he is a mean and harsh male who starts off rather mean to everyone and not being kind to a single soul, it held him back in his sorcery magic, meaning he was still in the academy for sorcerers that toriel teaches in. Mentally he is 24 years old.

He is the first person the protagonist meets, he starts off really mean calling them a world destroyer. however the girl forgave him. he teaches the protagonist how to be agile because she taught him kindness doesn't make someone weak.

Asgore is a kind monster that enjoys gardening, he now owns a small plants store with the help of toriel providing him books. he is the monster the protagonist meets with toriel

 he is a kind monster that finds the protagonist after they speak to Flowey, he heals them and leads them to toriel. he acts almost fatherly and listens to their plan and warns them of the dangers, however he doesn't actively put their plan down

Alphys is a geeky, introverted recluse who enjoys human anime and manga but considers it difficult to express herself. She is a medical expert within waterfall and does tend to travel to help everyone. She is the main person who finds out about the protagonists Illnesses and what they was.

☽︎----What is UnderBarrier----☾︎

This is an alternative au that takes place after a pacifist timeline of the popular game Undertale made by Toby fox.

This au came from my love of fantasy. This is where monsters and Humans are locked together underground due to the crumbling of the world and the push forward of the void consuming the world. stopping at the end of Mt.ebott due to the magic keeping it safe.

☽︎----The Story----☾︎

Long after Frisk's pacifist route, humans and monsters had finally found a happy medium where they lived in peace. Both monsters and humans finding a lot of care for one another, when monsters returned to the surface, sorceress' and Sorcerers began to show up across the surface to prove there was still humans with magic. Slowly the world began to fall apart literally. the void began to sprout and take the world apart. With no resolve those that survived made their way to MT ebotts to survive. humans and the monsters together put a barrier around ebotts underground to protect their lives. 

20 years later, the protagonist awoke on a old bed of flowers, the protagonist was neither human nor monster...they had no soul. However, the protagonist was ill from the moment they landed here. they had no memory of where they came from but they did know their name. The underground had changed a lot, becoming a lot bigger, the ruins coming full of vines and flowers, it was a homely feel. The protagonist began to walk through the archway where they met Flowey, They was certain they wasn't human, Flowey stays with the protagonist and takes her to toriel and asgore who both had a quiet lide. Toriel let the protagonist stay with her till they felt well enough to move on. Flowey had told the protagonist about the story of the fallen world to which the protagonist puts into action a plan to reform the fallen world. Toriel had overheard the conversation but allows the protagonist adventure out. That's where they meet Nathaniel. A youthful new sorcerer who had came out of the sorcerers academy within the ruins, The protagonist teaches Nathaniel that it's okay to be kind, to which he taught her agility. When the protagonist returns to toriel they ask to leave to snowdin, but toriel refused, they fought it out, but once the protagonist shows they are not going to harm anyone, and that they have the skill to survive despite not having a soul. toriel lets them through.

Snowdin Had changed having a lot more forest and less puzzles. it was at least 2 hours to the town of snowdin. the protagonist was much more Vulnerable due to them not having a soul, by the time they saw the village their body was very cold, they collapsed by a tree, when Sans was on his walk he saw the protagonist. He took them home concerned for their health and the fact they was alone out in the woods. Papyrus declared he'd make soup for the Protagonist, when the protagonist ate the soup warming up papyrus asked them why they was in the woods. they explain the plan they had to sacrifice themselves for the world to be reformed, as based off the story being the void...they put together that if they was void of the soul they could make the void go back. Papyrus didn't want that, he made them stay for a few days where he finds they was great at puzzles and was keen to learn about monsters. Sans spent time teaching the protagonist jokes and how to have fun, he acted like a brother. When the protagonist went to leave papyrus stopped them, telling them they didn't have to leave and sacrifice themselves. The fight occurs and then he lets them go if they promise them to return back. Once papyrus leaves the protagonist began to leave where iclyn, a ice element sorceress, Iclyn teaches the protagonist confidence as the protagonist taught Iclyn how to care for others. 

