Progress & Persistence
So far I have lost nearly 90 lbs, gained some muscle and toned plus let go of a lot of my emotional baggage which was no longer serving me. On my journey so far I've found tracking habits brings rewards, like yoga for weight loss and inner peace. Mindfulness and weight loss are connected. Overcoming self-doubt leads to health and happiness, it is truly the first step of self-improvement.
In the second half of the year I want to focus on being kind to myself not just with my words but also my actions. Nourishing and moving my body is a kindness my body deserves to function at its full potential.
Affirmation of the day - You deserve to treat yourself with the love and respect you would give to the person you love the most in the world. A deep and unconditional kind of love is necessary every single day.
