Nice & Comfy - 20 Jonesi Bed Blanket Recolours (Advent Day Eleven)

What’s nicer than snuggling up in a new blanket around the fire with a hot drink and good company? Nothing! So here’s 20 recolours of Jonesi’s Bed Blanket mesh (which is included) in a simple “quilted” pattern that works in almost any room or era of play.

Lemonade Stand (OFB): Cluedo woods- yes I use these too! For me it just kind of depends on the Vibes.

The Roundabout (CEL): Cluedo defaults (the first picture), with completer addon recolours (second and third showing you all the matching sets with them and the default). The table legs are Cluedo wood as well. :)

Larger Than Life Paarty Table and Bowdacious Dining Chair (CEL): The table has the same recolour addons as the round table, but the chair is just defaults because it's all on one subset.

Floral Fantasy Sofa (BG): just ran some Cluedo actions on them. The pink and white are barely noticeable but still!

Oh yeah, I think it's cool if I @cluedosims?

Bookworm Stash, Comfy To Go Dresser, Slightly Ragged Guitar Case and Leo Pet Feeding Station - for The Sims 2

These are 4to2 conversions from Atticwindowatdawn and Leosim, polycount lowered. The book stash is a functional magazines and books rack, the dresser is also functional. The pet feeding station bowls can be used also without the base, one of them is based on the Water Bowls I made sometime ago. If you already have the animation package for it, you can delete it from this archive. This food station works better with Episim "No Rotating Pet Bowls" All recolors included

Sims 2 Mod- Repair Inaccessible Sprinklers-Testing Needed

Hello!!! This was requested on a Sims 2 Discord.

There seems to be an issue with gardeners and other Sims not being able to repair "inaccessible" garden sprinklers.

It needs testing because unfortunately I am too lazy to wait for the sprinkler to break and there is no debug option to force break the sprinkler

This mod is coded just like Cyjon's Inaccessible Bushes and Flowers.

Sims will still repair the sprinkler, they will get it done, not complain, and get as close as they can.

32 Lot-Adjusted Empty Lots - Sunnyside and Mini Lots

Have you always wanted to build on small 1X1 lots? Or have a smaller sized beach lot for your surfer shack? Well, now you can! I have done all the Lot-Adjusting work for you. 😉

These lots were made with the UC installed. If you don't have all the EPs/SPs (or at least AL/M&G as your highest one,) you prolly can't use these! (I provided links below, for similar "empty lot" collections - some of them don't need all EP/SPs.)

ALL possible lot sizes are included (within the game's original size limit of 6X6) - including Beach lots.

These are perfectly flat lots (well, all except for the beach lots...)

These were made on Lush Terrain, but that doesn't really matter anymore. Whatever terrain you put them down on (Desert, Dirt, Lush, or Cement) the game will change the lot's "base terrain" to match.

The Sun is oriented to the front of the lot.

Lots are shrunk/expanded with Moo's Lot-Adjuster

Lots are cleaned/compressed with Chris Hatch's Lot Compressor.

New easy-to-read Thumbnails made by me.

The lots can be found at the END of your LotBin catalog.

There is No CC used in these empty lots.

To INSTALL: Unzip the "New Empty Lots" folder. Open it and move (or copy/paste) the 32 files into your LotCatalog (Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\LotCatalog). Find the lots by scrolling to the end of your Lot Bin the next time you are in your Neighborhood.

To make them PERMANENT - so they are in your catalog whenever you start a new game - put them here: (These paths are for the UC - your path may be different) - If you want them toward the end of your LotBin, put them in the base game folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Double Deluxe\Base\TSData\Res\UserData\LotCatalog - If you put them at the beginning of your LotBin, put them in your highest EP folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\UserData\LotCatalog

Now for something that's not for bodyshop! here's a lil collection of geisha-related objects ^^

First up, an edit of Huabanzhu's nihung from their Japanese set 1- I've edited the mesh to add backfaces and to slightly better fit the stand (included, hecc TSR). It shouldn't overwrite the original. I've also made an edit of the blue version so it's a recolour of the red one, rather than a separate object. Then I recoloured it into a variety of hikizuri to hang in your house!

