To get my picky toddler to eat her vegetables, I looked for a recipe. I came up with this since I couldn't find a healthy one. Use one cup each of carrots and zucchini for a tasty way to include both the yellow and green vegetables in your diet! The recipe allows you to use any kind of nut, raisins, etc. that you have on hand and that your toddler will eat.
