Random update, I’ve been replaying AAI2 with some friends and talking about Justine and Sebastian has sort of revitalized my muse in them. We’re still early on in case 2 but I think by the end of my second playthrough I might have my muse for this lovable group again since my friends love to talk about RP-related stuff. Also I know people have been following this blog still and I haven’t really taken the time to follow back so if I haven’t followed back yet I might later!

But on more important news....

Hey everyone, I still get notifications of people following me here and I feel bad for not saying anything. Lately I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed and I’m deciding to devote my focus to a few of my RP accounts for now... and sad to say this blog isn’t one of them. I’m sorry Justine and Sebastian I still love yoouuu. I may post here again one day but for now this blog might be a bit too silent. As a sidenote, it’s not much but I’m planning to make one of the few RP accounts I focus on be @corpse-whisperer  While the muse is from a different fandom, I think Naomi easily fits into the Ace Attorney universe with her story in Trauma Team being similar to an AA game where she finds the truth of how people die and apprehending culprits. She even has a magical truth-seeking power and a cutie sidekick. If you’re still interested in interacting, please consider that blog but it’s alright if you’re not interested!

“A visitor? For us? Oh, this brings tears to my eyes!”

An elderly man who managed to preserve a gargantuan beard without a single hair turning gray stepped into the room. His punk-like sense of fashion accentuated  his fun old man image while his tear-filled goggles proved he was also quite the sentimentalist. The chairman of the P.I.C. was informed earlier by judge Courtney that they were receiving a visitor from another country who wished to study the law system of other countries. Reason being that he’s a chief of police looking to reform his own country’s legal system. 

He appeared to be still be rather young and impressionable, Blaise thought.

“It’s so refreshing to see young people interested in law.” Blaise weeped. “I have a son that’s probably younger than you are and he’s a prosecutor. I want to be so proud of him but.. unfortunately he’s a bit of an idiot.” He removed his goggles for a second to clear out the excess tears. “Don’t tell him I said that, I don’t want him to think his father hates him or anything, y’know.” Blaise pleaded, it appeared his whole life was just giant a sob story. “Now then why don’t we get to know each other? I’m chairman Blaise Debeste but I’m sure you don’t care for the name of an old coal like me.” // @immovable-force

I still like Ace Attorney tho so I don’t wanna abandon this blog! I know I still owe two starters but I have a good idea on what they could be about but anyways..

Despite being given full authority over the Phantom Thieves case, Sae was still restricted by the authority of her Director. He had made himself clear that this case was to be resolved as quickly as possible. Now, he was insisting upon having her meet with the judge in order to discuss the eventual trial. Honestly, she found it to be a ridiculous formality. There wouldn’t even be a trial if she wasn’t given every opportunity to solve this case–

The prosecutor stifled her stress-addled thoughts as best she could once she saw the woman she was meant to speak with. It wouldn’t do to show anything but the utmost confidence in her abilities.

“Excuse me,” Sae approached the other woman, offering a slight bow once she’d gotten her attention. “I’m Niijima- my Director wanted me to get in touch with you about the trial for the Phantom Thieves.”

“It is a pleasure to meet you Niijima-sama.” The judge offered another slight bow in return to the prosecutor. “My name is Hakari Mikagami. Isn’t it quite the honor to work together to bestow a guilty verdict on the most infamous thieves of Japan.. perhaps even the world?” She asked rhetorically with a statuesque smile. Though the smile would start to slowly slip away as she moved on to the pressing matter she wished to speak of.

“Surely you realize the importance of this case for the entire country, correct?  I wished to meet you personally, for I convey the will of the Prosecutorial Investigation Committee.” That overly polite tone of voice Hakari spoke in earlier had shifted to a stern direction.

“You may have been chosen to take this case by the director, but the P.I.C. has doubts surrounding your ability as a prosecutor. A rather concerning rumor has spread to us that you would resort to any means necessary to earn a guilty verdict, even manipulating evidence. What do you say to that, Niijima-sama?”
