They are signs, signaling that your Lord has not forgotten you, that your ears are still open, and your vision may be blurred but is still clear enough to see. Our Lord is merciful, and those who seek forgiveness shall certainly be forgiven.

“But whoever repents after their wrongdoing and mends their ways, Allah will surely turn to them in forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Quran, 5:39)
