no but fr i think the bigeneration really fucked up ncuti's run. 15 should've been allowed to figure out who he is instead of just popping into existence fully confidence with himself.
it didn't actually need to be tennant's face during the star beast. nor did the doctor need to stay with them. or if tate only agreed to come back if tennant was was there, they could've done a "the doctor and donna meet their past selves" episode. or we didn't need donna at all because it's possible to produce things without nostalgia bait. shocking i know.
#🤡🤡wild blue yonder creature is the second tardis🤡🤡#i’ve been trying to make reason with this writing decision since it happened like how is this not important

i dream of a season 3 where we find out the second tardis from the toymaker episode is the creature from wild blue yonder. it mimics living creatures: the toymaker had a lair where it could trap people in games forever like puppets and the tardis travels in space time.
i want simulation doctor who pls

you know you're in a special circle of tv hell when you start hypothesising that maybe it was written bad on purpose
#please i beg you make the second tardis the creature from wild blue yonder mimicking the toymakers powers in his lair#i had a theory the whole time that the show was falling apart on purpose due to all of the 4th wall breaks and reality breaking down#RTD i thought saying generate content was a clue but i guess i was just delusional#me rn: 🤡🤡🤡

like, unless we hear otherwise, there is no reason to assume that rtd treated ncuti gatwa badly or that ncuti's exit wasn't at least partially his idea, or that he didn't have any input into it. i see people here inventing conspiracies that, unless we hear otherwise, are not founded on evidence

The Second Tardis is the creature from Wild Blue Yonder: Theory with sources
Teal is a bit more blue could be a reference to the episode Wild Blue Yonder
“And the color teal is a bit more blue.” Shirley, Reality War (45:33)
Notable quotes in Wild Blue Yonder:
“Except I invoked a superstition at the edge of the universe, where the walls are thin and all things are possible. I’ve just got this feeling. Feeling of something… Which is gone. Fine. Good.” (49:55) 14th Doctor, Wild Blue Yonder
“Because she knew. Even with a lost ship, if you were found one day, if you two ever reached the universe, you’d run riot across the stars! And you were already becoming copies of the captain. You’d have owned this spaceship. If you copied her perfectly, you could have flown this ship home and started your war.” (42:20) 14th Doctor, Wild Blue Yonder
THE 14TH DOCTOR GAVE A 4 DIMENSIONAL PREDATOR CHAMELEON, WITH NO PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF 3 DIMENSIONS, THE IDEA TO START A WAR!!! A REALITY WAR!!
Theory:
Wild Blue Yonder, the 4th dimensional being, stayed on the tardis during the escape, and mimicked the Tardis and The Toymaker.
Foreshadowing:
The 14th doctor foreshadows the Wild Blue Yander creature taking the ship.
“Even with a lost ship, if you were found one day, if you two ever reached the universe, you’d run riot across the stars!” (42:20)
Tardis is a ship home:
At the end of Wild Blue Yonder, the creature made it onto the Tardis in the form of Donna Noble. Only Wild Blue Yonder’s physical form was “kicked off” the tardis.
Wild Blue Yander studies creatures and mirrors their behavior. It does not understand 4-Dimensions.
The Toymaker:
Latched onto the Tardis escaping the edge of the universe.
The toymaker reveals themselves at the end of Wild Blue Yander, right after the Tardis lands. (52:53, Wild Blue Yander)
Wild Blue Yander Flys in Tardis:
The doctor and donna fly in the Tardis with the invisible Wild Blue Yander still on the ship. (18:24, The Giggle)
Wild Blue Yander learned how to fly the Tardis through observation. Wild Blue Yander Remains hidden and observes.
Wild Blue Yander is lands and observes the episode of the giggle
The Tardis is being studied:
Wild Blue Yonder learns from the Tardis how to travel though time. The creature remains invisible and learns until the Tardis’s split with the hammer at the end of The Giggle.
Observing The Toymaker:
Wild Blue Yander (still invisible and learning) could have followed the Doctor and Donna into The Toymakers lair, where The Toymaker has complete control of reality.
The trapped soul turns into a marionette doll controlled by the toymaker (26:13, The Giggle)
Donna gets attacked by dolls controlled by the Toy Maker (27:31, The Giggle)
Wild Blue Yander observes how to bend atoms to do your bidding, like a god.
UNANSWERED QUESTION:
Who made the doctor Bigenerate?
Bigeneration is a myth:
“Bigeneration is supposed to be a myth. But—look at me. myth, myth, myth, mel what do you think?” (44:51, The Giggle)
The Toymaker Does not create the myth:
The Toymaker says “What?” (43:42, The Giggle).
We don’t know why the doctor bigenerated or for what motives.
Remember: Wild Blue Yonder can read Donna and The Doctors thoughts in Wild Blue Yonder. The creature is reading everyone’s mind of everyone it encounters.
Wild Blue Yander takes physical form:
Original Tardis: 14th Doctor
New Tardis: Wild Blue Yonder Mimic
I need to rewatch season 1:
I shall go on a quest for more knowledge. My theory is not complete.
Is Wild Blue Yonder the boss?
Unlikely, I get the feeling the boss has a motive.

