8 Tips to get rid of Blackheads
I have explained Will A Change in Diet Help Get Rid Of Blackheads?
I looked in the mirror one day after my shower and wondered how to get rid of blackheads on nose. And why is it that blackheads seem to spring up there more noticeably than anywhere else on my face? I think it’s because the nose is larger and protrudes, and simply draws notice more than other areas of skin. But how to get rid of blackheads on nose without leaving an equally unattractive red spot? It’s best if you can be patient and simply clean and exfoliate your face regularly to gradually get rid of the worst blackheads. But if you want them out now, follow these steps. You’ll get the blackheads out and avoid future pimples without making your nose sore, red or irritated.
Also Read How to Pop Blackheads
1. Start with a freshly cleaned face. If you leave makeup or oil on your skin when you do this you can clog more pores. Keep your hair pulled back.
2. Boil some water. It’s not absolutely necessary that the water boils, but you want it hot enough to produce a lot of steam. A heat safe bowl in the microwave will work fine if you’d rather not use the stove. Then put the bowl on the table and lean your face over the water to give your face a steam bath. Be careful at first to make sure you don’t get a steam burn. The steam opens your pores and softens the blackheads.
3. Look in a mirror close-up for blackheads. You might be tempted to start squeezing those suckers out of there. Want to know how to get rid of blackheads on nose while leaving scars, and making your pores bigger and deeper so you’re bound to get more blackheads? Squeeze. You’ll only make the pores more noticeable and likely to get clogged. So avoid the temptation to squeeze blackheads (or pimples).
4. Blackhead removal strips are a good product. While they might seem like a gadget that won’t work, they do work. Scotch tape can be used in a pinch. By using this tip you can easily pull out your blackheads. After using this you will notice that your blackheads has came out and sticked to tape.
5. Use a special blackhead removal tool. This uses gentle suction to remove blackheads. I’ve had mixed results with this. If I steam long enough, it usually works pretty well.
6. Use astringent daily after washing your face. This tightens your pores and pulls the oil from the blackheads, shrinking them and making them come out more easily during cleansing and light exfoliating.
7. Use a scrub. An apricot scrub or some other facial scrub with texture in it helps naturally roll blackheads out of pores. They also get rid of the top layer of cells and help keep pores from getting clogged in the first place.
8. Take an acne medication that helps prevent and get rid of both blackheads and whiteheads.

Will A Change in Diet Help Get Rid Of Blackheads?
As I already have explained the most asked question can blackheads cured? now move to the next question Will A Change in Diet Help Get Rid Of Blackheads?
Blackheads are an annoyance that everyone would love to do without. You’ve tried new cleansers and began a new skin care regimen, and you’ve even tried to keep your face as oil free as you could, but you are still unable to get rid of blackheads that riddle your face. This is the time you may want to approach your blackhead removal methods a little differently. Nutrition is key to knowing how to get rid of blackheads that inflict your pores. Pay attention to the suggestions you’re offered and you too will soon be on your way to getting rid of blackheads.
Consuming foods rich in vitamins and nutrients is very important when trying to improve your skin. Vitamins A, B, C, E, Zinc, and Selenium rich foods contribute to keeping your skin as healthy as possible. They provide the needed nutrients to keep oil from forming so much and help balance hormone levels which in turn will also control oil production on your face. Natural foods such as cabbage, carrots, eggs, nuts, any green leafy vegetable, tomatoes, and fish are some of the foods that contain the vitamins and nutrients that are good for you to eat if trying to get rid of blackheads. Processed, frozen, and fried foods will knock hormone levels off due to lack of nutritious value in them. You might hear some people say that eating a pizza will not give you blackheads—and they are right. But when all you eat is bad empty nutrition food products— then you’re setting yourself up for an education in blackhead removal methods.
Be smart about your skin care and use some common sense when it comes to prevention. You should know you cannot use any product that is heavy and rich with oils if you’re looking to get rid of blackheads. You should also know that exfoliating every now and then will help you stay rid of dry dead skin cells that can cause pores to clog, and possibly help with blackhead removal. You should keep in mind that improving your diet will make you feel and look better both on the inside and out. So, before you go throwing money down on expensive products, make a subtle change to what you intake and give it a test run. The worst that can happen is you lose weight and feel healthier.

Can Blackheads Be Cured?
A lot of people wonder if blackheads can be cured. Is it possible? Get the facts celebrities and models know—it’s surprisingly straight forward.
If you have blackheads you are probably curious if your blackheads can be cured. The answer is yes and no. Blackheads are caused by excess oil in the skin pore. The excess oil can be a result of puberty when hormones produce excess Dihydrotestosterone or DHT. DHT over stimulates the oil glands in the skin producing excess oil. This excess oil clogs the pore and due to exposure to the air becomes black or yellow causing the blackhead.
If your skin isn’t washed regularly your dead skin cells may not be removed and these too will allow oil to clog the pore. Washing regularly will remove the dead skin cells and allow the pores to open. Leaving makeup on overnight will also clog the pores of the skin, trapping the natural oil and cause a blackhead.
Washing with warm water, soap and a soft washcloth will remove the dead skin cells allowing the pores in your skin to remain open and the naturally produced oils to move out onto your skin. Effective skin care in cooperation with regular washing using soap and water will help keep the number of blackheads to a minimum.
Periodic exfoliation treatments with either a homemade or over the counter preparation will further reduce the dead skin cells. Exfoliation produces the “glowing skin” that so many preparations advertise. The skin “glows” because the dead skin cells have been removed.
Can blackheads be cured? In reality the answer is no. As long as your body produces excess oils, you stand the chance of getting a blackhead. Can blackheads be reduced? The answer is yes. If you keep the pores in your skin open by taking regular care of it, then the oils that cause blackheads can move onto the skin surface and no blackhead will appear.
Some people’s skin may need more care than others. One person may need to wash only once a day. Another may need to wash two or three times a day. The trick is to find what your skin needs to keep the pores open. Once you find out what your skin needs then stick to the schedule. Remember an open pore is a happy pore and happy pores don’t produce blackheads
