Yoga for plus size, if i can, you can too!

It's not easy being a plus size, not to say that i dont have a problem being plus size and im confident and im pretty and what not that my size dont matter at all. no. we live in a world full of people, abd it does hurt with those judgemental eyes and critics.. And it does matter a lot. Ive tried many approach, the all kinds of diet plans, the cries, the sharings,the exercises n many more. But non I enjoy as much as flexing my body the best I can... I was 148kilos, shaped up, cleaned up (not that I was dirty before tho..) just a lil here n there and i'm 98kilos now for my height of 170cm.. Just in 5 months..More to lose,coz my ideal weight is 80kilos and my sincere notion is to really guide other plus size around to stand up for themselves, its not a matter of staying plussize n dont care or tend to criticism, no... its living happily and living the right and balance way, balance, not too much, not too little. you cant please everyone, but you sure can please yourself! Pm for more info and im willing to help. Trust in yourselves, dont underestimate yourselves and do the right thing..
