I’ve seen Lana’s picture with Cara today being mistaken as an old BTS photo from earlier in the season due to the costumes being familiar. So I’m breaking out the costume analysis.

As others have noticed as well, Lana and the double are both in two completely different costumes. We’ve seen both costumes in previous episodes but never in the combination in this picture.

The double is wearing the costume from 4x10:

And Lana is wearing the costume from 6x14:

They both have accessories from Regina’s 6x10 costume. Lana has the feather cape and the double has the headpiece:

But they’re wearing different necklaces from each other and different from when these costumes were worn previously.

And just to hammer the point home, Lana’s posted these two selfies over the span of 3 weeks during the filming for 6x21/6x22:
