A/N:Hello loves! Surprise! I wasn’t really planning for this to come out before the final chapter of my other book but I just had a little inspiration! Should you be this nervous to meet people that you would be working with. I mean Yeonjun had made it clear that it was just protocol to meet everyone. He also assured you that you would only be working with the Kings, but something about that didn’t sit right with you either.

As you walked slowly behind Yeonjun you heard yelling behind a door that he was leading you to. You couldn’t quite make out what the person was yelling about but it seemed pretty obvious that they were absolutely livid.

“ Yeonjun umm can we maybe not walk in there right now I already feel my breakfast from this morning making it’s way slowly up my throat and I would hate to have that as everyone’s first impression of me” you let out a nervous chuckle hoping Yeonjun would take pity on you but he only laughed.

“Don’t be silly I’m sure your breakfast will stay in your stomach for the time being and your going to have to get used to the King’s eventually and right now would be a perfect time to start”

You looked at him confused as he opened the massive marble door into what looked like a ballroom. The first thing that came into your line of sight was a group of people that looked like workers standing in front of a terrifyingly angry man with their heads turned down. Now you weren’t the brightest tool in the shed but it didn’t take a genius to be able to tell that the man was one of the seven kings.

If you weren’t so scared you would probably have told Yeonjun how wrong he was about you breakfast staying in your stomach.

As petrified as you were of this mystery man you couldn’t look away, it was like his aura was making you keep your eyes only on him. Yeonjun must have noticed the confusion dancing in your eyes as he confirmed your suspicion.

“That’s Kim Seokjin the first king, he is the oldest and therefore in charge of taking care of things like what foods and decorations will be at the ball that is coming up and other things of that sort” you gave a slight nod, not wanting your voice to somehow break the king off of his yelling streak.

“Now when I come back I expect for everything to be fixed and if it’s not to my expectations well let’s just say that your going to have 6 other kings to deal with, let’s get on it”

He seemed to have composed himself enough to say his final words but his tone held anything but being calm and collected. As he turned around to walk out his eyes landed on you and you swore every bone in your body told you to cower down to this man and that’s exactly what you did, Yeonjun did the same exact thing but he was somehow able to speak.

“Your majesty this is your new personal maid” Yeonjun slightly elbowed your side for you to speak

“Y-your majesty my n-name is Y/N” you said with a bow as your gaze stayed on the floor like it was the most mesmerizing thing you had ever seen in your life.

“Interesting, has she met the others Yeonjun?” he said as his eyes slowly made their way up and down your body like he was studying you then slowly they made their way over to Yeonjun’s.

“No sir we haven’t finished the tour yet” Jin nodded his head in understanding as he looked back over to you.

“I want her in our room in 30 minutes you can finish the tour another time” that was all he said as he made his way out of the door disappearing out of your view.

You began to breath normal again we you couldn’t see him anymore something about his presence didn’t sit well with you but you couldn’t put your finger on it. You just shrugged it off as first day jitters or maybe just the fact that Jin was a very intimidating person.

You looked at Yeonjun waiting for his next move when all of a sudden he grabbed you by your wrist and started dashing toward the door.

“What are you doing?!” you asked confusion lacing your voice

“King Jin said he wanted you in their room in 30 minutes and everyone knows that when he says 30 minutes he really means immediately and we still need to get you out of this attire that you have going on and trained on how to speak to them”

You gasped as you took great offense to his comment about your clothing, your mother had made these clothes for you as a gift for getting this job at the castle and in all honesty she doesn’t really have the money for good fabric. But she made your outfit out of love and that’s all that mattered to you.

“What’s wrong with my clothes” you asked slowly getting agitated.

“Nothing but it’s not appropriate for meeting the King’s, so less talking and more walking we are running on borrowed time here.”

You dropped it knowing that sometimes you have to pick your battles and this one was nothing compared to the battle that you were about to face… but nothing could have prepared you for what was to come.

Castle Update

Hello loves I hope that y’all are doing well! I am so sorry for the lack of updating Castle but I have been really busy with getting everything situated for college. But now that I have a little spare time I will be trying to update as much as possible! I would also love to give a huge shoutout to @persphonesorchid​ for this amazing banner! I think that it is really beautiful and I will be using it now! So I guess you can say that Castle will be getting a little rebrand! Thank you for taking the time out to make one for me and I really hope that y’all enjoy this banner as much as I did! Have an amazing night and/or day loves!

Your eyes refused to close as you lay and stared at the man sleeping peacefully next to you. You wondered how someone so beautiful could be but a devil in disguise. Maybe you should leave the warmth that is him, but all of your thoughts went blank as his arm snaked around your waist and pulled you closer. Again he is so beautiful but you know deep down he was far from it…or was it you because you allowed it to happen despite the consequences.

“Jake, baby I’m hom- who are you”

You speed across your makeshift room trying to get everything together, you didn’t have much but at this point you wanted to get rid of every trace of yourself. You knew not warning them was the worst thing you have ever done in your life and your mom would disown you but she was gone and you wanted nothing to do with hybrids after this is all over.

“Maybe I should leave a note” you thought to yourself but thought it was a little too generous considering you were running away from your untimely death. You looked out the window and saw the sunset that was one thing you were going to miss about this place but you were also going to miss the boys. Wait… the boys where were they? A sudden loud laughter alerted you to their presence and you saw them walking to their home from wherever they were. You quickly grabbed your things and bolted out the door maybe just maybe they won’t notice you, that thought was long gone when you heard your name being called but you ignored it and continued running like your life depended on it because- it did.
