I'm so glad this stuff is coming up though in the reboots and comments about they're not okay with doing it to their own country but fine overseas.

Ever since I was a kid, I felt weird about saying to respect armed forces. Because you're literally shooting other people who are also doing the dirty work of their officials.

And then when I found out they murder civilians on top of it???

Like I understand the nuances why some have to. I get it. Capitalism is tough and this country is incredibly racist on opportunities. But at the same time... the opportunities aren't that great, they can't be. Considering most out of the service get next to bare minimum?

And some literally just want to shoot things and blow up people because menly men and 'murica

But you're literally a pawn to the government at all times. You're just a number. They act like they care but in reality most just want a job done and feel obligated to thank you imo. It's always been that way, it's nothing new.

I wish we as collective people would stand up and stop signing up. They shouldn't have permission to use us like this. Duke it out in a wrestling ring idk just stop making the country fight for you.
