Security Footage Shows 4 Men Stealing 2 High-Priced Cars From Luxury Autos In Detroit

On Oct. 6, four men broke into a dealership in Detroit and stole two luxury cars. When they broke in they instantly went to the office. Once they got into the office they began to search through the desks and filing cabinets. You would think they would grab what they can get, however, they specifically were looking for the keys to the Dodge scat pack and Cadillac Escalade. This all took place at Luxury Motors located on 7 mile and Grand River at 2:15 a.m. As they were leaving, they left a lot of damage by striking walls and garage doors as well.

This story is significant because it raises awareness for people who own all types of businesses. Hopefully, after reading this story, business owners double up on security to prevent their products from getting stolen. If they don't have the funds for it, they could at least obtain insurance & cameras.

Ambassadors Bridge Shut Down to Incoming U.S. Traffic Due to Possible Explosives Discovered

Summary:

Ambassador Bridge was at high risk October 4 due to a claim believing there were explosives on the bridge. The bridge was closed until Canadian border officials were able to find it. This resulted in major backup on the bridge. The officials discovered the explosives during their secondary inspection area. Officials believe there was no intent to harm. The driver of the vehicle hoarding explosives has been detained and is under investigation. They are not sure when the bridge will reopen because they want to rely on emergency & highway officials.

Significance:

This story is significant because it makes people remember that terrorist or mindless acts can occur at any minute. It also informs people that the bridge is closed until further notice. Companies shipping products via truck and travelers know to keep an eye out for the re-opening.

Body Believed to be Missing 18- year-old Woman Found Buried in Northern Michigan

Summary:

A woman, Brynn Nicole. Bills, has been missing since early August. An anonymous tip resulted in the Michigan State Police to execute a search warrant. They found Bills body buried at 1630 West Naylor Rd. in Alpena Township. The owner the property She was buried at was not present at the moment. His name is Joshua Jay Wirgau and he is considered as a person of interest. Bills body was transferred to Western Michigan University for a autospy. The cause of her death has not yet been solved, but is considerably suspicious.

Teen Charged In Shooting That Injured 2 Adults & A 3 Year Old

Summary:

Elijah Copeland, 77 years old, injured 2 adults and a 3 year old by shooting at a gas station. This event occurred on 18100 block of Seven Mile Rd. Copeland made his attack at 7:27 p.m. on Saturday, September 18th. He was aiming for 5 people during this time, the 2 adults that that were struck were taken to the hospital. While the 3 year old did not need medical attention. Copeland later turned himself in, now he is facing 6 counts unintentional murder. Along with; 6 counts of intentional harm, 2 count of discharge from a vehicle, one count of loaded firearm within vehicle, 14 felony violations. His bond has been set to $500,000.
