The game hasn’t had any new content added in over a year now so not really.
#(anakare have been busy with the new revamped version of Akuma Kyoushi and adding new routes to Chigiribako lately.)#(So BxL and NnT have had to take a back seat for a bit. Is Beast x Light not on the Google app? I can't find it anywhere.
Beast x Light isn’t it’s own app, it’s hosted on the company’s BL game app anakare (あなカレ) along with a number of other games.

Yo... I remember when the pv came out and I was so hyped, then cpuldnt find anything and forgot completely.. I just found this, and learned the game's english name, after all those years! woo. Thank you for making a space like this! the game seems really cool! I didnt even know it was for mobile!!♡

Here are the important points in the Prison Cage introduction video for people who aren’t able to understand Japanese (since I’m not gonna translate the whole thing in full unless someone really wants me to):
The event will be set after the Bright End of Eugene’s sequel.
(They recommend that you play both his route in the main game and his sequel before playing the event for maximum enjoyment)
There is one Top-Secret File, featuring Liam x Ruri.
There are also two Rare Files, one Travis x Light and one BJ x Light.
The merchendise lottery for this event is a pouch of the event’s main visual, featuring Light, Eugene, Leo, Seto and Noah. 10 winners in total.
For those who watched the video, a code has been posted that gives you one event-exclusive scenario ticket and one redo-choice item for free, which can be entered in the event’s main page.
The code is: 856354
Runtime for the event is from May 29th, 10:00am JST to June 26th, 10:00am JST.

Was the release on the website just a demo? I got it to work, but It only got to the point where you decide who you're gonna chose for your partner, they are translating the whole common route right?
What you’ve played is the full common route - after you choose your partner they diverge completely.
The kickstarter has reached the funding goal to translate up to the end of one complete route (presumably Travis, since he’s the favourite), so that will definitely be released sometime in the future. I don’t know what they plan to do after that.

Does Light undergo some sort of heat cycle, unless he takes his drugs?
Not so much a cycle as just a 24/7 state of being, but essentially yes. The drugs are a suppressant.

The translated route came out but it doesn't seem to load, an error message come up, is this a bug or?
According to the kickstarter post it’s only supported by google chrome on PC, so maybe that’s your issue.
