In the future do we need to be humanoid to use that spear we found or we can use it as beast path?

Good question! So, it's not just about whether you have the tools to use the spear or not. The spear itself has to recognize you first. It's grade A wepaon, you'd be hard-pressed to find one anywhere on the continent, except maybe in some big clan's treasured heirloom or in the hands of a monster that could flick your life away with a glance.

Now, if you're on the beast path and the spear recognizes you, well, we'll just have to wait and see how that plays out in the story.

Of course, you would, and honestly, I'm not that familiar with the chinese dragons mythology, but they are definitely a very solid option to consider.

Honestly,the biggest reason to go the more humanoid path is to have hands that can properly hug the ROs

Ok so the starting races are Spider which can climb on walls and cellings, Salamander is armored and it seems to be a tank or "speed" tank or glass cannon depending on your build.

Now the only beginning races that are missing for certain terrains are Aquatic or semi Aquatic and Aerial.

Anyways will we get to see the gangs reactions to our evolution in the next update our is it I am a spider so what? themed next update🤣.

The more I hear about this spider anime, the more interesting it sounds. I might need to watch it lol. As for the gang reaction, let just say it's going to be interesting.

pls excuse me bc im stupid but what color is ebony supposed to be???? i always thought that meant like black or brown but brown scales is already an option and the lesser salamander is supposed to be like a black salamander subspecies so does that mean ebony is not black??? google gives me so many different colors lmao

do you maybe have any general ideas about what kind of clothes the people from that world wear? maybe even the differences between all the continents, countries, regions or species culturally wise? i need information for headcanons im literally obsessed with this if

Good question. The clothing style will naturally vary based on the geographical location. For instance, the residents of Eldrakar, the continent where the main character is presently situated, will opt for lightweight and revealing attire owing to the perpetual tropical climate. On the other hand, inhabitants of the central continent of Terravale may choose more covered and fitted clothing, despite the prevalent warmth, owing to societal superstition, that claims, that evil spirits will attach themselves to your skin, and so the less skin you reveal the better off you are. I plan to elaborate on this in greater detail within the story.

Flick getting sassed up by a scaled skink due to still holding a grudge is a pretty funny image its got that tsumaki and saitama vibes to that meme of Who is this sassy lost child. but instead is Who is this sassy lost skink.

I love the update! :D Also I got an idea for the mc and Flick if it's possible.

If mc chooses to not go down the more humanoid path, maybe they can become sort of like a witch's familiar to Flick, since he was the first to recognize they aren't just an animal? Like during that scene, I could easily imagine them both sitting under a tree or something in the future and teasing each other like they're old friends despite the communication barrier.

I'm definitely interested in exploring the pet/familiar path for the MC, seeing the high demand for it, but we'll see lol.

I played the update and I felt excited when I replayed few times because it's just so fun exploring different routes and flick is an enigma RO can't wait to explore their personality and I hope the system isn't upset that my mc prefers killing monsters like rats or crawlers but never attacking humans or elves and other races and to be honest...I kinda feel like the system is like a friend but I did not like when it told my mc to kill them and it raises the question is the system sentient?(Also I kinda like the cliffhangers you give as they make me more excited for the next update! But take your time of course!)
