This is the final product and I love it! The design is almost life like through its attention to detail, while still expressing the cartoon realism style I love so much. The background of the project buildings and realistic grass makes the piece to me personally, besides the human figures of course. I hope all those viewing this design get inspired to create or atleast try the digital medium because I kept at it and look at what I'm capable of as of now. I'm steadily improving and can't wait to top this design moving forward. Stay blessed and keep creating!

This car pairs with the previous design for the t-shirt graphic. The forms playing of the light and shadow is what sets this car apart from all the previous ones I've produced through the digital medium. My favorite part of this car design is the headlights and the glare they gave off. I achived the lighting and shadows on the car, as well as the glares on the head lights, through the aribrush brush and a light flare brush plug in. My next and final post will showcase the t-shirt design in its entirety.

Speaking of cartoon realism this recent design I made a week ago displays my improvement over the digital medium. This is one part of the t-shirt design, just displaying the ice cube like figure with two girls. The skin textures, folds in the clothes, reactive light and shadow, and hair textures set this piece apart from all the rest I've done through my time working with digital so far, but wait it gets better in the next post.

Now this is another music cover I created for these two artists. This design differs from the others due to its more realistic style of appearance. I achieved this style of cartoon realism through blending solid color brushes and airbrush brushes together to create smooth skin forms partnered by reactive lighting and shadows. I really enjoyed doing this cover but looking in hindsight I want to rework the subject on the right, because it is the weaker of the two. But nevertheless, I love the simplicity and visually stunning pairing of cartoon design elements and realism.

This is the other two framed animation pairing with the "Playhouse" animation. In this video you see the referenced Petal Pals being displayed as cherubs. The cherubs though instead of sporting love arrows like cupids, hold uzi smgs because they're my favorite type of gun in terms of design.

This along with another short animation are videos headlining me and my brother's brand, "Petal Pal's Playhouse" or "Playhouse" for short. Theres only two frames in the animation, one being a white fill in of a drawn in fire font and the other being a inverted one. I really like how simple, but effective the two layers pair together in this animation, being both clean and simple while being visually appealing.

This is a single cover I made for two of my friends who make cloud rap. Cloud rap is a more chilled/laid back flow of rapping ontop of spacey beats. I really like this cover again due to being in a cartoon style, but also the composition of it standing out among my other bodies of work. My favorite part of producing this cover was adding the subtle details in the clothes. For example, my friend to the left is sporting the popular denim tear jeans with the rick owen geobasket sneakers. While my friend to the right is wearing chrome heart stenciled jeans paired with rick owen ramones. My least favorite/hardest part of the process was having to put the corny, "Parental Advisory" tag in the bottom right corner. Doing the tag in the corner wasn't physically hard, but the act of doing something so played out over the years was just felt morally dumb. But nevertheless, the cover came out good and fulfills its spot amongst my digital work.

This PNG is a brand logo for my friend's rap group BTG or Bomb Threat Gang. The group is a small collective of pg artists that make dmv dubbed, "free car music", or trap rap. The bomb quite obviously nods to the name of the group, while the lettering attached to it nods to the jewels, we so hungrily desire, being diamonds. The smoke was definitely the hardest part to capture due to me having to manually place airbrush paths varying in opacity repeatedly. The easiest part was capturing both the rough and smooth metal texture of the bomb through blending effects and levels.

Here is another design I made for my same friend of the Str8 Motion brand. In this design I opted towards a plainer text style and cartoon mix. Still keeping the same color scheme and premise in terms of symbolism referring to "motion", getting money. Personally, I favor this design more than the previous design due to being less busy in its presentation while still being expressive through small illustrations.

This is a rather simple, but clean graphic I made for another one of my friend's brands, "Str8 Motion". The easiest part of the process was the shading and highlights with the flared-up brushes I downloaded off the internet, simple subtle forms being expressed to create 3d like illusions. The hardest part was the wad of money coming out of the 8 ball. The attention to detail wasn't missed in terms of realism but was a pain to implement. Overall though, this design is very clean and straight to the point, see what I did there, anyway yes very readable and visually appealing through its detail in design and colors contrasting and complementing well.

