okay question. living in a nice neighborhood, near my family, big yard, huge house, golf course/lake view, big balcony and patio, wouldn’t have to pay gym membership since it’s down the road from the gym I used to work at, hour commute every morning (I already drive out there multiple times a week to see my family/help my auntie do chores)

OR

less nice neighborhood, closer to grocery stores/shopping, closer to the city in case we want to go out/do things, farther from family but not too far where they can’t help if we need, 30 minute commute. price is the same for both of these situations.
