Reminder that nonbinary people aren't just "neutral" or "not male or female"

Sometimes they're;

Both !!

Neither !!

Half male !!

Half female !!

Sometimes male !!

Sometimes female !!

Sometimes both !!

Sometimes neither !!

Male and nonbinary !!

Female and nonbinary !!

Every concievable gender !!

Genders beyond comprehension !!!

AND MOREEEE !!!

Nonbinary people are NOT BINARY !! So don't expect them to make sense , to not be contradictory or to fit nicely into a third little box next to male and female !!!

This. They really do have the sound that encapsulates the feelings of growing up that we're all scared to talk about. Whether it's your first love not feeling right (Turning Out, the click). Or pretending to be someone else to everyone (The Trick, Maybe Man, more). Not knowing who you are (Maybe Man, 2085). The broken heart of a breakup (Turning out Pt 2) or fear of getting married (part 3). They have a way to say things that we can't always express.

Say what you want about AJR, about how their music is horrible or whatever, but no other music artist I’ve listened to has perfectly encapsulated the feeling of “I’m getting older, and I’m scared of growing up wrong”, the weariness of “I’m barely getting started in life and I’m already so tired” as many times these guys have.

I'm self-hosting my own Link tree alternative. I don't really know why, but I love it :)

Its using a docker called "linkstack" on my Unraid server. Very excited.

I'm told I can post anything here. So, here we go! You ever think about how we spend so much time wondering where the stars come from, and sometimes forget to actually look at them? Like we get so focused on the what happened before, and what will happen after, that we forget there is only one life that will ever be verifiably real. I think getting so into your roots that X created the world, or Y is the reason for existence that you lose everyone around you, is never worth it.