Here finally is the full video in all of its glory. The blending of the green screen video of my hands doing spelling the syllables of "LIve & Direct" being L A D. The nice homage between the vintage crt tv glitches paired with the background of 90's and early 2000's hip hop covers set the vibe. The actual chop like animation looks so good paired with the referenced assets. And finally, the loop I did by overlaying another green screen of my hand wiping the screen is the cherry on top. The editing process of me overlaying the crt tv glitches over the looping background was quite easy actually, because I've been editing music videos for rappers using the same style prior to this anmation. The green screens both in terms of set up/production, keying out the green and overlaying, and properly timing and positioning them for smooth clean cuts and overall visually appearance was very easy, probably the easiest task. Overall creating this video was both fun and fulfilling to create, and I can't wait to make more moving foward.

Like stated before in my last post, I wanted to share this still frame before the big video reveal. This still frame is of my friend, this time all of him, holding the mic while boasting his gold cuban chain. I really like this frame because it calls back to my traditional art routes of portrait drawings and paintings, but this time through the digital medium. I also love this frame, as well as the video as a whole, because its art style is reminiscing off of some of the cartoons I watched when I was younger. The next post will be the big reveal so be ready.

This is one of many graphics/assets to a animation I made and edited for a friend of mine regarding his brand, "Live & Direct". This still is of my friend's golden hand holding the defining thing to his brand, the mic, breaking the viewers screen to reveal the brand's name, "Live & Direct". The mic relates to the hip-hop and rap music scene and how much my friend has a love for the early 90's era and live performances from his favorite MCs. Doing the frames and overall drawing for the animation was pretty tame, given the harsh stigma attached to framework. I enjoyed the process alot and would love to do more videos moving forward. My next post will show another frame, my favorite one from the video, then the actual video itself.

This is actually my first animation believe it or not. I made this animation for my friend's streetwear brand, "Vacant". The main emphasis of the animation is of course the inital few seconds of the bones falling into the iconic "V" shape. My process of animating wasn't as hard as many make it out to be, but to be fair I didn't animate anything particularly difficult. This video is currently as we speak a gif, the blue video you see now is nothing compared to the glitchwaved gif I've created. Sadly, I can't seem to post my gif onto my Tumblr due to the size and porting issues. Luckily though, if you would like to see the gif you can do so by viewing my art Instagram page, @Workbybitty.

These designs mean a lot to me for a multitude of reasons, but to keep it short they're concept designs for personal brand, "Petal Pals; Playhouse". Again, like the Vacant post, these designs were initially drawn from my ipad and touched up later in Photoshop. I cleaned up shading errors and added the nostalgic high contrasting highlights and shadows, reminiscing the many early 2000's rap mixtape and album covers. Back to the design though, I've always loved how me, and my brother may not look the same in appearance, but we act similar through our actions. I referrance this through the change of color between the "Petal Pals" while still keeping the inherit traits of a flower to correlate them being related to each other. The guns, money, and jewelry add to my love for the niche southern and trap rap. I'm still debating on if these designs make the clothing production cut, but nevertheless I will always love and cherish these too designs till the day I leave this Earth.

Above is my friend's streetwear brand, Vacant, that I designed, via my ipad and postproduction touch ups in photoshop. In the following pics you can see myself, a girl, and buzzing local hip-hop artists (notably Gizwop, a popular rapper out of southeast DC) wearing the Vacant rhinestone hoodies. This in a way is my introduction to creative directing, or having creative control, over a collaboration. This is significant because this is exactly what I want to do moving forward as an artist, and much more. I'm very appreciative to the fact my friend trusts my creative vision with not just this clothing drop, but the ones proceeding it too. I can't wait to his brand take off!
