Hey Love, Let me start by saying I appreciate your kind words and that I can relate to you in many ways. I don't always feel confident, I don't always feel good and I'm not always nice to myself but I also work very hard not to stay in that place. The truth is we are not the only people that feel this way. Everyone has insecurities, we just deal with them differently. I had to change my way of thinking. Negative thoughts (or opinions for that matter) are not FACTUAL. Start by replacing your negative thoughts about yourself with positive thoughts. You are always going to be your biggest cheerleader. I haven't always had the confidence I embody now. Once I started to see myself in a different light and understand my value and worth I really started to love myself and everything about me. Every day I embrace who I am and what I look like. When I look in the mirror I tell myself I'm the most beautiful girl in the world and then I remind myself that the only person I'm in competition with is the woman I was yesterday! I know my outward appearance is a reflection of all that is within me! Confidence is not something you can pay for in a serum, cream, injection, surgery, pill, or etc. You have to generate it from the inside out. Each of us has something unique to offer. Believe in yourself love and know that you are beautiful and uniquely made. Never try to be anything or anyone other than yourself.