In waterfall, the protagonist was walking till dizziness fills them, when they awoke they was in a home and lab near the centre of waterfall, Alphys was stood over the protagonist making sure they was okay. once the protagonist woke up undyne shook her head making them eat, alphys ran tests on the protagonist to make sure they was okay. that's where she found out the protagonist was a void walker. This is where alphys warns them of their illness she dubbed void sickness. Undyne from then taught the protagonist how to fight and have determination. Alphys warned the protagonist of telling people what they was as some may wish to kill them. once the protagonist was fit enough they they began to walk where they meet Flowey and Ash, a water sorcerer, who taught the protagonist confidence, the protagonist taught them how to have courage and how not to run. they was walking and getting getting worse, finding it hard to breath and sans who had seen them at their stand at the end of waterfall, they was getting concerned and he promised them they'd be waiting for them.

Hotland was hot making it rather hard for the protagonist to keep feeling well, being only a small portion through and unable to continue A fire elemental Sorceress called ember found them. She had put a magic cooling cloak over the protagonist and walks them to the hot land city. In the city Mettaton found them, by them being a talk of the town they took them on TV to teach them confidence, They wanted to question them on the plan and the hope they had caused by the plan. Ember finds them once they left the city, she unlocked the protagonists magic potential because the protagonist taught them how to calm a fiery anger they had. They had lead them to sans who walks with her to the new home.

However, once sans and the protagonist got to the judgement hall, the protagonist weak, sans grew concerned. the protagonist kept telling sans they could make it and finish their plan. sans stopped them telling them to stay that they can get better and be happy with him. The protagonist said they could once their plan was done. sans was frustrated and said they'd stop them from passing to make them think about the outcome. Sans and the protagonist fight till they collapse onto him. Sans would take them to the barrier, he sat them down in what seemed to be a ruin room, he made them promise to come back to snowdin once it was over. The 4 sorceress and sorcerers arrive the ruin room to help the protagonist finish their plan then the room goes white and the world reforms....but the protagonist was still there laying on the ruin and the 4 sorcerer' missing.

their role is the monster to start the flame of determination in the protoganist. They push them to find how to thrive and save the world based on the stories she had been told by Flowey

this is the old queen, she resigned that title but still stayed with asgore having forgave him. this monster has more magic then in the underground due to sorcerers and sorceresses teaching her healing and the elements of air.she is also now a teacher of a school for troubled youths of monsters and Sorcerers

They are a guard for snowdin and constantly patrols the wall between snowdin and waterfall he also patrols near the barrier. he meets the protagonist when his brother rushed in with them on his back. He is the lovable, brotherly skeleton to the protagonist.

What is their role

They are the brotherly and sweet skeleton, who’s got a role as guard and Friend to the protagonist. They love cooking and they are a sweetheart, he first meets the protagonist when his brother brought her in. he instantly took a liking to them and wanted to help make them less afraid and more talkative. he is always happy but a first obstacle to try and stop the protagonist from continue with their plan to sacrifice their soul to save the world. after him trying and failing to stop them he made promise to return and that he’d be angry if they didn’t “Human, promise me that you’ll come back”

They are a Carer to the protagonist. they find the protagonist in the wintervill forest, they take them home. He is the one to warn them of asgore but also seems to be brother at the beginning

Sans of this au is friend and romantic interest to the protagonist, they want to stop the protagonist from going through with their plans to sacrifice themselves to reform the world. going so far to give them a hard time. in the end he understands and hugs them telling them to return home once they get their goal. They told them to promise them “Kid! you don’t have to do this…you can stay with me”

-He was taught to harness his magic at a whole new potential by the human sorcerers -He loves sweet chilli sauce, does drink it -He starts of brotherly to the protagonist before the feelings change once they leave him and his brother.

their role is the welcoming monster, they are also the protector of the protagonist till they get till summer bloom that's when they meet someone new. they made sure the protagonist was able to succeed in their goals.
