the thing is like sometimes you have to ask yourself “would i still dislike this character if she were a guy” and really consider it and you might realize no, you’d actually find that character really fun or cool or interesting. i’ve seen a lot of people that love male characters that have done crazy or fucked up shit but hate female characters for like, maybe being slightly rude once. it is fine to think about things and maybe change your mind too. its a lot more fun being able to enjoy characters than being pissed off any time you see them
