An example of the difference between a poor skinning job versus a good skinning job
First picture is the poor example. The different cuts (i.e. roasts, steaks, etc.) are all gashed to hell and missing jaggedly torn chunks from them. This animal wasn't stuck (bled) good enough causing a bloody carcass even after spraying down.
Second is a good example, clean, near, full and completely bled.