Watch Wild Blue Yonder after the finale!
At the very end of the episode 14 says:
“Except I invoked a superstition at the edge of the universe, where the walls are thin and all things are possible. I’ve just got this feeling. Feeling of something… Which is gone. Fine. Good.” (49:55)
14 foreshadows starting a war at the edge of the universe:
“Because she knew. Even with a lost ship, if you were found one day, if you two ever reached the universe, you’d run riot across the stars! And you were already becoming copies of the captain. You’d have owned this spaceship. If you copied her perfectly, you could have flown this ship home and started your war.” (42:20)
The Reality War?!??
SPOILERS
Im grasping at straws here.
Did that thing latch onto the Tardis when Donna and The Doctor escaped the spaceship explosion at the end? We know it can multiply because it mimicked both the doctor and donna at the same time.
The 15th Doctor has absolutely no idea:
The 15th doctor has absolutely no idea why luck is a science now in his first episode.
The walls of reality crumble slowly across the fast paced, 2 series.
Bad Wolf:
Invoking a superstition at the edge of the universe where the walls are thin. Now the doctor has Rose Tyler’s face. I don’t know how to process this.
So much to think about.

Wild Blue Yonder VS. Finale
SPOILERS
Wild Blue Yonder
the episode is hilarious after watching the finale! makes so much more sense. Donna spilled a cup of coffee on the console.
these hooligans ride around on a golf cart at the end of the universe straight into an invisible predator that INVADES THEIR MINDS AND DOESN’T UNDERSTANDS THE LAWS OF 3 DIMENSIONAL LIFE
to put the icing on the cake, 14 introduced a superstition to this inter dimensional predator with a line of salt at the edge of the universe.
15 has absolutely no idea those bozos unleashed the circus and goes about his two part season while reality just falls apart around him.
DOCTOR WHO THEORY! SPOILERS!!!
theory:
since the david tennant specials there has been mavity. a line of salt drawn at the end of the universe. luck is logical. reality is breaking.
theme of misinformation:
david tennant spread disinformation about salt to some freak at the edge of the universe and released the gods
boom is about a religious war against a fake enemy for profit.
conrad is obsessed with conspiracy’s against a publicly funded organization.
AL thought a peaceful world was a video game and took over through its military.
73 yards: everyone who listens to the woman 73 yards away completely banishes ruby from society.
the doctor is unhinged:
ruby showed us the doctor has a warped view of reality. in wish world, the doctor didn’t remember who poppy was, just like everyone else. only ruby remembered who poppy truly was.
the doctor tortured a man in the interstellar song contest for “killing belinda”.
timelords are gone AGAIN
keeps blurting that he loves everyone
cries every episode
needs therapy
all wishes ended:
the doctor wished for all wishes to end, sacrifices himself for his child, smashes reality to save his child, and now poppy’s parents change?
belinda vocally announces feeling like there’s something missing when the doctor tries to leave? i just don’t buy this reality. it’s broken.
the doctors unhinged logic:
belinda and poppy are safe, so they must be happy? remember, doctor logic isn’t always healthy.
ruby is special:
ruby has the ability to not be brainwashed by the fractured reality in 73 yards, and now wish world. ruby knew wish world was a fake world.
trauma theme:
i wish upon a star the lack of breathing room in the last two seasons was a stylistic choice and not bad writing.
chaos is represented in fast paced episodes with little room for explanation. reality has been falling apart for 2 whole seasons.
it’s hard to tell when reality breaks in doctor who or if it’s bad writing. the show has never really conformed with reality. i’m going to continue to huff mavity until season 3.
2 seasons, 8 episodes each, fast paced, high production value dramatic fall of reality around the doctor resulting in a mental breakdown.
the boss:
all the bad guys keep mentioning him.
might be benefiting by creating chaos in the doctors life? i have no evidence.
season 1-4 references:
the new 2 series doctor who slightly resembles series 1-4. just ramped up to 2x speed.
- ruby is rose. ordinary blonde girl with only a mom, and grandma. an ordinary girl who figures out reality is broken/the stars are going out, before the doctor.
- belinda is martha. the nurse who leaves the show for a toxic domestic issue.
- anita is donna. one christmas episode before season 2. anita works at the time hotel, who the boss now has control of (will likely play a big part in season 3, like donna).
- important but i’m not sure why: belinda and ruby are neighbors who both ran into the doctor due to mrs flood.
omega:
one thing that’s been really bugging me is omega. omega is made of bone. the bone creatures the rani controlled are made of bone.
the episode showed software being run for the rani by genetically modified organisms.
bone creatures roaming the city to represent death of a timeline?
the rani could have set omega as a trap for the doctor. or not, it could just be over use of cgi special effects.
ruby and poppy similarities:
RUBY: survives being erased from existence in her first episode.
POPPY: poppy was at threat of being erased because she was just a wish.
RUBY: wanted to know who her parents were.
POPPY: one of her parents changed when reality shifted.
important moments:
the rani says ruby has 37 mothers in wish world (16 minutes: 54 seconds). ruby didn’t find all of her moms, the original seasons story ending is not the end of her overarching story.first
the big bad wolf has entered the fairy tale of ruby sunday.
“the border between norway and Sweden has moved 7 miles east” (45:32 wish world). rose tyler was left on a beach in norway.

i wish more people understood/were willing to admit that everything rtd writes is influenced by his experiences as a gay man. i don't say this about every gay writer but rtd's body of work both within and without doctor who provides overwhelming evidence. no one is obligated to like his writing but to ignore the influence that gay culture and community have on his era is patently ridiculous.
