshow" puzzle. That being said, there's not a single thing you'd change.
Not even as you found yourself sitting amongst Eddie Munson, Robin Buckley, and Nancy Wheeler in a flimsy at best boat atop Lover's Lake, anxiously staring at the spot where Steve had submerged in search for the gate to the Upside Down. One hand sat on your knee as you drummed your fingers impatiently, the other clutching his discarded shirt so tight your knuckles were white.
"(Name)." Nancy placed a comforting hand on your shoulder, giving you a small shake. "(Name), please, it looks like you aren't even breathing."
"It's fine, I'm fine, I just. . . Christ." Your face reflected each emotion as it hit you; denial, fear, the whole nine yards. You never tore your eyes away from the water and when Steve finally emerged, you threw yourself at the edge of the boat despite the other three's protests.
"Jesus fucking Christ." You grabbed at his arms, trying to pull him up as he explained what he found down at the bottom of the lake. "That's great, wonderful. C'mon, let's get--"
The rest of your sentence was yanked out of your lungs as Steve suddenly went back underneath with you in tow. He gripped at your arms in a pleading way and you held your breath, trying to make sense of what was going on. When your eyes adjusted to the murky water, you saw that you both were being dragged back towards this gate Steve was talking about. Said boy stared at you with a bewildered expression, trying his best to free his leg as you tried your best to swim in the opposite direction and pull him out.
To both of your dismay, you found yourself gasping for air as the two of you were pulled through the gate and into the Upside Down. You lost your grip on Steve's arm and rolled off to the side, sputtering and coughing as you tried to quickly regain yourself and follow your boyfriend.
"What the fuck, what the fuck, what the fuck," you wheezed as you got back on your feet, running after Steve and taking in your surroundings. "Oh, what the fuck."
You picked up the pace as bat-like creatures started flying towards the two of you, screeching. Snagging a discarded oar, you swung wildly to keep the hellish creatures at bay while you joined up again with Steve.
"Shit, Steve!" You noticed one of the bats had him by the throat and started smacking it with the flat of the oar, panicked. "Let go, dammit!"
"(N-Name)," Steve sputtered and you felt yourself welling up as your arms grew heavy and the bat still held strong. You had elected to ignore the gnawing they had done to your own skin save for the occasional "shit" that tumbled out.
A sudden feral scream cut through the incessant screeching of the bats and you turned to see Eddie barreling towards the both of you with an oar in his grip, followed by Nancy and Robin. In time, the four of you managed to get Steve free and with his help, all the demobats that had swarmed you were now on the ground.
"We can't stay here," Nancy panted as she discarded her weapon, "and we really need to clean you two up."
Both you and Steve were torn up, bleeding from multiple wounds. He leaned into your embrace, a long and shaky sigh releasing from his chest as you wrapped your arms around him gently.
"I've got you," you murmured and he laughed quietly. "What?"
Pulling back after kissing your forehead, Steve looked at you admiringly. "I'm sorry I pulled you into this - quite literally."
"I'd go through hell and back for you, Harrington," you replied, gesturing around you. "Quite literally, too."
