Not quite the same, but at the store I work at our groomer had her baby on the register behind me. All my coworkers were there getting papers for closing, and I had a couple customers.

For some reason the baby starts crying(probably tired) and immediately every single person there turns to her and starts going “oh no no no shhh it’s okay don’t cry”

I was on the subway today, and when the train got delayed, this little kid was like, “fuck,” and a literal chorus of grown-ups went: “HEY.”

I would like to present to everyone, random ass pics Shadow, Via and I took in Genshin.

Context for some: Shadow and Via are dating, and we’re playing as Eula and Amber at one point. I jokingly did a little marriage speech for them(fully a joke, I ended it with “you may now fight the hilichurl”), and most of these are the aftermath of that.

First off, two pics of me hauling ass away from Shadow.

Then three pics of shadow blowing me up with Baron Bunny.

And of course Via getting hit with Ushi because I got Itto(that’s a whole post in itself)

Via attempting to get a pic of Diluc.

And of course what I believe is a perfect representation of what canon pictures of Bennett also end up looking like.

Update: it’s done!

So on the 11th I got to see my nearly 2-year-old cousin, and he had color wonder markers.

If you don’t remember these, or never had them, they’re a special marker that looks clear and only leaves clear residue unless it’s used on a special paper. The chemical reaction between the paper and the marker produces color. Not only are they great for avoiding mess, they’re also fun to watch when the color appears.

So his mom noticed I loved them and promptly bought and sent me a ten pack of markers and fifty sheets of blank paper, which lucky for me are printable!

To sum up, don’t let adulthood ruin childhood things for you. Buy the damn color wonder markers.

Slight update:

I now have four dogs. The shiba is Bubba, the collie is Jeffrey, the husky is Chewy, and the shepherd is William.

My mom named Bubba, I was thinking about Inside by Bo Burnham for Jeffrey, my dad named Chewy, and my brother’s friend Chris named William.

So funny story from Genshin today.

I wanted to unlock the teapot(I knew nothing about what storylines we had to complete, just the quest name), and since there were some Fatui guys that thoroughly kicked my ass last time I tried to do this quest I decided to record.

That led to me unknowingly starting the Childe fight, finishing it, then doing the Osial fight.

Long story short, I have an hour and a half long video on my phone that’s mostly me screaming.

I did get my teapot though. I bought a dog. His name is Bubba.

So I have a friend of similar AR to me, but they’re still leveling up while I’ve been at AR 35 for nearly a month so I’m still a bit stronger, plus I’ve been playing longer so I’ve built up strategies with my characters.

Anyway, they pulled Sara back during Ei’s banner but they hadn’t even gotten to Liyue in the archon quests at the time, and they still haven’t gotten to Inazuma(no rush of course, people play at their own pace).

Because of that, I’m helping them farm as many dendrobiums as we can before I ascend. I’m getting my team’s talents to full before doing so, then I might prep for the AR 40 limit so we’ve got time.

They asked what the “Thunder Manifestation” was because of course that’s what Sara needs. Of course.

I told them I love them but no way in hell am I fighting that thing with just the two of us.
