Rangers scare people, sneak around in the dark, throw people in moats, rescue animals, shoot arrows, break into homes and humiliate people. (The bad ones)

somehow being in the ranger's apprentice fandom has given me the opposite effect most other fandoms have given me

other fandoms, i tend to get so fixated on them i start slightly ignoring my needs in favor of spending more time on fandom things

ranger's apprentice, i've become hyper aware of my needs and am actually starting to take care of myself, because what sort of ranger allows himself to deteriorate? not this one, not anymore! i'm gonna try to do better! (except the coffee thing. that's both eternal and maybe unhealthy. it's fine lol.)

so... ye. idk what the point of this post was, but uh... yeah ranger's apprentice is slowly fixing me 👍

I too am obsessed with Horrible Histories, it is my spirit show. (we've had animals, now we have spirit shows, yes)

Funny thing is, I was indeed imaging a HH set as I was reading through.

But now I'm going, "Arthur, our wonderfully oblivious Arthur would do this"

Thalia doesn’t keep many things in the hundreds of years she’s been alive.

A blue hoodie, worn almost threadbare. The scent of its original owner, long since leached from the fabric. But if she closes her eyes, she can almost see the blue eyes of her first and only love. 

A pair of glasses. Frames cracked and crooked. A reminder of a brother she never got to truly know. 

A baseball cap. It’s magic long faded, branded with a forgotten logo. Memories of a blonde girl laughing hidden deep within. 

A letter. Ink fading, paper yellow. The last words of a dying friend. Words that wish her well, words that wished her well in a world they had fought side by side to save. 

Thalia doesn’t keep a lot of things, but even after all this time, Luke, Jason, Annabeth, and Percy will stay with her forever. The memories of her first family to remind her why life is so beautiful.

I’m sobbing yesterday I put curly hair on gel into my hair and fell asleep with hair wet and now the upper part of my hair has beautiful, perfect curls and the lower part just looks straight

I have a long war with neck-pains than stretches back eons, now the tides have turned as back-pain joins sides with my mortal enemies neck and shoulder pains.

RANDOM PEOPLE ON TUMBLR WITH GOOD ADVICE!

this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)

the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)

all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)
