Hey is this blog dead or still on hiatus?

I think it's a safe bet to say it's dead.

I just no longer have an interest in splicing,(getting less than 5 notes per piece is a bit of a deterrent), and the way pokemon is going, 2-d sprites are just not a thing any more, so that limits what I could do

And a Junkrat and Roadhog I finished ages ago before I burnt out

Not back, but did a sprite edit for an ESO guildmate of their character I felt worthy of posting

Two of my Fallout OC’S: Jasper and Havoc

Jasper was my main guy for New Vegas!

His story is patchy at best because it’s been years since I played NV(because my old 360 up and died...) but basic outline is he was a doctor in Novac before he was sold to Caesar’s Legion by Mayor Crawford. Fast forward a few years, he gains the trust of Caesar and ultimately kills him during Et Tumor, Brute? and escapes during the ensuing chaos.

And then there’s Havoc....

Havoc’s one of my main characters I run on Fallout 76 (Yeah, yeah, I know. But what can I say? It’s playable and holds my attention for a few hours).

They don’t really talk much, and you’d probably reckon they were a raider based on how they dressed

They patrol Appalachia hunting bounties and cryptids (Their first bounty was actually a Gourmand raider leader(who is now mounted on a plaque in their camp’s kitchen)

They works best with a silenced lever-action rifle at range, but won’t hesitate to chuck a few pumpkin grenades to soften up marks.

Just to preface, not exactly off hiatus, but ended up with a small spark of motivation and might do some stuff here.

Is this blog on Hiatus?

For the most part, yeah.

I’ll be honest, I’ve sort of lost interest in spriting the last few months.

I’ve been trying to get back into it, but what I produce, I know I can do better, and and it just turns into this vicious cycle that I had to break out of.

Plus, I need to focus on getting my life together. (Job,family, ect).

So to sum it up, yes, bean-blep is now on hiatus/mostly inactive.

I may one day pick it back up, but I am unsure when that day may come.

(given that, I should probably edit the banner or whatever.)

if you're doing character requests, can you do Mercy or Pharah from Overwatch?

I actually already plan to do both of them!

I’m currently working on Junkrat and Roadhog, but as soon as they’re done, I’ll do those two.

So, real quick thing here, I haven’t been active on this blog in awhile, and trust me, I’m aware of it.

What requests I had in my inbox, I couldn’t make them work, so I’ve been at a bit of a standstill.

So, I’m clearing out the inbox to make room for new requests.

That is pretty much what I was asking! So how do you take those types of request?

Submit a pic of said character, or a reference sheet, I guess.

All I ask is that requests are kept well, I dunno how to phrase this, but proper?

I ain’t doing requests with like, chainmail bikinis is what I’m trying to say.
