Question! Do you see ciel and sebastian as aroace?

Uh... hmm! Well. I guess in the most basic sense, yes? At least in Coattails, I probably treat them as if they are. In terms of the canon, I feel less certain of Yana's intentions.

Ciel is still young and he's also had a lot of bad experiences that have made him feel like trusting people, even his own family, is something he can't really do. We also know that he associates love/care with trickery, probably no thanks to Sebastian. He's got a lot of psychological stuff in the way, but I also do believe he feels genuinely disinterested in romance. That's not exactly unusual for a thirteen-year-old, but I don't see that changing very much for him if he was allowed to reach adulthood.

Meanwhile, Sebastian is an entirely different puzzle. The following is more headcanon than fact, but as far as we know, demons have no biological need to reproduce, and therefore wouldn't come preprogrammed with a sex drive. Sebastian, to our knowledge, is entirely solitary and thus likely doesn't have an innate need for romance either. The way I see it, he's a demon, he's the one doing the exploiting around here, thank you very much. Romance and sex are just human games he's all too happy to play.

We don't actually know much of anything about Sebastian before he met Ciel. Headcanons about him are hyperflexible. But to me, the picture Yana has painted of Sebastian is one that does not rely on others for anything but dinner and a show.
