Two hundred years later in the ruins of Las Vegas, a mutated and ravaged Cooper Howard meets up with Anna Winden-- still under the thumb of New Vegas' robotic, autocratic leader: Mr. House. She was frozen in time, he was subjected to the burn of it.

But maybe something still lingers here between two ghosts of a dead world... even if it's just hopeless memories.
