Lack of motivation

I still don’t want to go back to my essay for my writing class. Just because every time I have tried I cry. I also have a shit ton of other shit to do for school that I have little motivation for. It doesn’t help that of course I need to keep my grades up because you know grades. But I need to keep my grades up for this scholar ship program I’m in. I would also like to join my schools honor society thing so I have a better chance of getting scholarships. Anxiety and depression get in the way.

How can I express myself freely if I have to worry about the quality of what I do. I can’t write I suck at writing. I can’t draw I suck at drawing. I can’t sing along to my favorite songs I suck at singing. Why can’t I just do without judging myself. Now here I am crying in the dark.
