Hiii. many of you don’t know me my name is Nadine. i’m 26 from New York. i currently live on the west coast and i’m about to face eviction due to this pandemic taking anyway all my means of income. i’m currently pregnant with twins and this a very big deal to me cause i was told i could never get pregnant which makes my pregnancy a high risk for both me and my babies. i’m blessed but also scared cause i’ve been through miscarriages before and one of my babies heart is currently very faint. they’re afraid she might not make it if she does she’ll be having heart surgery once she’s born. right now i’m in desperate need of help. I’m trying to place a deposit and first months rent on a apartment and i’m also trying to supply my fridge because i have not been eating nor taking the appropriate nutrients for my babies due to me being broke. i currently only have $2 to my name. If you can anything will help. doesn’t matter how small. i just want to give these two tiny ones a chance at life cause they’re fighting just as hard as i am. thank you so much for taking the time to read this. god bless ❤️ if you can’t donate anything i completely understand can you just please repost this so it can reach others that will help a lot. below i’ll attach all my forms of accepting money.
IM $900 AWAY! please keep reposting and sharing on other platforms! i have till monday! please please please help me! anything and i mean anything helps!
tips for what to do after a really long cry because you’re probably feeling all kinds of exhausted and drained and i don’t want that for you in the slightest:
take a shower and change all of your clothes even your socks and underwear. this is the first step to everything.
pour yourself a big, cold glass of water and drink it. all of it. once you’re done, get yourself a refill. this will boost u physically and emotionally instantly please trust me.
grab a snack, something light that you don’t have to wait to prepare. i recommend a pudding cup, a piece of fruit, yogurt, a popsicle, or some crackers.
get under the covers. turn on something - tv, a movie, music, anything distracting. or consider calling a friend or talking to anyone nearby, even your sibling the next room over!!
know that you are loved. you are important. you mean more than you know right now, more than you will maybe ever know. you are worth all the stars in the sky. you deserve to feel good.
The real glo up is when you stop waiting to turn into some perfect hypothetical version of yourself and consciously enjoy being who you are in the present moment.
