We are the Orange, White, and Blue trails of the FNST Western Corridor in the Green Swamp West Unit. We want to encourage experiencing the variety and splendor of outdoor Florida. Rather than just blog posts, we'll also be posting photography from a dozen or more game camera traps placed alongside the trails and roads.

One of advantages of being located on public lands is we can support Eagle service projects. Duncan and friends refreshed the signage. https://ift.tt/2Lnaol9

When bureaucrats gather
A meeting was called by the #RednecksWithDripTorches. It appears to have been a “shine-on fest” that resolved nothing. No apologies were proffered, nor any compensation for damages. All avoided any responsibility, but swore to improve future communication. The Tooth Fairy and Easter Bunny signed the final communique.

A Pause
On the twelfth of July. @SWFWMD torched 1400 acres on fifteen minutes notice. Almost all of our cameras were damaged of destroyed. We have since removed all of our gear from the GSWU. We are assessing what’s next. In light of the actions of what has become an utterly unreliable state agency, what would be considered normal risks have become unacceptable. Arbitrary actions by an unaccountable agencies simply can’t be considered normal.
