Ravens, Wolves, and Oaks
I've never used sepia conté crayons before. What do you guys think of the color combo? I might experiment more with sepia and black conté crayons... we shall see.
This is another sketch I did before going to sleep, so I only put things I find comforting in it. I love the lacy branches of bare oak trees in winter.
Media: conté crayons in sepia and black, with Wolff's carbon pencil (my favorite kind of charcoal pencil - "wolff's" is really fitting considering the subject matter.)
