⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀woori's panicked expression quickly melted into a soft smile. he's really thankful for rowoon being so understanding every time when in reality he didn't deserve it. he offers his pinky out to him. "I, jung woori, promise to be ready by 12 pm. if i am not i will suffer from any consequence of my actions that you may choose." he bows towards him and lets out a giggle. he liked that he could be himself in front of rowoon and won't have to worry about being judged for his silly side. to be honest, it's a little hard for woori to express his serious side to anyone. he would rather be laughing and smiling with who ever is by his side at that moment. "I talked to my parents and they're willing to give you however much you need to make my room look pretty! they said as long as it makes me happy being in there and it makes you happy doing it, it's all they care about." woori's parents have really taken rowoon in as their other child. they love him and woori often hears from them that doori would've loved him and they feel that rowoon was sent to all of them from his twin brother. rowoon has really changed all their lives even if he doesn't know. "alright i'm gonna get ready quickly- but not too quick! and we can go. maybe we can pick us a drink on the way!" he says excitedly before waving at his roommate and closing the door.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀he can go out without the little bit of makeup he usually puts on, right? he doesn't want to keep the other waiting too long so he decides to just skip it for now and go straight to his closet to pick out a black t-shirt and black sweatpants. he grabs his necklace he got for his birthday after his twin passed and went into the bathroom. he brushes his hair, puts on deodorant, changes his clothes, brushes his hair, and puts his favorite cologne on. he finished up by putting on his necklace and looked in the mirror for a second. he grabs the necklace and smiles softly before shutting off the light and walking out. "roro! I'm ready. are you ready to go now?" he shouts, not too loud, but enough for him to hear him as he rushes to grab socks, putting them on, and goes to put on his shoes.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ he lets out a sigh when his knock isn’t immediately answered. it’s not that he was mad at woojoo. or even disappointed. it’s just so expected of him, honestly. he swears that the other male can fall asleep in no time flat, no matter what they have planned together. so he knocks again, this time a bit louder, to try and wake woojoo up. and it seems to work, because before long he’s hearing him crash to the ground and letting out a sound of pain. he knows he shouldn’t laugh at someone else’s misfortune, but he can’t help but chuckle softly. it’s just so stereotypical of woori to something like this. he’s probably the most clumsy and uncoordinated person that rowoon knows. and it’s made the two of them living together. very interesting. there was never a dull moment between the two of them. and he really liked it that way.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ he gives a bright smile when he sees his roommate standing in front of him. despite the fact that they annoy each other quite a lot, rowoon very deeply cares about woori. he had taken him in when he was kicked out by his parents. and they had a bond now that seemed to surpass any he had ever had with someone before. so in other words, he couldn’t be mad at the other male if he tried. so he lets out a soft chuckle as he nods his head. “yes, til 12 is more than fine! i’ll look up if there’s any deals at the stores nearby that we should check out!” rowoon always was more of the planner. and he was honestly surprised that he hadn’t checked out what stores were having clearance already. but this gave him plenty of time to figure it out at least. “just be careful getting ready. don’t go too fast and hurt yourself, okay?”

locked out.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀─── starter for @beseojun!

this is not how woori planned to spend his morning...locked out of his apartment and thinking of anyway to get in. unfortunately, his roommate was out all morning for his classes and for some reason when woori went to the store he forgot to grab his house key. he tends to be forgetful like this a lot and this is not the first time he's cursing himself in his head.

with his bag of snacks and assorted essentials he needed for the place, he jiggled the knob again like it was going to do anything. his head drops and he leans against the door in defeat. "Woori you need to stop being so forgetful." he whispers quietly to himself and takes a quick look around trying to think of a new plan but it seems he's just out of luck. his back slides down the door and he sits crisscross on the ground pulling out his phone to text his roommate about the millionth stupid thing he had done this week when it only just started.

of course woori is excited too! spending time with Rowoon was his favorite thing. pretty much the only thing he has done since he moved here, met him, and moved in with him. he would probably be more excited if he didn’t fall asleep watching random videos on youtube…he really meant to be up! he was actually planning to be ready earlier since he knew how excited rowoon was to do this. but unfortunately he was off in dreamland.

woori shook awake hearing the knock on the door followed by rowoon’s soft voice. he was actually so panicked by the sudden noise that he fell off the bed and let out a soft “ouch!” as he tried his best to scramble to his feet quickly. he practically ran to the door while trying to do something with his hair before opening it for his roommate. he peeked out at the other and gave him a sleepy smile. rubbing the sleep out of his eye, he looked at his friend as he tried to think of a way to sweet talk him so he wouldn’t be too mad. “hey roro!” he finally said after what felt like eternity. “i’m actually not quite ready yet. could you give me a few minutes?…or five…or until twelve…?” his words trail off as he turns to face the floor. he definitely feels guilty for doing this to him. he does something like this a lot and he always gets upset with himself for not being more responsible. he needs to work on it. especially because it hurts him to disappoint rowoon.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ there weren’t enough words to accurately describe how excited rowoon was about this. he had wanted to help woori decorate his room since they had moved in together. he had to admit that their styles were quite different. he, himself, was very extravagant. and knew exactly what type of theme he had in mind for when he had his own place. while woori, on the other hand, seemed to be far more minimalist. and even worse it seems that he doesn’t care if anything even matches. even if rowoon’s style is much more flashy and bright in comparison, he knows at the very least he can help woori find a color scheme that matches wonderfully and fits whatever kind of aesthetic that he has for himself.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ he had already texted his roommate to be ready by 11:30 am and they would head out to the home decor store. and now that it was 11:45, he figured he had given him enough time. so he heads out of his own bedroom and makes his way down the hallway to knock on the other males door. “woojoo! are you about ready?” he calls through the door. the last thing he needs is to open the door and catch the other in any level of undress. “i’ve been going through ideas and i think i have the perfect one for your room!” hes also a little bit worried about the state of the room. woori was a little bit less clean. at least in keeping up with his room. but that was something that rowoon could help him out with as well.
