This man has impacted my life like no other. Not having a father figure and having pastors that saw my inquisitive nature as rebellious, and not falling in line, a black sheep if you will, I felt lost inside of the church walls. Then I found Ravi Zacharias. A man with intelectual prowess yet a heart of a loving father. A rare combination heart and head. He became someone who I devoured his talks on YouTube. I would just sit there and feel dump at the beautiful ease at which he navigated intellectual land minds placed by clearly sad, angry, hurt, frustrated seekers. And Ravi with meticulous love and patiences disarmed a complicated pain mine in such a way that most of us would have aggrivated the situation. Ravi this morning went home to see the king and recive his crown. And knowing the Humility of this great man, he may never even wear it. No doubt there's a high probability that he would immediately cast his crown before him. Love you Ravi, I hope to one day hear you speak in person. Mean time we have work to do down here. I didn't want to write this along with everyone else holding out hope that you would pull through. And as of this morning you were healed, just not how we would have hoped for. But today another general of the faith has gone home to rest.
