How music saved me from quitting my shitty job

I am a bookseller, I love that job, I always did. Doing that job for a couple of years now, and that's the only type of job I ever worked in.

It's difficult, mentally and physically. The pay is shit and bosses are even worse.

I have been thinking about quitting this mess for over a year now. But what prolonged my stay was the day when they assisted me to care for the collection of vinyls we sell.

It's small, but I love taking care of it, and expanding it. I love when customers buy stuff I ordered. I love buying them myself. I love the fact that I am happily informing my boyfriend, almost everyday, about new stuff we got. I love when he comes here and he goes though them together and we buy some.

This little thing saved me from a multiple mental breakdowns.

Till Lindemann strikes us as a complex man, who carries a lot of darkness inside him. One might even say that, at times, it's like he carries a devil on his shoulder...

Richard dropped the video for "I'm Still Alive" this morning. I've only watched it once, but as far as I can suss out, Founding Father Vampire Richard personifies the whims of fate and is orchestrating events to his liking, but Richard has the Temporal Rubik's Cube, and every time he plays with it, he shifts the timeline or disturbs the intended order. Founding Father isn't pleased with this, so we've got Trenchcoat Man following Richard to try to snatch the cube, but Richard, as usual, isn't giving up because fuck that.

It's just Richard's very arty way of saying, "I was supposed to be nothing and no one. I was supposed to know my place. Emigrate wasn't supposed to happen. I wasn't supposed to happen. But I made it happen no matter how much this world tried to beat me down and fuck you if you don't like it."

Well done, sir. You deserve to say it with your whole damn chest.
