Controversial opinion: I really like January. It comes after the busiest month of the year where it seems every corner you turn, another friend is rolling out their bar cart or similarly stocked piece of furniture. You can spend every minute playing games and catching up with friends and family, giving each other gifts that you thought about for months, don’t get me wrong, December is great! But then comes January, and the bar carts collect some dust, the gyms get real busy and everyone just pipes down a little. We’re in the thick of it right now and it’s so great. Mind you, this is by far the busiest January I’ve ever had, but, I’m still finding time to not clink any glasses.
