I’m at that late night state of delirium between being awake but tired, and sleepy but very much conscious… so I decided to hone in on a passing idea and draw my current avatars, or OC’s in the setting and style of Cult of the Lamb.

I’ve only finished the sketch portion before I have thoroughly exhausted myself, the payoff was worth it since I absolutely adore the art style and how they look.

I’ll probably make any corrections before moving onto the lineart and coloring when I get the chance to, whenever that is, not clear if it’ll be before or after my current playthrough in CotL.

sometimes "i believe you can do this" is not the phrase you need to hear. sometimes you just need "it's okay that you can't do it". and that's okay. so I'm here to tell you this. if you can't do it, that's more than okay. sometimes we just can't. don't let anyone tell you that it's not. i love you, remember to give yourself time that you need. <3

Happy Valentines Day to all, Couples and Singles.

It’s a day of giving and receiving love, to others and for yourself.

Decided to draw the main cast from one of my draft stories wearing winter clothes, and greeting someone. I didn’t realize how similar their designs were to each other until I have already gotten used to drawing them like that.

Figured it would be a good exercise to express their characters from their appearance by their gestures and clothing choices. Although it was not the best time to draw less zoomed in on the canvas for better quality, it ended up dragged for much longer than I had estimated it, and revealing design flaws that would’ve otherwise gone unnoticed because of the way I used to draw.

In the end, it was a fun exercise.

I am bad at socialising with people, in person, or even online. And it’s awkward when I’d reach out to others, even if I had known them before or still kept in contact with them, there is always this tension and caution when I talk with anyone.

The best example I can give is trying to have small talk with your parents, and having chance of it turning into a lecture loom over in the back. It’s almost like tossing a grenade, and hoping the outcome of the conversation won’t result in a pile of ludicrous gibs because I said something wrong, or that the other person might not like, and the convo just turns awkward and unpleasant.

With that mental image circulating in my thoughts, I made the executive decision to put it in the form of the comic below,
