You're just a stereotype aren't you? You sure can talk that talk.
That’s funny considering you’re using the anon option. You’re gonna have to show your face if you want to continue the conversation.

No, you get lost. You're the one who threw her away like a dick. What the hell man??
I owe her a reason, not you.

A small smirk etched along the side of her smooth face, crimson eyes lidded behind caramel lids.
"You should know better, I hid from nothing."

Against the palm of his hand blossomed fragility; against the palm of his hand grazed a flower. And as if each single petal called for his attention, he complied to their demands. Many  flowers decorated the outskirts, within, and beyond the city of Rabanastre, though none were as alluring as the ones now before him. These were refined, sprouting the edge of life one couldn't help but admire.  His newly found incline for small, fragile things— flowers— would have deemed as surprising, sudden and unexpected to those knowing what he was and what he had become while seeking liberation from a troubling past.      The scent formed in his lungs, held their place only to be exhaled. Then, he digressed. He began to question why and how a brief departure from the city walls turned into sightseeing, and eventually something he could not turn away from. How such insignificant things reeled in someone who reveled in turbulence and adventure. Distressed thoughts meant little to the Sky Pirate. He had engraved  in himself ways to rid of them, after all.
                   A clang.
Fragments of thought he adjoined to the sight would snap back into the usual, into what they had been before he arrived.       From the start, he brought with himself no intention to harm or interrupt anyone who may inhabit the area. But even now, the best intentions invite the worst kind of trouble. He took a few steps back and offered a brisk glance. Another one who seemed new. Perhaps a guest such as himself, perhaps not.                           "These are yours then."

The world felt too heavy. Though her memories were obscured— buried deep beneath the collection of small concerns and desires that came with living— Aerith’s body could not forget the weightlessness of the Lifestream. It could not readily accept the shackles of flesh and bone, the sheer weight of her hair, and the familiar ‘thump’ of soles against floorboards.
At first, it revolted. Eventually, it conceded.
For now, Aerith was ungainly as she walked, a fawn just learning to use her legs. With a watering can in one hand, the effects were exacerbated. She stumbled. The floor creaked, and her gaze dropped in case it were to rise to meet her.

'─Ah.'
Almost.
She remained upright, but the watering can slipped from her grasp, clanking against the floor of the church with a metallic echo. The contents first erupted upward— Aerith covered her face with the palms of her hands— before sloshing around inside, each ripple spilling forth a small waterfall into the forming puddle.
A sigh. This would mean another trip. Another trip added to the countless it would take to ensure every flower in the church got its fair share. Her gaze flickered between the door and the garden as she reconsidered the attachment she had toward an old ritual, and as it did so, it finally caught the stranger.
Fingers against petals. Boots so close to their fragile stems. It sparked a conditioned response.
❝ Careful. With the flowers. ❞

A rarity among all glee. Moogle Parades weren't anything usual, only ever brought by the grand events, and this one certainly became such over time. The Royal City of Rabanastre, brightly lit and brimming with young ones eager to join in on the festivities. Lively and with far less conflicts than any other day of the year. Disregard the weather, and the place bore a certain ease. That same tranquility was granted to each one present.      With his head canted to the commotion of people, he inquired the one who stood away from the rest.                   "Why not join the fun?"
