My thoughtful opinion:

Yes, Galadriel thinks too much of Sauron. 😁

So in the end… who is really thinking about who? 🤔

Sauron pretends to be distant and cold with Galadriel, but his words and actions say otherwise — he’s constantly thinking about her. When he says "You think too much of me," he tries to deflect, but it’s really him who carries her in his mind. When he sees another woman, Mirdania, he sees Galadriel in her place — showing that all others are just shadows of her. And when he says "Not all of it," he admits that what he had with Galadriel wasn’t entirely a lie — part of it was real, felt.

Deep down, he’s torn: he wants power, but he can’t let go of her. Galadriel is his weakness, the light he can never extinguish — even while drowned in shadow.
