Attic Maintenance

Over the next several weeks, those in upper units may hear noise in the attic above. The HOA is currently having vendors submit bids for maintenance work needed in the attic so you may hear noises above, and sometimes these may be strong. Shamrock will try as best as possible to forwarn you of specific times when vendors may be out, but you may encounter additional noise, and we wanted you to be aware that vendors may be present there.
