We Are Little.

This is a long winded post I wanna get off my chest about the community and why we should all accept and be friends regardless.

We are all Littles here.

One of the things that caused me to wipe my tumblr last year was the divide in the community, it’s a very sad thing to see considering we’re all littles so we should all have some understanding of each other in one form or another regardless of how we regress, act, gender, etc. I believe that at the end of the day we’re all littles and we should all get along even if we like stuff others don’t. What I mean by this is that for instance I’m a non-sexual little {CSA won’t go into detail}, sure I have moments but not in little headspace or whatever terms you guys use. I also have friends that do find it more on the naughty side and that’s completely fine too, just because I don’t like what they do doesn’t make them any less human or friendly. However when people try to push others away over slight differences, it cause issues for other living, breathing humans, as well as anyone whose interested in the community such as myself. I’m still honestly scared of posting stuff because of how toxic and nasty people can get, I also get people saying “You can’t be little you’re a boy” or “You can’t be little you don’t like being spanked” etc. whereas I have friends who are told otherwise in their case “You like being spanked, you’re not a real little” when this just ins’t the case, they are littles who just have slightly different interests. It’s as silly as those “Lol you console gamer. PC is better” etc. both have their ups and downs but in the end they’re all gamers just as regardless of what we enjoy we’re all littles. I don’t believe in hurting others, screaming at them, witch hunting them, or even excluding them just because they like something different and I’m open to being friends with anyone if you are nice, I try to treat others with respect as I hope you’d treat me. ——— As for cross tagging, sure it may be an issue, but if someone like me is new and your first reaction is to scream death threats at them, take a look at yourself as a human, remember they’re also human and humans make many mistakes, no one is perfect and we all have feelings too, because not only will you scare them away when they may have a lot to offer too the community. You’ll seem like a jerk to others and quite possibly to yourself when all is said and done thinking back objectively and no one wants to feel like a jerk. Instead, try politely letting them know what tags are okay and what aren’t. Lastly if someone is NSFW / SFW or whatever follows you, try to look at it from their point of view, you posted something different than what they generally like which means you’re doing a good job and should be proud to make someone else happy because again we’re all human, even if they post some questionable stuff on their page you personally may not enjoy, however the thing is you’re not forced to look, now if they’re outright being a jerk just ignore them and block them. It all comes down to the old golden rule of: Treat others as you wish to be treated. Yes with the internet there is anonymity and we forget that those are other humans just like us on the other side, but we have to remember that in the end if we truly want fulfilling friendships and happiness.
