“Yeah, that movie was crap.” Benji sighed a little bit. “I’m sorry I took you to a crappy movie. Are you hungry? Want to get some dinner?”

“That is the worst and it sucks cause I’m sure the mailmen and women are doing their best but still the right address is on there.”
“You know I truly hate when the mailman decides to mail someone else’s papers to my address. This is insane.” @secretsummerstarters

“What? Oh yeah, I’m good.” Benji smiled over at her for a moment. “I was actually looking for your wife or hope she would pop in. I’ve got the monthly reports for her. But a coffee would be great.”
“Are you okay?” Nina asked, coming up towards the person as they’d been sitting there in the restaurant for quite a while now. “Can I get you anything?”

“Well what would you like to do instead?”
“You know, don’t get me wrong. I love my job, but it is so tiring doing the same thing over and over. I think it might be time for a new one.” @secretsummerstarters

Every since New Years Eve and their conversation at the Call Centre maybe he had been avoiding Willow a little bit. And she didn’t deserve that at all actually. When he heard the bell at the coffee shop, he looked back and saw her. “I’ve got her coffee or whatever she gets as well.” He told the barista before handing his card over. He would collect it once he left. Getting his order he moved over to a table and sat down.

“You don’t call, text or write one might think you are mad at your little brother.” Benji laughed slightly. “But I know it’s a two way street and I do apologize. I’ve been busy.”

Felicity was still chuckling softly as she came to a stop and he reached out to tuck her hair behind her ear. She was trying to think of something to say, a little bit lost in his gaze for some reason she couldn’t really pinpoint, and then suddenly he was kissing her. Her initial instinct was to freeze and her brain was telling her to run away but she was also confused because somehow it felt nice. She kissed him back for a short while but then she did end up pulling away, feeling all safe and warm and scared and confused all at the same time. She was a little lost for words.
Benjamin almost pulled away until he felt her kissing him back. His hand rested on her cheek gently. While the other had went to her waist. After a short while, he felt her pull away and his thumb started moving across her cheek gently. He was at a lost of words himself for a moment. “Was that okay? Are you okay?” He finally asked, maybe that sounded stupid a little bit. But he wanted to make sure she was okay. Felicity mattered to him and clearly he did have feelings for her.

ultimate shipper challenge: [1/6] dates
Childhood should be all about swings. Swings? Yeah. You know how high can I go? If I twist the chains how fast will I spin? If I try to jump off before the swing stops? Exactly. I miss that feeling. Yeah me too.

Felicity had never seen snow and it was one of her favourite things now, it was so pretty. “Me too.” She smiled at him, glad he was having a nice time too. It felt almost like something horrible she’d experiences was being rewritten into something good. “Happy new year.” She chuckled, as the swing came to a halt, looking up at him.
Maybe this was good, maybe they would be good together. But Benji would never pressure her at all. “I am a better man for knowing you, Felicity.” He told her softly. Once he stopped the swing, he looked back at her. Reaching out to brush some hair behind her ear. Taking a chance, he leaned in and brushed his lips against hers, kissing her softly. Of course he would stop if she wanted him to do so, he had no problem doing that.

Felicity was having a nice time, she’d never really had a new year that was like this. She’d been aware of it because Sir had always made it this big deal of the world ending and it was scary… but this was fun and she liked hanging with Benjamin too. She chuckled as he pushed her on the swing and she nodded. “Yeah! This is great.” She giggled, gently dragging her shoes through the snow beneath the swing. “You?”
Benji had to admit that he liked hearing her giggle, knowing that she was happy made him smile. He continued to push her for a little bit, before getting on his own. Grabbing her chain and swinging with her for a moment before he let it go. “I am having a wonderful time.” He told her honestly. Standing up on the swing a moment later before jumping off. Moving over to her, he grabbed her chains gently to stop the swing. “I’m glad that we are both having fun.” He could hear the bells starting to go off in the distance. “Happy New Year, Felicity.”

Benjamin was glad that he was spending New Years Eve with the Klein’s. Especially Felicity. The two of them were friends right? That was what mattered. Plus he wasn’t big on drinking or anything like that. So it was nice that they were just able to hangout. Now they were in the backyard just getting some air or something. “Having fun?” He asked as he pushed her on the swing before getting on his own. The snow didn’t bother him but if she wanted to go inside, he would.

“Hey...I totally thought of you when I saw this.” Benji grinned, looking over at her for a moment. It was the book of Peter Pan.

Braden laughed, nudging his brother as he made is way to the ticket machine. “Seat preference?” He always preferred to be further back, but he couldn’t remember if Benji liked being closer to the screen. “Amazing they even play horrors and thrillers in this town. So come on, fill me in on your life. Like you said, it’s been forever.”
“Any.” He chuckled lightly when Braden nudged him. “I can get the popcorn and stuff.” He offered before nodding his head a little bit. “True. Its hard to believe considering this town is a horror movie itself.” He shrugged a little bit. “Well I got into the program at the hospital. I’m officially an intern, I’ve quit the bowling alley. And Willow disappeared on me and then reappeared and I don’t know what to do.”
