My fav thing to do while regressed is putting on my blue light projector since it kinda gives my room that ocean blue look. I'm going to hang little jellyfish decals on my ceiling at some point too!

Then I put this bad boy on, and I fall asleep in minutes. Finding Nemo was/is a huge comfort to me, so the peaceful music knocks me out quickly.

Intro

I'm Bennie, an adult (20+) age regressor! I regress involuntarily due to mental illness reasons that I don't feel the need to share, but I find it worth mentioning since a lot of people in the community are voluntary!

Typically, I regress to around 2-5 years old but very rarely, and occasionally, I'll regress to 10-14. I don't do baby talk over text but do find it harder to communicate verbally while regressed!

My fav things when I'm in little space are: Finding Nemo, the older spongebob episodes, blues clues, pokemon, and honestly, just about everything Disney. I like to color and do arts n crafts.

If there's a goal I have in the agere community, it's making more friends in situations similar to mine, and god, do I want to find a good CG that can tolerate me when I age regress. I can be a bit bratty at times. I'm personally a fan of older male CGs, but I also know that it'd likely be very hard to find the 30+ year old man I'd dream of and have them not be inappropriate about it. My regression can be messy and impure, but never NSFW.