Ninth Wave converted this screen from snowy escape but it bothered me to have like, 3 similar screens in my game and not even be able to recolour the frame on that one! so I've plonked the stream and bird designs (the shoji are very similar to the BV screen, so didn't bother with those) on the sims 2 store modern Asian screen, so hopefully you can have a few more recolours in one place now, too.

Three objects slaved to the touch of teak tansu dresser- the kyoudai mirror and butterfly mirror I made a few mesh edits to also, to add the metal details in. 8k's wazataku table is p much just the same. Then I made a few decorative recolours of the tansu, with antique metalwork style details, with checkerboard style woods in ikea colours, and with lacquer and pearl inlay details.

8k's sudare curtains with the shorter versions slaved to the longer one, plus various wood recolours.

lastly the clutter, various Jeanie objects recoloured!

Michelle's Gargoyle Statues Repo'd to Pets

These 2 statues will now pull textures from the Fierce Gargoyle wall hanging that came with Pets (it's the smaller one in the preview). I already put Michelle's textures onto the Pets gargoyle, you can get them here

Corvidophile2's Country Kitchen Deco Repo'd

The shelf will now pull textures from the Seasons Rack 'O Plates and the deco will pull textures from the NL Tempest Cooktop. There are 2 meshes, high and low, and they're identical except one is higher up the wall. If you have AL or higher you only need one mesh because you can move them up and down the wall. Found in Deco->Wall

Sims2Germany's Gargoyle Firejet Repo'd to Pets

It will now pull textures from the Fierce Gargoyle wall hangning, which is identical except this one has fire jets underneath it. Sims can turn the fire on or off and roast marshmallows on it but things can also catch on fire if they get too close. Found in Deco->Misc for $666

OFB Toy Bench with Corvidophile's desk deco textures

I found Corvidophile's desk deco on the graveyard and the main texture is based on the OFB toy bench so I converted those textures to work with the toybench. Comes in the 4 colors shown, the one on the back left is very similar to the normal toy bench color but there's more wood grain and less red

Corvidophile2's Desk Deco Repo'd to the Game Files

It will now pull textures from the OFB Crazy Fun Toybench and the BG Bibliofile Bookcase. This is wall deco, the books don't work, but it's the perfect height to look like it's sitting on top of a desk (if you have AL or higher you can move it up and down the wall). Found in Surfaces->Desks and it will go down with the walls. There are a few empty spots that have painted on shadows on the default texture, you could use OMSPs to put things there. These will pick up any recolors you have for the toy making bench including these that I made out of Corvid's Desk Deco, they don't have the painted on shadows

Currently working on redoing my game and trying to figure out what I want from it... anyway...

I love shastakiss' palettes and have every download I can find to replace the textures, and noticed some gaps I couldn't find replacements for so here you go. We got:

Zenu Meditation Bed (BG): in pirate woods + the cluedo wood blue because it had six swatches.

The colonial beds (BG): "Bed by St. Ajoque" (single) and "Colonial Ironwood Bed" (double) in pirate woods.

Olde Tyme Toilette (SSN): pirate wood + yeti love song palette with one cluedo: snow, magnolia, beach glass, and cluedo's miss peach (because I didn't like how yls' petal looked). I also swapped the swatches so the default-first-click-from-the-catalogue one is the white one instead of the pink.

Will Lloyd Wright Dollhouse: vegan-kaktus' dollhouse edit with a YLS colour swap because I preferred the Maxis bluey-purple.

this 4t2 shoerack was originally converted by @neosimi (here) but I wanted them in pirate woods, plus a few colors of my own.

includes the 5 pirate woods, and an extra 4 colours on top of that (still with the pirate textures.) (these include mahogany, oak, cherry, and a black)

the mesh from Neosimi has 6 slots (and three on the closed version), the closed version is repo'd to the open, and the polycount is extremely low, at only 166p.

Textures are available in both 512x for people who are concerned about pink soup and performance, and in 1024x for people who want a bit higher resolution. Choose only one, as they are the same files with replaced textures. Preview pictures are taken in the 1024x, but you can see a comparison under the cut below:

Sims 2 Base Game/Vanilla Careers Fixed

This is an upload of the Sims 2 Seasons LAW career. It overwrites the unmodded career.

Thank you @starfishpaws for informing me that monetary bonuses from chance cards after career level 6 are always multiplied by 1000.

Redownload my Medicine career just in case!
